Tried to charge me $750 dollars for $450 worth of parts and 1 hour labor will not take any of my vehicles or recommend this place ever again. That’s illegal price gouging. How do you justify charging 300 an hour. My cost for retail parts is 450 with your discount and core returns your saying your work is worth 340 for an alternator exchange. Even having it towed to your shop and now away another mechanic has offered to do it for a price that is still cheaper than you. I also stated I didn’t need it returned same day that if you couldn’t get to it in days that’s fine because I’ve brought all my vehicles to your shop for the last five years.

I highly recommend Vicks Automotive. They have worked on two of my vehicles. The most recent work involved replacing tie rods and other stuff in the front end. The work was completed MUCH faster than expected. They kept in touch with me throughout the maintenance process. The staff i dealt with nice and professional. I highly recommend this place.

I LOVE these guys. My husband is a mechanic, however he is currently deployed. We’re not used to having to pay someone to work on our vehicles, so we were particular and have a hard time trusting any shops. If you are the same way, go to Vick’s! I took my truck in for some back-end work. It ended up being a huge pain of a job because of parts, but they were incredibly patient. They never made it seem like it was an inconvenience that I had to come back four times with more parts. This took up a lot more of their time that they could have spent working on other cars and it was taking up room in their shop. On top of that, we felt that we were UNDER charged for their labor. I really love and appreciate these guys. I’ve used them another time before. Absolutely zero complaints. If I have to use a shop again, it’ll only be this one.

FINALLY! An honest mechanic I can trust! Car wouldnt start so I had it towed there. All that needed to be done was flooring the accelerator and boom! Cranked right up! He couldve lied about it and said the car needed this and needed that but he was honest about the issue and how he fixed it and did it at no charge.. Couldnt believe how honest he was being with me. Ill definitely be putting the word out and going back myself if anymore issues arise.

Geoff, and his staff, do an awesome job. Ive had work done on my car, at least a few times, and each time, they did an outstanding job. They will also take the time and explain what the problem (s) were, and what they did to correct the issues.

These guys do great work. They always get me in for work on my car, in advance or at a moments notice. They are extremely trustworthy. Not once have they recommended a service I didnt need, of the many times Ive been. They price fair, and do quick work. One thing, the waiting room is a bit small, so its best to drop your car off. Thanks guys!

Beautiful garage. Mechanics standing around (maybe break?) Friendly counter staff. Wont change an axle. Mechanics remark was tell him to change his truck. This is the guy who works on your car. You can imagine the kind of wasnt me attitude you can expect there. No thanks
