The staffs there are amazing people. They are very professional and they are willing to help you with any questions you have.

Personally i have had a good experience with these people. I see bad reviews for this place and I dont understand why. I have only dealt with Olivia who is super friendly and seems to just be doing a good job overall i really like her. And a guy named Edwin was very nice and helpful too. It is very clean and they are quick when you get in there.

I have been so very blessed with outstanding professionalism and personal attention and the teamwork of the Job center I was referred by James Duncan who is a outstanding human being ; but what happened next changed my life. I walked in and ask for Dawn Wright the atmosphere was so positive and upbeat she told me she wanted me to have a full time job she took her time and helped all the way now i have a full time job.I would highly recommend the JOBcenter to every one Thank you DWn wright

Kimberly is such a great person to deal with! I walked in there and there was no one paying attention to me. I see someone come from the back and greets me, she asks me how I am doing and what I need help with. I let her know that I am needing to apply. She helps me do just that. Every time I had a question about a certain part she helped me, no one else even acknowledged I was there. When I was finally done she brought we back to her desk and made small talk which made me feel more comfortable. There was nothing she could offer me since I wanted someone in Florence. She said she would call me when we got something and she did just that. I got a call two days after and she said she had everything ready for me for this job. I came into the office, did the paperwork and now I am working thanks to her. She called me a week later to check how I was doing at this job and honestly no one has ever cared like her! Go to Kimberly if you are ever needing something!

I had a great experience with Dawn Wright, one of the recruiters. She was very professional and easy to talk to when explaining my job needs. She found me a great job with a perfect schedule and thats saying alot with everything that is going on today. Definitely recommend going here if you are in need of immediate employment. Great experience

I dealt with a girl named Stephanie. She didn’t even greet me, we were sitting there in silence for about 2 minutes. She didn’t even ask what shift I was wanting or how I was doing. All she said was “looks like you already worked at UPS so I can’t send you there.” I looked at her and asked if that’s all she had at the moment. She said yes. However, I was hearing the person behind her tell her person about some company named Kroger. I let Stephanie know and she said that she took the last spot. I just said okay well is there anything else. This is when Stephanie got rude and said “I just told you that I only have UPS.” I got up and waited in the lobby for my cousin. A few minutes went by and the girl that was sitting behind Stephanie came to the lobby to help someone and I asked her if there was Kroger . She said that she did. I informed her that I was told there was nothing else but UPS. She apologized and said that we did have more things to offer and that she could help me. She brought me back to her desk and Stephanie turned around and said “I already told her I can’t send her to UPS” The person helping me said “I’m offering her Kroger.” Now, with this person it was completely different! She greeted me, she confirmed my address/email, phone number, and she even checked my background that I had on file which was clear. She asked if anything had changed since then and I said no. She did the paperwork, set up my direct deposit, and went over the job. She explained the pay perfectly. She was amazing! I wish I could remember her name, but she was the lady right behind Stephanie, like the 3rd desk back. If it wasn’t for her, this post would have 1 star. Stephanie was a zero star but the lady that helped me was a 10!

This place is a total joke! I went asking for Kimberly and I was told she no longer worked there. She is the only one I felt comfortable talking to. I asked what kind of work they had and Candy the apparent manager was totally rude. She told me that she didn’t have anything for me, mind you I have only been to one job with them and quit because lack of hours. When I asked Candy why other people were offered something she said I needed to call back another day and completely ignored me. I made a comment about me missing Kimberly and the MANAGER told another coworker I needed to get over myself. Why? Because I could talk to Kimberly and can’t talk to someone who is the manager? She shouldn’t be a manager.

I have worked here several times and its pretty much working for free cause they dont ever pay you right or if at all. You get fired randomly and then you can show up to the job just to be sent home. Theyre rude most of the time. Ive called 3 times to ask where my entire paycheck is and still nothing. Waste of time hands down.

