This place is excellent and professional for finding jobs for all people I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and relatives

Very poor communication. Waste of time and gas. Was told to report on labor day showed up for work nobody was there. I showed up for work Tuesday found out I was not suppose to be there until Wednesday. They worked me from 5pm to 3am then expected me to be back in at 12pm. The company said they informed olsten and they was suppose to contact us but I never received anything not a call, text, or email. When I called the lady pretty much said she thought I already started work last week and it wasnt her problem either go or get replaced. I have a child doing online classes thats why I picked 5pm till 5am and I would of minded if I had more of a notice. This is very unprofessional and I will be contacting the supervisor.

The staffing is awful. I waited 5 minutes for them to tell me I dont meet the qualifications to work at Honda. When I first walked in I thought someone would have greeted me at the door. But I then sit down and no one took the time out to acknowledge me. Finally someone someone stood up and asked do you need help🤔🤔🤔 I knew at that point it wasnt even worth my time.

They have not had any success in finding me employnent, but they have been considerate ..Mullins on the other hand is a different story.

Whoever Rebecca is! Very rude, unprofessional and terrible listening skills and customer service skills!!!!! My fiancé called back to return a call he had received last week and the person who called him did not give him any information about the job. Just to call her back if he was interested in the job smh no name or nothing. Anyway he called back trying to find more information about the job they called him for and Rebecca did not need to be at work that day because she was horrible raising her voice when it was uncalled for just the worst!! If only they could pull that phone call. Worst temp service ever thanks to her!!!!!!!!! Deserves no stars but that’s the only way you could leave a review!!!!

Very professional and great staff!!

Staffing is not Presidential! One staff in particular(jenna)is very pushy when engaging in phone conversation. When a client is trying to express his/hers availability and stating that they are unemployed and understand to call every monday, the client does not need an overly aggressive approach and a non considerate acknowledgement from the staff of this company. Training needs to be reinforced on how to communicate I understand that we are all adults but last time I checked I wasnt born with 4 legs so Im also not your pet, I was interrupted as I was explaining my availibilty to staff, i said I would call tommorow to speak with some one more professional, I was told if I call everyday that they will remove me from the list I never stated that I would call every day, and I also called respectfully . This staff definetly demonstrated what alot of persons in florence sc are upset about . Its ok to consider your clients situation or views you, if you dont want to talk to clients because your under the assumption that this is just another angry person WELL maybe you should stop answering the phone and allow someone else to maintain the Good reputation of Olsten Staffing.

Absolutely, A good staffing to work for unless you have to go work for Honda with their no exception policy. But olsten is great

WORST staffing agency I’ve ever tried to work with.... I have a distribution of marijuana w.i.t.d charge on my record from 5 yrs ago and I wondered why they couldn’t get me a job ANYWHERE.. wellll they finally told me today why.... for the pass 5 years I’ve been going up thr trying to find a job and would never receive a answer why until today... welll thank u very letting me waste 5 years of my time going up thr trying to do something right!!! Everyone deserves a second chance at life no matter what you have done.. I know ppl with 10 time worst charges working for olsten... but since I’m honest enough to actually put my charge on my profile unlike all the ppl y’all hire in thr everyday I CANT GET HELPED... they said they can’t help me until 2021! GET OUT OF HERE!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would, because I was turned down by the screening team, and told that they could not do anything for me for FIVE years, because of a very old criminal record from when I was young...and very stupid. At first I was told that they could guarantee me a job, and then once I was honest enough to tell them about my past I was quickly turned down. I understand that a criminal record does not look good to an employer, but if I am willing to work 70 hours a week, and I have not been in any sort of trouble at all since I was a kid, then 5 years with no help seems a bit ridiculous to me...They should definitely change that policy, in my opinion. There are many people out there who have made mistakes in their past and are willing to work harder than anyone else would. Needless to say, this was extremely disappointing to me. So, if you have a felony on your record, no matter how old it may be, theres no point in even trying at all with this company. Apparently, this agency is truly prejudice towards people who have made stupid mistakes in their past (and lets face it, we all have done stupid things in our younger years). I can only hope that others have better luck than I did.
