To answer your questions, review your coverage or adjust your coverage as needed. claims are always handled with speed and very nice help from the staff. I have been very pleased with my service with Mark Hanna and highly recommend him for insurance .

Ive been doing business with Mark since he came to the Allstate insurance company. Previously did business with his father for 20 years or more. Mark has always take. Care of my needs and his staff operate a first class operation. Many Have tried to get my business but Mark doesnt try to get me to buy all the latest greatest fluff because he knows I do not like that kind of technique. A loyal customer because they are loyal.love my Allstate.

Incredibly frustrated with lack of professionalism, communication, and service!Mark was my insurance representative for more than a year and I only needed his assistance once. The experience was pleasant I just found the coverage and what I was responsible for paying tricky and confusing. I think all insurance is this way but I felt like Mark could have been more explanatory.Then I canceled my insurance because I sold my car. A few months later I was billed for insurance which I had confirmed was canceled. So I ignored it. Then a year later I find out my drivers license was suspended for not having insurance on a car I no longer owned. I was supposed to report the change and hand in my registration and plates to the DMV. So I was charged a $400 fee. I didn’t know about any of this and it wasn’t my insurance’s fault but the entire experience was nonetheless frustrating.So four years later and Mark Hanna still has me on his mailing list. He still tries to sell me insurance and he still asks me for a review. Despite multiple unsubscription requests and calls to his office. I thought I could ignore it but it keeps happening. I didn’t want to leave a review. I wanted to leave it in the past. I don’t appreciate the way he does business. His office is friendly and responsive but their actions are misleading.