Very rude people when it comes down to you calling to let them know your check is short its been four weeks and alot of calls and they told me they already paid me for all hours worked. Theres nothing left to do but contact BBB. Im missing 30 hours.. 10 hours fromthree checks please dont come here if u want your money

This place is amazing. I spoke to Kimberly G. She was extremely polite and was able to make me feel comfortable. I had worked for the job center about 3 months ago and I had a personal conflict that interfered with my job at the time. When I explained the situation to her I began to cry and she was a friend and a recruiter all in one. I was set up for Mubea in less than 30 minutes. I could never thank her enough for how helpful she is! EVERY ONE GO SEE KIMBERLY.

Website says they open at 9am on Saturday but sign on the door says 10am. Its 1026 am no one here. No one answering phone but the lights are on and door is locked. Hmmmm...shady place to be on local 12 news

I waited in the lobby no one tells you what they need from you. Spoke with young lady she spoke so low I couldnt hear her. Then tells me she has a job could barely hear her, I will start Thursday then looks at my record history says I was a no show wrong she didnt event let me tell her what happened. Then tells me to take drug test passed. Tells me they have to do a background check takes three day, she call me back today and says they didnt accept me. Why cant you tell the truth and speak up. You didnt need to lead me astray.

Ive been with job center for 2 weeks and both checks they shorted me. And tell me no way can they cut me a check that Ill have to wait until next check. Well I did that with the first week and it still wasnt on the next check

Thought it was a good place! Didnt get my direct deposit 3 or 4 times and when they paid me my money had to go on a pay card, which I had to go and get the money and deposit it in my account so I could pay my bills which by then made my payments late! Then to add insult to injury, the kept paying me on the pay card until I called them to deposit my pay into my account! Also, the benefits that I pay for ....no good! No doctors ever heard of it! I should be refunded for all the money I paid for benefits that I could never use! Then I didnt receive all my check stubs in my email! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE! They apologize so matter a factly!

These people are complete liars! I talked to someone at 10:30 am, they said they had a job for me. I needed to fill out some paperwork and get a drug screen. I got there about an hour later and was told the job was filled. I was told, We dont hold jobs for people. I was pissed but am in school and need to work, so I asked about another job. They set me up with it, I had to send them my resume (which I had done several times, including uploading it). I got home and sent it in, they told me they would call after they contacted the owner of the company. Its Sunday, and no word yet.These people are complete clowns and bait and switch flim-flam liars. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever seen!

I recently got laid off at work and I was devastated because I had never lost a job in my life. I spoke to Kimberly on the phone and offered me DHL. I came into the office and one of her questions was if I had anything on my background. I let her know I did from when I was 18; I stole something. She said that DHL had a no theft ever background criteria, but she said she was going to ask the account manager. She did and she said she would let me know what they said but that she was very confident that I would be just fine. She informed me that DHL asked for a background to be ran for me but that I could still go to the tour. She kept in touch everyday until the background came back and she said it came back just fine and that I could start the day after the tour. Honestly, she was so helpful. She is caring and she makes sure that you get a job. I wouldn’t wanna deal with anyone else if I were to go back into Job Center.

Please if you care about your job or career dont go here. Horrible with record keeping and wont even keep your phone number. One employee will tell you they found the information and another will tell you they cant. Also have issues with paying you properly and on time

Called them at 8 in morning they said they had 20 jobs and 120 positions on all shifts then when i got there they offered me five of the worst jobs out there and i was looking for first shift she said no first shift then as i was about to leave leave another said something about ups and my recruiter said oh yea i forgot when she has the information on her computer. Dont work here unless u want some manual labor garbage job working 12 hours for little pay.

The workers are inconsistent with their information. They will give their people assignments before you and will give you the run around from the Hebron location to the Florence location. Their very unprofessional,slow and unorganized.

I have been on the Job for 2 week and my first payday and they didnt update my information to get paid. People dont do there job. Im the one without a paycheck. They got to call corporate to get me 1 week check and its New years weekend. Corporate wont be open till Tuesday,because Monday is New years day. All this trouble,because they didnt take the time to do there job. New year resolution. Find a real staffing company that takes care of there emplyees.

They was late on paying me i had to call and go off on them it was about they didnt get my hours so i had to go thur all of that then i called and said that i was going to be late because i stll dodnt have my check and i didnt have any gas.. She said we was rushing your money to u i had to be at work at 1130 i got paid at 1122 so when i got to work late they ended my assignment. And i really like DHL
