Grabbed a blower and wet vac to take care of a water problem at the house. No complaints. Equipment was in good condition. They were helpful at the counter. I felt prices were reasonable.

Great place to rent from. They have a 74hp remote-controlled stump grinder that eats through Stumps like a hot knife through butter. I did 9 stump ranging in size from 4 ft to 6 ft in about 5 1/2 hours will definitely be back to rent that machine.

Sorry I feel that when a customer requests a price for renting a piece of equipment you should inform them that that price does not include the “Rent Gard” insurance that your not asked if you would like to opt out of or not. FYI $86.90 extra tacked on two day rental of a mini.

I recently rented an outdoor patio heater from them and was so pleased with the service. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. They answered all of my questions and even made sure I knew how to use the heater! The staff members even offered suggestions on other items I may need to rent in the future for some of my parties, which gave me some great ideas! I will definitely be back!!!

I love dealing with Steffens! They are always so helpful and the staff there are great! They are knowledgeable and try very hard to meet any needs or answer any questions I have. They have so many different types of party equipment (ice cream machine, snow cone machines, cotton candy, etc.), you name it and almost everything you need for each of them. I plan on getting all the things needed for my wedding there too!!! Chairs, tables, etc. and I cant wait to try out the fondue fountain! :) I recommend going there over the high-priced and over-rated competition!A year later and I still love STEFFENS! I thought they were fair with me. I will use agin.One thing i wish there was a way to have free tool pickup from them, i understand its probably not economically feasable but i wish it could be. Or atleast where u could have them pick it up for a reasonable fee. Like the persons wage and gas, plus 10 percent or something.I wanted them to come pick up a ladder i rented because i was heavy as hell and it was just me took everythimg i had to get it onto the truck bymyself to return it, but the charge was like 170 bucks to come pick it up.Thats the only thing that i wish was better about tool rental, however its not there problem and i did not factor it into the rating. Again they were fair and gave me a good rate, also they helped me load and unload the ladder at there yard.

Would rather do my next job by hand than to rent from them again. I rented a cable line layer. Tool was used for its intended purpose. Hit a 1.5” root (which the tool is supposed to be capable of breaking thru) and the tool blew up. When i asked how old the tool was, because it broke pretty easily, they said 3-5 years old. But with all the wear and tear I was still responsible for all repairs....$500 on a $75 tool rental...it would have literally been cheaper to pay a pro to do it. Not only did they charge me $500, they did it on my card while I was still disputing it with them and talking to my lawyer. Very rude thru the whole process. Now discussing legal recourse with my lawyer. DONT USE THEM.

Rented a soft serve ice cream machine. Price was great but the machine did not come with any instructions. When asked for instructions, I was told to U-Tube it. Couldnt find instructions on U-Tube or the manufacturers website. Did not have ice cream ready in time for our event because we were winging it. When I returned the machine, I advised them to get printed instructions to go out with the machine. I was told, Didnt you look at Gold Medal?. I asked why would I search Gold Medal, they arent the manufacturer of the machine. Was told, well thats where the U-Tube Video is. Very frustrated

We have rented multiple times from Steffens and I highly recommend. We have rented a cherry picker and wood chipper when trimming trees and recently sanders for re-doing hardwood floors. Equipmebt is reliable and reasobably priced. Great for DIY projects.
