Worked for about 5 months. Asked them to come out and see what was going on since the pigeons came back and they have a 5 year guarantee. They took almost a month to come out and told me it was not their fault as what they did was working and I had open nesting. They sent me 2 pictures. I even offered to have them charge me to correct it, no response. I finally went up on the roof and found it was their fault. They destroyed my roof with their bird wire screws broke and wire fallen over. Considering legal solutions after this.

Reached out to Pigeons Solution for a problem I was having. Christian who is one of their Techs arrived at my home promptly the morning of 1/13/2021.Christian explained the work he was to perform and welcomed any questions I had. Once the work was completed, I was very impressed and pleased. The barrier he attached to my home to prevent the Pigeons from gathering was painted to match my home, and all the diseased droppings were thoroughly removed, preventing further damage to my health and home. When Christian states they take pride in the work they perform and how their work appears on customers property is a priority, his work proved it. Im very happy I reached out to Pigeon Solutions. Im able to sleep comfortably without that irritating noise. I was told if I have any issues to contact the office. Im confident they will resolve any issue pertaining to the work performed. Ive told family and friends about this company because they are professionals, and Trust, that matters.

Ive been very impressed with their work quality, which has been much neater than some of the other companies that my neighbors have hired as we all scramble to tackle our communitys prodigious pigeon problem. You can get your quote as well as communicate regarding services and appointments all by text, which I find far easier than the traditional phone tag. The person on the other end is prompt to reply and has several times humored my tedious questions about the particulars (wheres and whys) of their recommended services.The second time I hired them, I accidentally misstated what I wanted done. Once we figured out what happened they offered to come back out and reconfigure the wire/spikes to the location of my choosing at no extra cost. Now thats courtesy. I didnt take them up on the offer because the way they had interpreted my instructions was actually better than what I had had in mind. Skill!My only caveat: There is a minimum price for services, so you should get as many services all at once as you believe you may need. If in doubt about a certain spot, dont wait to see - just go for it.All in all a great company.

Called 3 times and got voicemail every time before they finally called back 4 days after I left the first message. Obviously not very organized or responsive. I called someone else who actually answered the phone, gave me an immediate, reasonable quote and scheduled the work for the following week. I would NOT recommend Pigeon Solutions.

Please, please DO NOT hire this company. They will dodge liability because their contract states they wont cover any damage they caused. I, like most people, trust when someone comes to my home to exercise care and caution and have pride in their business, but I was VERY wrong with this one. My home was newly built, and we hired them to come out two months after building because we noticed pigeons starting to crowd onto our roof. They broke multiple tiles, drilled too far into the roof and put a hole in it, and caused a roof leak and drywall damage. They refuse to cover any of the almost $2,000 in damages. I truly mean it when I say to hire someone else. Youll be sorry otherwise, and I can say so from experience. I do have photos of the damage, but I’m unable to post them on google.
