Used them for years for my auto insurance. Never had any problems until recently. Had 3 rate increases in the last year, with no explanation as to why. Last increase was outrageous, almost $600, again no explanation. When asked, they couldnt give me a reason for it, and were not interested in trying to figure out why. Very nonchalant about it, and seemed to not care if they kept my business.
