Im not from the area and ended up getting super lost. I drove here so I could ask for directions and the man who helped me was extremely nice and genuinely made my whole week. I havent used their services yet, but if Im ever in the area and am having car troubles or know of someone who is, Surbers will be my first choice.

My first time and went by the reviews from Google Maps. Well Gene the father and Chad the son attended my car issues with the air-conditioning system. I was very please fixed in 3 hours and the price I paid was fair. I spoke in detail with Chad and Gene and I am a good judge of character and these people are trustworthy. All 100% recommendable. Will be back! Well, today 7/28 basically roll in with no electric by a miracle. Chad replaced my alternator and back on the road again. Second visit very satisfied!!! Gene, Chad have a great Vacation!!

I just used Surbers for the first time recently, they did some work on my Volkswagen CC. I was very impressed with how Chad kept me updated and in the loop throughout the whole process. He goes into great detail about whats going on with the car and what they are doing. The quality of work was phenomenal and very well priced. I will be using Surbers for a very long time.

Chad was great and gave me an honest opinion. Didnt charge for anything that didnt need done. I will certainly be back for any future work.

It is a rare occurrence indeed that I should write a google review, but I would be amiss to withhold the accolades Surbers has earned - a father and son with equally rare performance.My family and I were on vacation when our minivan quit us, leaving me stranded and vulnerable in an unfamiliar city and state. Their professionalism was first indicated when they would not provide an estimate over the phone without looking at the engine themselves, a wise and experienced decision on their part. A pure salesman will happily promise you the moon, but they were interested in solving the problem. In short, they bent over backwards to get me back on the road as soon as possible, and held to the highest level of integrity. Having spoken at length with both the father and son, I trust these men implicitly. I no less than thank God for their service in my familys time of need.My only regret is that, now safely back at home, Im without my favorite automotive center.

It took them a little time to get my old truck up and running. But it is running like a new one.price wasnt bad . Make you feel like a friend

Great guys here. Took my car in for a tune up before a long trip. Respectful of all my questions (of which there were many). Well priced and honest mechanic at this second generation family owned business. I will be coming back.

Honest, and trustworthy. This comes from someone that they couldnt help because l waited to long with my issues. They could have charged me for things that they knew wouldnt help my cause, but only charged me for the tow.

INDEPENDENTLY owned by father and son Gene and Chad Surber. Known them for over 30 years. My father Gary Holmes came years and years ago and trust them a lot. Great family owned mechanic shop.Very trustworthy and great with integrity highly recommended. I sent one of our employees Charlene to get her car fixed and guess what they resolved it and fixed it.
