I love this place my grandkids love this place we all ways have tons of fun, plus with friendly workers like they you cant beat it...

The twins (18 months) loved it! Perfect indoor play for their age. Only gave it 4 stars because I wish the 5 and under play area had a gate. Id feel safer knowing they couldnt escape that area while chasing after another baby. Takes away from some peace of mind and an opportunity for parents to relax a little bit. Other than that, it was great. Will definitely bring the boys back often. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

Great place to take the kids. I thought this place was a little more for the older children like 7 or older. The younger kiddos can go I just thought it was a little rougher for them.

We went to jump!Zone back when the pandemic first started & they were very clean, helpful & accommodating with my son who is autistic. They even allowed me to jump with him.

My grandsons 1st Birthday Party was there & it was lots of fun!! They have a separate play area for 5 & under which is always a plus!

I loved it the kids loved it it was clean the 5 and under place had just as much or even more than the older kids area I love the benches and seats throughout the the areas and tables where you can get snacks or pizza wasnt expensive staff was patient and nice the inflatables are nice 2 in the 5 and under and soon as you walk in huge inflatables for older kids.

Sister rented the place for a birthday party. They were so amazing. The kids had lots of fun. The place was clean and staff was friendly. We will be sure to book more parties here!

Great place.Most of these bounce house places cater only to 6-11 year olds or so... This place kept both our 1 year old crawler and a 14 year old teenager entertained.

The workers were very helpful an informative.My grandkids had a great time an so did I.

My toddlers loved it, there’s so much to do even for little ones which is hard to find sometimes. My only complaint is people need to watch their watch kids especially around little ones maybe they should make it mandatory to watch kids in the toddler area then again it isn’t jumpzones fault which is why I still gave 5 stars.

I love gemstone not expensive at all I was able to enjoy my grandkids I watch them enjoy theirselves and it didnt break me and the house was very nice he was very pleasant

My fiancé & I brought our 19 month old son yesterday & he loved it! As did we. There’s a little spot in there dedicated to toddlers his age too on top of the place filled with bounce houses!Plus adults are free and kids are only $8!The food was actually really good too!!! I tried the Buffalo chicken pasta and it was delicious!! I had to fight my fiancé over not eating mine! lol we’ll both be getting our own orders of it next time 😋

The kids love coming here the food and drinks are a reasonable price which I love!

Great for young kids. Good entry price for what they can do but I did use a groupon. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the price of food. Yes its donatos but I dont have a lot of money. Will definitely be back.

We loved it! My family of 7 out of 8 was there by ourselves. We all had so much fun!! I told the girls that everything looked great and more up to date now. I was told a new owner took over and Im so happy!! I worked for Abbys Child Enrichment Center for 10 years and we came there for a lot of Summers. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas with your families ❤️

3 stars because: the kids had a great time and the pizza was good. There place was quite busy and over crowded, and hardly anyone there was following safety protocols. Very few wearing masks, and there is no possible way they were following pandemic capacity restrictions. We went for a birthday party, and I thought it was a private party, but it was not. There were WAY too many allowed to be inside. Otherwise, the kids had a great time.

My three year old son and mommy loved it. Lots of places to climb and play. The food was really good and the staff super nice. It wasn’t to crowded either which was awesome. The bathrooms were really clean and even smelled good. For less than $20.00 bucks. Couldn’t have asked for more. Good job guys! U rock!

This place is ok, and tucked way back into nothing. Its pretty expensive for what it offers and costs $12 a child. The smell is absolutely awful when you walk in the place and it will give you a headache. It does offer free wifi for the parents but that is about it. The inside is pretty small and most of the jump houses are worn-out looking.

Nice place to take the kids for a day of fun. Im glad they do toddler time once a week but I think they should do it more often and offer cheaper cost or buy a pass at a discount. Its 10$ and my toddler barely jumps around for an hour. The place is clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking, and a good location.

