We called before and made sure they would have time for 3 people. She made me feel good that they would have plenty of time for all of us. So we went and had 2 pedicures ready. My friend had to wait at least 45 minutes for hers. When I got done with my pedicure they told me that they would start my nails. She had an appointment that interfered with our time so when it was my turn, she wasn’t even done with the other girl. And then she had to do my sisters which she was very rude to and did a terrible job. I finally sit down and get my acrylics on. I told her what I wanted and picked my colors out. She starts and I tell her which order to do the colors in bc I was doing 5 different ones. She tells me “you’re stubborn today!!” And I said “me, why?” And she just laughed in my face. She did a decent job but not $55 good at all!! Very disappointed and won’t be returning

I had booked appointments and called to confirm them. I then receive a text three days later that my appointment has to be canceled because she (rose) had booked someone else instead. It is very unprofessional to tell someone you can do their appointment then cancel because you have something else instead. I will never come back to this place.

I love my nails. It has been hard for me to find a place where I am satisfied with their service but I finally found one. They are so pretty and it will now be my to go place to get my nails done.

They are very kind and great quality!! They took their time and made it super comfortable and enjoyable!! I definitely would recommend and I will be going back!

They are great, but pricey. The saying, You get what you pay for should be something to think about when wanting your nails done. I do not mind spending money if my nails are going to look good, and Hands on Nails did that for me. I will be a returning customer. The what I asked for vs what I got is what I have gotten done, and the pictures I posted.

They did a terrible job! The lady didn’t do anything I asked for and was extremely rude to me. She was very rough with my hands. I even asked her to fix my nails the way I wanted them because they looked horrible and she kept doing what she was doing. A few of my nails were longer than they were on my other hand when she “finished” and I had to go home and fix them myself. I definitely do NOT recommend this nail salon!

I have never had such an amazing experience yet such a bad set of nails. My middle nail came out crooked and my pinky nail had a bristle from the brush painted into it. All of my nails were lumpy and I just had one pop off after not even having them a whole week. I got a very simple design and payed $61 just to walk out extremely disappointed. I’m not one to ever complain but for the price and the simple design my nails should’ve turned out a whole lot better I’m very disappointed because I had heard nothing but good things about this place but I will not be going back I will just stick with my regular nail girl. Very sweet people and maybe she was just having a bad day but for $60 I expected effort to be put into my nails.

This was my first time, a friend recommended me. She was absolutely right about this place, theyre all awesome, friendly, warm. I love Mariah and Miriam, theyre awesome. Mariah went over and beyond the call of duty!! Shes only been there over a month, she seems very experienced. Ill be going back. I love it 🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️❤️

I have had my nails done for years and Ive used a lot of mail salons, but Hands On Nail Salon is the best, by far! Shantayla and her staff are friendly, super nice, and they know what they are doing....from manicures, pedicures, acrylic nail tips, and fill ins!! I will never go to another nail salon! Yall need to go and give them a try! Youll love it and you will go back!

I wanted white nails with one being cow print. She did not do the shape I wanted nor the length. The nails were super hard to get off and you can see the marks of the acrylics and black marks where blood is. Every single one of my nails are ingrown and I can barely touch them. I will not be returning

I went in for an acrylic fill in and she said I needed a new set so I said okay and she just started ripping my nails off. She asked if it hurt, I said yes and she said it would take a long time to soak them off instead so she kept ripping them off. My nails are now bleeding and are painful. I didn’t get a new set.

Everyone is so friendly and sweet. And my nails always look fabulous... You ladies are awesome.

Amazing place to get your nails done. I have a standing appointment with Shantayla every 2 weeks! Other girls including Celenne and Brandy has done my nails and I loved them! Great atmosphere and everyone is so nice. Would suggest this place over any other one.

My mom absolutely LOVES this place! Shantayla and the staff are great. She even gives my mom a discount for being a wartime vets wife. Their service is professional, their work is second-to-none and they make Mother feel like a queen.

They were very attentive and took their time. I did not feel they rushed and they even fixed the nail shape from a previous salons mess up. There prices are also very reasonable! Will not go to another salon
