Second time coming here to see if it was any better this time around: answer, no. The nail tech I had pulled out her phone stand and decided to watch something on her phone on and off during our session. She knicked me with the nail dremel on 3 different fingers. The attention to detail on these nail are quite pitiful. Hardly any shape consistency on any of my nails. SNS dip missing in some spots.. my review is just pure honesty, no shaming. Compared to how elaborate and detailed these other reviewers nails turned out, I’m wondering why my nails look how they do.

I went to Danny and Lena today at the nail salon they were very professional and kind people! Danny did my nails exactly how I wanted them and Lena also gave me a excellent pedicure! I definitely will be back to the nail salon in hopes of getting Danny and Lena next time! Also the environment was very clean and also very professional.

Victoria is freaking amazing. I’m so obsessed with how she waxed my eyebrows. They look really good (so good that I HAD to leave a review.) She was also very sweet and the pedicure she did was perfect. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect. I’ll add another review after I get my nails completed.

I used to get my nail service from here all the time. It’s located conveniently near my home and always very clean.But over time the quality was severely lacking. I felt like I was just rushed through my service and saw many imperfections on my nails, toes.Today I decided to treat a friend and reluctantly went back, but I was pleasantly surprised with my technician. She was not only friendly and inviting but actually took her time and did an amazing job with my pedicure.As we all know it’s expensive to get your nails and feet done. So please keep technicians like her there, and I will keep coming back.Thank youShonna

I received my recent pedicure a couple of weeks ago and it still looks great! The polish has not chipped at all. The owner has always been more than kind and so has everyone else. They always have a smile on their face no matter how busy they are. Ive had different technicians over the years and Ive been happy with all of them. The salon has always been clean and they have gone above and beyond to keep everything clean and sanitized during Covid. Ill definitely be back!

Poor greeting by the nail tech, wait🤔did she even say hello? I got a basic pedicure which must have deflated her because when it came to my to my calves, she barely rubbed them and through on some lotion of her choice. No smiles or light talk. The nail tech that did my full set was an exact replica of her coworker. She had ear buds in and had an entire non stop conversation with whomever. She was so caught up in her convo that she painted my accent nail the same color as the others, I had to tell her that she was wrong. Too much staff turnover, Ill have to find somewhere else

I’ve been going to Nail Artisan for years for many services including pedicures, full sets, pink & white, gel polish, nail designs, waxing, and tanning. Always a pleasant environment, and friendly staff.They go above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my beauty services. I highly recommend using this salon for your beauty needs!

I went in for the first time today. Got their signature spa pedicure ($56 for 50 minutes). Wasn’t given a choice on the scent, the tech just brought the honey glazed marshmallow so I just went with it. They were out of lavender & sage for regular pedicure. Didn’t get my techs name but she was nice. The foot massage was nothing exciting and my feet are still rough even after the so called scrub. The pedicure lasted about 35 mins but I paid the signature price (55mins). The paint job wasn’t that great either, got some paint on my skin and some toes look patchy and not shiny because she rushed with the top coat.As I was waking out, I realized that there was oil running downy legs because she didn’t wipe the oil off after the massage. Wouldn’t care to go back again.

I got a manicure and a pedicure the pedicure was delightful but I did not expect for me to get charged for tips per a hand . When I got the dip done I was asking a question on why she didnt dip the whole finger instead she gave me a smart answer back saying she new what she was doing Im the professional no doubt you are but when I ask a question then act professional. I want be back because I think 85 .00 was to much I didnt ask for gold . Im sure I can fine another Nail salon to give my business to .

The establishment itself was nice, I liked the set up and the atmosphere. As for the service, it was the opposite of relaxing. I went there for a manicure last week and waiting was alright, but the service I received was just not relaxing nor was it really nice. The attendant was treating my hands like they weren’t attached to my body. The glue that was used for my faux nails I had no clue what kind it was, nothing was labeled and was half used and gunked up. I understand lots of the polish/dips/adhesives are shared and I’m not going to get a brand new anything, but I felt like I was left in the dark. I just wanted my manicure over with. Just uncomfortable. It wasn’t relaxing, it felt rushed.My nails came out okay though. They probably weren’t worth the experience nor price, but I will not be going back!

Just wanted to share how these people treat their customers! This person deserves an apology!

First two experiences went well for me and my daughter but on our third visit I am convinced that I was over charged for a fill in with gel polish and I got nail art on one finger per hand which my nail tech said would be $8 more which was fine but my daughter didn’t get any nail art and I ended up paying $103 for 2 fill ins.