Super fun for the kids, but adults get very bored and awkward feeling because there is nothing interactive for them.. but it was a birthday party for a 4yr old so it is what it is.. the food was horrible and the service was just as bad. I dont have kids but if I did I would take my kid here because its really lame.... no real adventure..

Wonder place to have your childs birthday they are a pretty staffed so you barely have to do any work you and the kids can a awesome day.

I liked it. It’s all inflatables, slides. My three year old had a blast. It’s not huge, it ok for the price. We spent a few hours there. But four days later my sister and I discovered a bunch of bites all over our backs, probably from the slides. I have some in front as well. Her daughter and my son don’t have any oddly enough. It’s too bad because we did have a good time and planned on going back. Maybe a thorough cleaning/fumigation....

The party package doesnt include anything but a room and entry. Food and drinks have to be bought there. I witness them refusing another parent to light her daughters cake unless she paid $89 just because she wasnt throwing an actual party and When entering noone directed me to my grandsons party room as if I should automatically know the layout and did I mention the overwhelming smell of feet. NEVER AGAIN

I took my grandbabies ages 3 and 4. They absolutely loved it there! Before we left the parking lot they asked when they can come back. I was so impressed with the toddler area. Usually, the toddler area is disappointing. My 3 year old granddaughter is very timid, she doesnt like a lot of things because she fears them. She had an absolute blast. My 4 year old grandson loved the slides. We will definitely be back!

Cant say enough about this place - the kids had a blast! The staff is great, the food is good enough for a restaurant and the rates are very reasonable. Even the bathrooms are good and clean. Ten stars!

I can’t believe this place is still in business! They aren’t following any guidelines or safety processions - it’s like a Covid hot spot. Was there on Sunday for a kid’s birthday party - NONE of the adults had masks on. Picnic tables set up outside inflatables with kids running around and a with a large makeshift screen to view the bengals game. They had 3 other birthday parties going on at the same time. So unsafe. Very disappointed.

Its a great place for timid or younger children but my 7 yr. old great niece found it less than Wow. Six large bouncy house and slides, an area also for baby to toddlers, which is nice.

It was awesome, my grandchildren loved it! The place was very clean and organized, the staff was super. Well be back with the grands, they had such a good time.

The kids love jump zone. They always have a great time. Make sure you call ahead to see if they have free play, before you just go.

I stopped in to get theyre new pretzel bites (which were amazing). Looked around and the place was so clean but not very busy. I definitely will be back to bring my grandchildren.

This place is fantastic. Prices are beyond reasonable, staff is great and friendly. Most importantly the kids love this place! Month and summer passes are a fraction of the cost at tother places, and the kids never get tired of coming here. Highly highly reccomend!

Great way for kids to burn off energy on a rainy day. My 6, 3.5 and almost 1 year old had a great time. We stayed until closing and they still didnt want to leave. Admission process very reasonable with Groupon. Decent selection of snacks at reasonable prices. A little dirty for a little one crawling around- wonder how often it gets vacuumed. Overall a good time and I would recommend.

First time. Innattentive staff. Dirty bathrooms with no toilet paper. Maybe saw 1 male staff out of 6 employees walk the floor. Party host didnt do much, if anything. My 1 year old cousin threw his ball that my grandfather had purchased behind an inflatable, my grandfather who is 70 asked an employee if they could retrieve it and was told no. He then asked for a replacement and was told yeah if you pay for another one. Obviously my cousin was upset over the lost ball that he had for maybe 10 mins(my grandpa ended up just getting it himself which he shouldnt have had to). Kids had fun though. I personally wouldnt pay $200+ for a party there.

Super cool idea. Kinda dumpy, kinda run down though. But its a bunch of the inflatable bounce houses from carnivals in a huge warehouse. Kids dig it. Its safe enough. And they make sure its not too crowded to use.

No Security. People can come and go as they wish, which is fine, but you C bad things happen to children And it only takes a split 2nd To be gone.Safety for the kid should be 1st

Very clean and staff was great! Had my twins 7th birthday party there and it was perfect. Plenty of play time, nice party room, and a very pleasant professional helper dedicated to our party. I would highly recommend this location for parties or just open play.

