Had uninvited guests(raccoons) in my attic for awhile! Called Chad Brooks (owner) saw the damage, gave his opinion and plan to follow! Very knowledgeable, friendly and familiar approach to solving my problem! Used my home insurance since raccoons fall under the protection, put a trap, fixed the entrance, which happened to be results of heavy winds causing siding to fall, raccoons used this as their entry way to our attic! Highly recommend very accommodating and pleasure to have done business with!

Chad came out and immediately determined that a raccoon had forced its way into our attic. He had a trap set and caught the raccoon in less than 24 hours. The pricing was very fair and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Chad was a pleasure to work with. He was able to take care of an entire family of raccoons at our daughters house in short period of time. Caught one within a day of putting in the first cage! I called to have raccoons removed from our pole barn attic. I received my call back same day. He was out to set traps I believe the next day or 2. He trapped 4 raccoons. We sealed up the barn. He did an inspection, sent pictures, text daily to give me updates, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Super friendly and gets the job done! Highly recommended!
