I would 100% recommend taking your car for service here. The staff is very friendly and honest. I went here for a 2nd opinion since the 1st place I went to didnt seem too diagnose my cars issue properly. This place figured it out, had the part in and fixed my issue all within a few hours! Their pricing was fair as well. I will be taking my car here from now on and recommending them to everyone!

Good experience. Ive been to several garages since moving here and stories never line up with mechanics I had visited before Riders. They are to the point and never tried up sell me on anything and explained their pricing and where parts are coming from and the associated costs. Im pretty happy coming here and will continue to do so. Good service and nice employees.

Words cannot express my gratitude to the staff at Riders. We were travelling cross country in our RV and had some brake issues. After visiting another local repair shop and being given a high estimate for repairs, I limped our rig into Riders after calling and speaking with them. They got the problem diagnosed and repaired all in the same day for a reasonable price. They even picked me up from the hotel. If I lived in the area, they would be my go to facility.

He was so quick to call and let me know itinerary, I told him my Acura was slammed he came with the appropriate Jack and did not mess up my bumper that I stressed about a lot for the process. I was relieved he treated my car like his own and I appreciate the care and concern the driver showed. Cant say thank you enough.

This place was fantastic! Though it was almost closing time, they came and towed our car. They offered to take us to the hotel. My family was traveling from Michigan down to Tennessee and our van was having some serious issues. Our mechanic that we know and love at home helped us find riders and they were able to get us in and out quickly and did so at an incredible value. One of the worst mechanics to take your car too! They are unprofessional and do not perform the work that they charge you. They lie about things and cost me 9,000 for a new engine. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. You will be screwed over big time.

Amazing place to get your vehicle worked on. Also I asked that my dome lights be fixed and come to find out that they were just turned off.They could have said they fixed it and charged me for it but that isn’t how they operate there.The staff is AWESOME and friendly. I will take my vehicle back there when work needs to be done.

I was expecting to have to shell out a few hundred to get my exhaust repaired, but this shop just welded up the broken piece instead of having me purchase all new parts. Great repair and saved me a lot of money.

I’m very disappointed in this place and would never recommend anyone bringing your car to them. I spent 1800 to have my van fixed and the same week it’s making a loud noise that it never made before and died. I called them and they had my car towed to them and said it was my alternator and it would be $500. I had the car towed to my house for the reason I didn’t trust them to fix it considering it ran worse after they fixed it the first time. Once the new alternator was put on it, the van started with the loud noise again and I found out my high pressure power steering line was cracked. Funny thing is when I paid the 1800 to them one of the things they did was put a new power steering pump on it. And I know they had to hear the noise when they started my van to find out my alternator was out and failed to tell me about the line being cracked which isn’t only a safety hazard but causes other things to mess up. They didn’t offer to fix it, make it right or anything. This place doesn’t stand by their work and just wants to make more money off of you after they messed up something themselves.. Hopefully this will save someone else from getting ripped off. *****Update... ****To check the alternator while it’s on the vehicle you have to start the car. You would of heard the pump screaming. When I brought my car back i was never asked if there was any other issues. I don’t know anything about cars all I knew was my car wouldn’t start. You guys told me my alternator was bad, well my alternator has been replaced and I still have the same issue. The person who looked at my van is a master technician that is distant family and agreed to help since after putting a new alternator on it was still making the same noise as it was before it died. There is a hole in my power steering hose close to the pump and the system in full of air. You Just replaced the power steering pump and didn’t inform me the power steering pump you replaced was making an abnormal noise or the high pressure line at the pump was leaking. these are safety issues I should have been informed about.

My husband and I had gotten back to Cincinnati from our honeymoon and had to drive back down to Berea. We get in the car and it won’t start. Won’t make a noise. I start sobbing, since we’re on hour 23 of traveling non stop and have no way to get home. We get our car towed to Rider’s. JR, the man at the counter, was super nice and friendly and reassured us that it would be taken care of. Within 10 minutes, they had our car in the garage and identified the problem. Within an hour, we had a brand new starter and our car was good to go. The staff were friendly, smart, and fast. We were in and out within an hour. As we waited in the lobby, there was free coffee and tea and JR talked to us as if we were old friends. The price was also great! Starters can sell for around $400, but we got ours and the labor for only $261. If I had to have my car break down after my honeymoon, I would definitely take it to Rider’s again.

Very expensive wanted to replace parts that dont need to be replaced at all they wanted 1800 to replace my plastic rusted out fuel tank all that was rusted was the fuel pump and a retainer ring 500 to get it fixed just a FYI plastic fuel tanks dont rust will never go back to them i was a repeat customer but not anymore....update no i was told you were sure it was the fuel tank that was all rusted out i was told you had already looked it over and you were very sure so you had to order a new one from the dealer so to let you know in advance because it had to be ordered

Just moved down here from Canton, Ohio. Through lots of trial and error(lots of over paying) we found Rider! Rider beats out even my trusted auto shop back in Canton. They are beyond honest, they try to keep your bill low and MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! They found out my car was still under a warranty, which I had no clue. They took care of my car getting it to the dealership and back to their garage to keep the cost down on my expensive repair. I was expecting to pay $1000+ but walked away only paying maybe $400 total. I did not think we would ever find an honest place down here and planned on taking my car back to Canton, ohio for repairs. Now i dont have to! I want my family to bring their cars down here LOL! I cannot say enough, these guys are great! Great family run business and their all about fixing cars not making a buck! We love them! ALSO everyone is so friendly there, which Ive noticed is hard to find down here. 100 stars for Rider

My new lights, fresh from the mechanic and body shop, were dull so I bought bulbs from autozone thinking maybe they kept the old ones from the accident but they were the same model as the new ones. After asking at Autozone if they had any idea why I could only see about 20 ft they recommended Mark at Riders Automotive. I called them and come to find out they had already closed. Mark asked what the issue was and I told him. He said he would meet me at the shop in 20 minutes. I drove over knowing an after hours call would be expensive but with a headache I couldnt struggle to see any more.Mark was so nice. His handshake was good and he was friendly. He checked it out and fixed it for me. He then showed me how the lights hadnt been adjusted yet and how to fix them in the future. I looked all over YouTube for answers but I was asking the wrong questions.Im a young widow with three children and it was a HUGE blessing because it saved me the cost of buying new headlights.
