Horrible. Got bed set only had about a month. 2 weeks after getting the bed found bed bug. Checked mattress nothing. Couple days another one. Checked again and nothing. Couple days later found another one. Pulled velcro off back and found few full grown bugs. Also a ton of shells. Dont recommend using store.

We have previously shopped at this store and were well treated. But this time they have a girl who attends with a very bad attitude, she is very rude and always hangs up the phone and it is unpleasant to have to deal with people like her every time she has to go to make a payment

Rob is the best sales manager/manager. He helps his clients alot . His attitude is five star worthy. Most of the time he has little to no help but still seems to make all his clients very happy. I would recommend anyone to this location. :)

We came in to get an LG washer and dryer. We ended up bundling a chrome washer, dryer, side by side fridge with the bottom drawer freezer and a stove. They were running a sale and we was able to get all 4 for about the price we would have paid for 2 appliances with tax and insurance included. We dealt with the manager and she was awesome. If they dont have something youre looking for onsite, theyll call around and find it. We would definitely go back to that location for anything else we need.

My fiancé called up here to see if we could make our payment just a few days late, we were running short on money, and with it being the first of the month.. all of our bills had come out at once. He tried to explain this to the gentlemen he spoke on the phone with, and the gentleman asked him “So what bills came out?” My fiancé explained “Car insurance, car payment, rent... etc.” and the gentlemen replied “Oh yeah, they alll just came out at once?”. And my fiancé replied “Yes.” Then the gentlemen proceeds to ask “So when can you pay it?” And my fiancé let him know that he could pay it on Friday. And then, the gentlemen over the phone had the audacity to ask my fiancé “How are you going to pay this? You get paid biweekly.” When the fact of the matter is I get paid weekly. My finances name is just on our rent a center account. My fiancé being the kind man that he is kept his calm throughout the whole phone call, but, whoever this guy was on the phone needs a reality check. You don’t hound people for information like that. Everyone has their issues with money. And we shouldn’t have been made to feel like ours was insignificant. Horriable customer service.

The staff at this location is very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help you get the best deal. Ive only had good experiences here and Ive been a customer for going on two years now.