This was my 2nd visit to this nail salon. I went earlier this year with my 2 daughters, while they were here on Christmas break.(Jan.21) and I went for the 2nd time on 6/17/21. Today is Sunday, 6/20/21. First experience was pretty good, for me(Jason did my nails), however one of my daughters felt rushed and didnt like her nails.This last time, Aaron did my gel polish on my natural nails and toes. Within 2 hours, I rushed back up there before they closed, because the middle finger had chipped at the edge, and he left a thick layer at tip of thumb, that had dried up looking a mess. He had Jason fix my issues, it was about 15 minutes before they closed and he had another client. All Jason did was file off the original polish on the 2 messed up nails and restarted the process.Here it is today, Sunday and the middle finger that was repaired chipped, Friday again; and 3 additional nails are chipping. I feel the polish quality must not have been good, because the 1st visit it lasted 3 weeks. I will not return here. To others, I guess it just depends on the polish type, service,ntime of day, and person. I feel if they have polishes that are cheaper and will chip faster, they should let that be known, and 1. not charge customers the same as a higher quality polish and 2. give the option to choose from cheaper gel versus gel that actually does what its supposed to. My mani/pedi on my natural nails with no art work, designs was $86. And its NO GOOD 3 DAYS later. My sons birthday is Tuesday, 1 reason I got them, and we go on vacation after that. I am disappointed and will not return.

This was my sister & Is first ever experience at any nail salon. We waited an hour before we seen someone (wasnt an issue) as it was very busy. Im going to be brutally honest.I told my nail tech I wanted SNS or short tips. He insisted I get acrylic and kept saying trust me! And that it was easier for him to work withAfter I said I wanted what I wanted he insisted again, so I said okay. The acrylic drops gave me a burning sensation so he poured some liquid on the nails and it helped. He had his earbud in one ear listening listening music, periodically looking at his phone. He asked a few questions but his attention was everywhere else. Other than that, he was nice.. Kind of rough with me in the sense that he didnt ask me to move my hands/fingers, just pushed them aside. My sisters nail tech was the same way, didnt give her instructions just pushed her hands. He also left disgusting fuzzies all under her fingernails. I got my eyebrows done and they are two different shapes/thicknesses. Definitely wish we had different nail techs, our experience would have been better in my opinion. I cant find a way to leave pictures but the nails look great from afar, close up not so much.

I asked for just a polish change but she insisted on getting tips, but after saying I only wanted a polish she said gel manicure I was just tired of explaining what I wanted and accepted the manicure, but she did do a good job. I wouldn’t come back here though.Update — Gel Manicure after 3 days... 3 DAYS!!!!!

Worst experience ever. Two days before Mothers Day 2021 and I was in there for almost 2 and a half hours just for a Pedi. Wanted two more services but after everything went downhill with the pedi I said forget everything else. My 1st and last visit. Uuhhhgggg!!!!

Never again I mean never!!!!! They are so unprofessional. The lady kept pulling on my arms n hands instead of asking me to adjust them. Nail were waving at each other just the worst ever. Ended up going to another shop for soak off n new set.

I got my toes done in gel not even a week ago and my toe polish chipped 1 day after. I paid $49 and left a $10 tip. Very bad however my nails look fine.

I just had to say something about this place!! 😁My daughter and I where there the first time on yesterday for my birthday pedicure (3/11/20)When I say that this place was GREAT to us is an understatement. Its so nice and soothing in there. There is just a peaceful calm feeling that you get as soon as you walk through the door. The staff is very professional and attentive and courteous. I moved to Florence in February, and I’ve been looking for a great nail salon since. I definitely found one today! The salon was very clean. The staff were super friendly. I got a gel fill in with French tips and a pedi with gel polish and French tips. They had their work cut out for them, fixing the mess the last salon I went to created. I will definitely be back!

Nice place overall i went in for a fill in & pedicure and Jason was nice, he did my nails really good but my pedicure was over in abt 10 mins!!..I didnt get the warm towels or massage that Im used to & when I asked why he said that was included in another package...not to mention I wasnt even asked what package I wanted but looked around and saw other women with the towel wrap, massages, the whole 9 yards! I just felt like I wasnt treated like the other customers.

The person who did my nails was very meticulous about doing a great job. Which is exactly what she did. I asked her to do things to my nails and she went above and beyond. The prices are good. I will be back to have my nails dipped again.

