Ms Dorothy Cooley is a wonderful person. She has done my taxes since 2015. She is so nice and makes you feel welcomed. She is so charismatic as well ☺

I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars. I had an issue with not receiving my tax refund. I called the manager Erica and she said she would look into it and call me back. She never did. I called the office for 5 days straight. Everyone kept saying she will call back and she never did. No one could give me any information. No one took the time to look into why I had not received my taxes. They were all dismissive and the last receptionist was rude.They do not care about their customers at all. I went to a different office and got the answers I needed. If you get your taxes done at this location, I hope you never have any issues. If you do, they won’t bother to help you at all.

I will never understand why people come to work if they do not want to do there job these people need to be fired because apparently they dont want to work and are very unprofessional. Dont do your taxes here.

Ive received my federal but still have not received my state and Ive been steady getting the runaround trying to contact you people and its ridiculous because its a pandemic and people are suffering and I need

Dropped all my paperwork for taxes and was told I dont need all this referring to my insurance documents. After months of not hearing anything from the IRS, they sent a letter saying they needed my insurance documents. Just a pain, waste of time, and waste of money.

Horrible experience. Had the rudest lady named Mary. Completely unprofessional & just horrible all around. She was talking so loudly people 2 rows over probably know everything about me and my husband.. The district manager Ericka was AMAZING in handling the situation though. If I had dealt with ANYBODY besides Mary I would have given 5 stars. H&R block please be more conscious on who your hiring. Will not be returning..

Your representations was good but your advance loan is on fair to charege people knowing they are going to be denied anyway. I feel a customer should only be charged when approved. How many customers have been charged knowing they were going to be denied anyway.

This has to be the most incompetent group of individuals I have ever met. There was a mistake made in almost every single field that required data entry. They actually messed up my name! Please do yourself a favor and go to a reputable accountant because these people have no idea what they’re doing, and if they did know what they were doing, they are too lazy to actually do it. After the employee made multiple mistakes, instead of being pleasant and apologetic, she had the audacity to be rude and snarky. Never again H&R. First and last time.

Because u guys do a good job on getting things done and help people of what they need to do and understanding.

They did my 2014 taxes and entered the wrong routing number so I had to jump through hoops with the bank to get it put into my acct. H&r told me there was nothing they could do to help. This year the failed to submit all the required forms, now my return is pushed back 6-8 weeks and they only offered a discount on next years fees. No! Im definitely not coming back next year. What a joke!

Avoid DAN AND MICHELLE This man and his wife defrauded the government providing false information to steel his own daughters kids for a tax cut... STEER CLEAR... children where not abused or neglected and parents arent criminals No criminal records on either. He had no reason to take them and refuses to give them back. We cant afford a lawyer and live in another State. thats the only reason we havnt been able to do anything AVOID THIS MAN FOR YOUR FAMILIES SAKE IF HIS OWN KIDS ARNT SAFE HOW ARE YOU.He wont even allow us contact and has no excuse other then insults over a year old when he first did it..
