This business has a wonderful selection of carpets and flooring. The prices are very reasonable and the service is amazing ... within the store and the installation. I usually work with Sid (the owner), who is fantastic, but we get great customer service with any of the folks. I will shop nowhere else for my flooring needs.

We needed a good deal on carpet, and thats exactly what we got. Sales service was polite, fast, and beyond fair. The salesperson was also patient as I texted with my husband while he was at work to make a decision on a cash and carry offer. Im incredibly pleased.

My experience with York Carpetland in Flint Michigan was poor at best. My flooring was installed incorrectly so shortly after the install of my wood laminate floor started to buckle and crack, I have been dealing with the warranty for about 9 months now and the owner does not return phone calls or keep appointments. So for your information please BEWARE that this company is very shady and so is the owner. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YORK CARPETLAND AGAIN and regret having done business with them.

“Bob” contracts off DC Complete solely to make money from others misfortune. We had water in our basement this weekend and being only 2 weeks before Christmas, we decided to just put the existing carpet back in with no pad and buy new carpet or apoxy the floor at a more appropriate time. We have yet to buy gifts for our kids and have no idea what it will cost to dry out our basement nor what our insurance is going to cover. So Bob refuses service since we don’t want to buy padding and he can’t “gaurantee” the carpet. I wasn’t looking for guarantees. Just to get on with our lives.