I have been coming here for years and have always been satisfied with their service. I drive 40 minutes just to come here due to the quality of service. Ive tried other places and quickly came back here. Clean, inviting, short wait time, and professional.

For this nail salon to look so professional they are not. They seemed very upset that I came in with another nail techs work. And basically did not want to fix my 1 broken nail. I had problems getting color powdered acrylic. I had problems with getting her to understand I wanted it coffin shaped. It like they did there best to not make them match. They even have a sign at their counter that says if you have someone else work to expect the same service. So like the saying goes... EVERYTHING THAT LOOKS GOOD AINT.

The lady doing my nails was extremely rude. My hands shake and it’s not something I can control I informed her of this before we started and she still kept telling me not to move and to “ quit pulling back” when I had no control over it. She stopped mid cutting my nails to dial out a call on her cell the person didn’t answer. She continues doing my nails and then has a call come in and drops my hand and answers the phone and has her conversation all while I’m sitting there looking at her!!! My nails are not cut even and some are visibly shorter than the rest, when all was done I left with uneven nails, a few bubbles in my gel polish, and polish on my skin all around my nails. I don’t see myself returning anytime in the future.

Nice clean salon. I’ll give them that. The young man doing my nails was really nice but my nails are all shapes and sizes which is a bummer. He cut my pinky finger with the file and there are bubbles in my gel polish.I wanted my eyebrows waxed and the young man doing my nails was the one to wax my eyebrows. I really don’t like how he did them. I had a natural arch I just wanted the clean wax look but I have a new shape. I was hoping to come out loving my experience and with a new nail tech 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ive been getting services from here since they opened about 10 years ago. It is always very clean and staff is great! They stay updated on all the new trends and techniques. There is lots of technicians so wait time is never bad. I love that they have different kinds of pedicures. I always leave feeling pampered and relaxed.

I got the quickest, half-done pedicure that Ive ever seen!!! My feet were more rough after the pedicure!! I didnt get a warm towel or massage. I usually go there quite a lot. This time was a bad experience for me.

Awful experience. She threw my hands around and was very unprofessional. Accepted phone call that was returned in regards to a bill she didn’t think she had at another business she apparently owned. Gel polish is very bumpy and bubbly. My friend and I both decided to opt out of getting our toes done. Won’t go back.

My visit a few weeks ago was terrible! I went on a weekday and I was 1 of 2 customers there. I thought to myself how relaxing this was going to be. WRONG! The staff sitting up front had nothing to do so they sat and laughed at this one employee making prank calls pretending to have a bad stutter. The louder he got, the louder they laughed. This went on for about 15 to 20 minutes. I love to laugh and have a good time too but not in a place that has signs up to silence your cell phones for the comfort of others around you.To top it all off, of all the chairs sitting empty for pedicures...they sit this woman beside me that carries on a conversation with a colleague on the phone pertaining to work. So much for my nice, peaceful 40 minutes getting a pedicure.I dont think I will be coming back here!!! Terrible and very unprofessional.

I brought my wife and her friend here for us to have a relaxing spa day and we only stayed to get my wife and her friends nails soaked off because we were being rushed and the nail technician was super rough and rude. I am very disappointed!

I have been back 3 times over the paint chipping on my nails ...and was informed that they could not exceed my expectations “(because I’m to picky”) I was floored to be told that ! You get what you pay for right???? And also was informed that no one in the salon would touch me !!!! But Aida ‘ ! I have never been treated this way by any nail salon ! This was my last trip ! I will gladly spend my money somewhere else

What woman doesnt enjoy being pampered? The location is always clean and the decor is tasteful and soothing. The massage chairs will help work out the kinks and relax your tired and aching muscles after the longest and most stressful of days. The staff goes out of their way to provide friendly, professional service in a timely manner. If you are indulgent enough to treat yourself to a spa pedicure, the foot and calf massages are heavenly. The staff is also very adept at removing ingrown nails with minimal pain, which is a service that I personally use as necessary. The shop is aptly named Artisan Nail &a Spa because the people that work there truly are artists when it comes to nail care and design. I wouldnt dream of ever going anywhere else.

Made a day-of appointment at here just a few hours before I dropped by. I selected the citrus manicure and a polish change for my toes. This place is always clean and spacious. Now I will added I scheduled 2 services on next Wednesday.

Super long wait and nail tech was rude. She rushed on my nails and even stated she doesn’t have time. Never going back again!!!You deserve 0 stars to be honest. And you are right I am not a regular customer but some decency and more politeness should have been shown. You said it yourself that you were busy.
