I had been waiting outside from 8:58am to 9:45am. They leave their neon ON sign on continuously. The door is still locked 45 minutes past 9. There were three customers waiting and all three have left. If this is any indication of their daily routine, theyre losing $150, minimum, first thing in the morning because they dont want to open on time.

Ive been going here every so often, but Ill be discontinuing due to one of the employees being so rude. Everyone else has treated me like they appreciated my business, and I made sure to tip well. All until the other day this one lady who I never seen until then did my pedicure. She did not make me feel welcome or appreciated. I actually got a headache from how cold she was. Ive found another nail salon that does astounding and charges way less. So Star Nails will no longer get my business.

I was seated and the water was ran for my pedicure. I waited and waited. Another lady sat beside me about 20 min later. The next available nail tech came over with her supplies. Placed her cart between me and the other person. Imagine my surprise when she started on the other person. I was utterly disgusted. I promptly left and I will never, EVER return. You wont disrespect me and get my money.

Just left here and I was turned away for....my nails being too long!! And they are not even that long, just the length of a tip without the number on the back. Dont get me wrong, I understand not everyone can do long nails but you cant possibly run a nail salon and not have at least 1 tech that knows how to do long nails!!!! Long nails=more money plus I always tip. Apparently, they didnt get that memo someone should tell them though. They wont have to worry about seeing me and my too long nails again

Its been a while since I pampered myself and they really pampered me I enjoyed it and will come back again soon

Walked in the door was sat at a chair for a Pedi and its been 45 mins and was skipped. A woman walked in 15 mins after me and was immediately sat down and they filled her water up for a Pedi. Thats just rude to leave a person just waiting and then skip them.

Ask for coffin there more oval shape . Worst nail salon I been to. On top of that I paid 65$ for plain coffin acrylic and in Conway it’s $35 . Toes were great young boy took his time on them . Young female rushed thru my sister nails . They could’ve been better I seen her work .

They were good fast and as always enjoyable to be around. Love myself some Ivvy tho....

I love this place they always do a fantastic job on my eyebrows and my nails i dont even go anywhere else anymore.

Service is very slow...I waited 1hr 30min to get a pedicure and the actual pedicure was done in less than 20 minutes..Go figure..and if you dont speak up they will let regulars walk in and start to service them, and just ignore people that have been waiting.

I just started getting my nails done about 3 months ago. I am so glad I came here first. I grew up in, and now own, my familys barber business. So I was happy to learn they are a very hard-working family of talented nail techs. Also, shop, pedicure chairs and foot bathes, and nail stations are so clean. Pedicure is a real relaxing treat in massaging chairs. They are diligent, gentle, and kind. Prices are very fair. Work is excellent. I love the gel polish. Star Nails really make me feel good!

This place was amazing! The staff was very friendly, we showed up 20 minutes before closing and they still graciously accepted us in. The cost for a pedicure is 25 dollars, and it comes with the hot rocks treatment. The whole process lasted about 30 very relaxing minutes. I would suggest this place is the best nail salon in Florence!

Went with a friend to get our nails done for prom, so we 100% expected to wait. sat there for about an hour while people came in after us and they started taking them before us. we watched about 5 people that came in after us get sat before us and we almost left. after 2 hours of waiting they finally seated us and started on my nails. i got dipped nails with a tip and it was the most painful thing ever!!! i get my nails done all the time and i have never experienced something more uncomfortable. the skin around my nails are torn up and bloody??? i kept telling the nail artist that it was hurting and he kept hitting my skin but he continued to do it to every single nail. i think my nails ended up looking really good other than my right thumb, the color from the powder is uneven and there’s a spot where it looks like there’s no polish. overall i think the experience was pretty bad and i don’t think i’ll ever step foot in there again!!! there are MUCH better nail salons in florence.

Wow. Ive never had such a great experience at a nail salon! They are well priced, provide excellent customer service, and can do a range of nail trends (not just ol polish!). Ask for Hannah when you go! She is super friendly, polite, easy to talk to. I literally am in awe of how great the experience was. AND the place is clean!!!! 5 stars isnt enough!!

Best pedicure I have every had! They massage your legs then apply hot rocks to your legs. Like I said best pedicure I have ever had.

The lady was very rude and claimed I had a fungus under my nails, which I did not. Every time I come they find an excuse to hike up the price. Every time i went to get a fill in for $17 they would charge me $23 for no reason at all, even if my nails were short. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. The lady was very rude and refused to do my nails unless I got a full set.

If you live/go to school in/near Florence, DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to Star Nails for ANY service!! The workers are rude, the service is terrible, and the prices are not worth the results. I get my nails done on a regular and while I know every nail tech is not the same and everyones work will not look the same, if I am paying my good earned money for quality service then thats what I am expecting. I should not have to stop you multiple times during a visit to tell you that the shape is wrong, nail lengths are uneven, and that you are hurting me. And to add salt to the wound after 2 days a nail is already broken????On top of that I should not have to deal with workers as well as the OWNER arguing with me about whether or not I got my moneys worth and shouting that if I was not satisfied that I could take my business elsewhere.I am NEVER spending money at this establishment again and I REFUSE to support a business with such terrible customer service.

Poor service. Got here at 9am when they opened and and the door was locked. Ran an errand and came back for a walk-in appointment and was told to have a seat. The nail tech walks up and asks me to pick a color, and watches a movie on her phone while I choose. She then says I’ll be right back. I think she is gathering her supplies but turn around and see her working an another woman’s nails who can in well after me. Poor service. Poor communication. I will not be returning.

This place was AWLFUL 😩😩 y’all I got my nails done last week and a while hand done popped off 🤯 then they charged me 65$ because I wanted coffin they still ain’t do coffin it was blocked shaped she gone telll me that it was coffin that’s how they do they coffin it was so terrible I will not recommend this place to no one it’s straight TRASH !!!!

Do not go here they cut my foot with a brush.....i am also 9 months pregnant and they called me an emotional pregnant woman which I actually surprisingly didnt react the way a pregnant woman should have reacted....they got me to change my color so i wound pay extra for gel polish and then didnt use the gel....now i hate the color have to havr it redone because Im about to have a baby in 4 days and hate the color they chose it doesnt match anything and i should have went somewhere else.....i also now have to see the doctor about the cut on my foot and make sure I didnt contract any diseases from the water or their tools which were not taken out of bags and you couldnt tell if they cleaned them DONT GO HERE THERE ARE PLENTY OTHER GOID PLACES!!!

I have been doing my own nails as a past liscenced nail tech for 13 yrs and havent even considered stepping foot in a salon and spending money on something I could do for myself for free. Today I decided I wanted to pamper myself and go let someone else do them for me. Of course I was nervous bc like I said I have become set in my ways on how I liked my nails done from doing them the way I liked for so many yrs....and lets just say they rocked!! Everything was super clean and very pleasent customer service!! I am very impressed with how well they were done and the final product! For someone as picky as myself I will deff be returning to Star Nails!!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!
