I have been locked out of my account. I called everyday and get the run around. They keep asking me the exact date of my last two jobs. Its been awhile to remember those dates. I have been filing almost a year, and never had to go through this. I understand frauds are going around, but this is my livelihood, especially during this pandemic. The women on the phone is very rude and impatient. I just dont know what to do. I have no other income.

I can get unemployment because florida said file in south Carolina an south Carolina said file in florida back an forth till time ran out now I get nothing because south Carolina and Florida dont know what they doing so I have a business in south Carolina an still cant get pua or unemployment so I got screwed over I know people who have lied an got 8000 dollar for pua and dont even have a business but I am honest an still get screwed out money but the give money to the liers and the people who tell the truth

Excellent staff that really have a passion for assisting the people that would like a career path change. Federal bonding available as well for ones that need a little more assistance then others.

I was on hold for 2 1/2 hrs!!! The worst part was 3 people got on the line with me prior to that wait time and they all said they could not assist me and claimed they were transferring me to someone that could. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are no help!

Not a great selection of jobs, but the staff is helpful (or they were when I was there looking for a job).

Definitely have their act together! Very much wanting to give you the tools and help to find employment and or career.