New owner and staff are very friendly. Lots of snack options. The kids enjoy burning off energy here. Now even more toddler friendly as well and love the new layout as it makes it easier to see the whole room and kids are easier to keep track of.

There are several bounce houses, which seemed like fun for the kids. My toddler wasnt interested in the bounce houses, but loved the toddler play area, especially the playhouse. I cant wait to take my child back again.

Customers BEWARE of this scam. I took a group of excited kiddos to JumpZone yesterday as we were celebrating a birthday. Upon arrival I was told that they will not honor prepaid Groupon vouchers any longer. I had just purchased these, all vouchers were valid and not expired. Unfortunately, at the time of arrival JumpZone was still “selling/offering” these Groupon deals online only to state they will not redeem them. I was told a lengthy story that in summary there’s and issue between Groupon and JumpZone that needs sorted out. Their management was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic about these inconveniences they are causing their customers. They recently raised the prices and now have some serious competition in town. It doesn’t seem like the right time, if ever, to provide this type of customer service. My family is excited to check out “Defy” the new trampoline park in Florence. We will no longer be JumpZone fans or customers.

Good place but needs to expand for more play area.

We have been to Jumpzone in Florence multiple times previously for Birthday parties without incident so we decided to take my 4yr old & twin 1.5 yr olds to Jumpzone this past weekend (11/16/19). In the past, Jumpzone had a decent play area for younger children (under 4) but they have significantly reduced their offering for younger children. The younger area now only has one small slide, small crawl through caterpillar, okay size bounce house that was under 4 and another bounce house for 4 yr old and up.While playing in the okay size bounce house with my 1.5yr olds, older kids (7 yrs old or older) would get in their with them and jump which would terrify & knock over the twins & other little ones, they also struck the younger kids multiple times while using the slides. I had to pull my little ones out multiple times due to Staff and parents not enforcing the age limitation & removing the older children from the small children play area.I wish Staff would enforce the rules more actively to make this environment safer for younger children & that parents would realize this is not a daycare. Funzone has been a great place for the colder months so children can still play and have a good time but it seems safety & cleanliness is not a priority any longer. There is no sanitize stations and it doesnt look like any of the areas have been cleaned in some time. Were disappointed Funzone has went down hill as quickly as it has and will not be returning for the safety & health of our children.

At the Florence jumpzone. Have been here for over an hour. Only employee we see is the one at the register. Must be 60 to 70 kids here. Parents let kids climb up and over walls while small kids are trying to come down. No one to correct the kids. Someone is going to get hurt.Just asked and the manager running the register is the only employee in the building. Pizzas are being delivered from outside. There is no way one person should be running this place.

Our girls were invited to 2 Bday parties here. They loved it... So did we! Lots of exercise by jumping, staff was ever present for safety, and we werent out extra money for playing games! Very orderly and smooth.

Rude, workers followed my students around harassing them and making sure they didnt have too much fun acting as if my group of 30 students got in free. We paid full price, no deal for the non profit organization and they really treated us like we were in the way instead of like we were paying customers. We try to take the kids at least 3 times in summer but this place will definitely not earn a return visit for my field trips. The children didnt even want to go back.

I read some negative reviews on here and almost didnt come...but I gave it a shot and am glad that I brought my grandson he is having the time of his live this place ranks right up there with totter otter ville. Nice staff friendly people. Descent prices on concessions. Apparently Tuesday is the day to come. Try it out before you read anything negative and make up your own mind.

Make sure to check the online open play schedule as there are no normal business hours for this place. I feel its a bit pricey and the food/concessions are limited as well. Of course the kiddos just love it. And thats what really counts for us!

Kids love this place. Just bet on your kid getting sick soon after a visit. Not that the place is dirty itself but kids are dirty. Sorry people with kids but not sorry, you know your kid can be gross sometimes especially when theyre with other kids lol

My granddaughters birthday party was here. Great concept. Gets kids away from TV, cell phones, etc. Good attractions, at the end of the day its all running and jumping.
