I stopped in to get business cards. The girl working the printing area was very rude about me needing help to come up with a print . I told her l wasent computer savvy. And needed help. Again she was rude and told me l had to do this myself and email it to the store and they would print. I also had to pay online I stated but Im in the store. Cant l pay cash? Nope and rude again. I have had my card compromised by paying on line and didnt want to do it that way. So l went to Staples and they took the time to help make a print and got my cards. Also l was able to pay cash upon pickup of my cards. Sooo l will never go into a Office Depot or Office max for anything. They lost me with her rudeness and unwilling to help to me. Hope it is worth losing my business

Molly was ahhhmazing!!! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a straight up professional. Molly took the time to listen to our needs and gave us all the pertinent information on a new printer, scanner, fax machine for an informed expensive purchase. Our choice item wasnt in stock in their store and she took the time to find it at another near location which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend her for any technical support. Before you laminate and before you cut said margins it is important to find out what the customer would like the margins to be ...instead of cutting the laminate with a tiny sliver of a margin which may open and separate to become junk ...amanda

Friendly personnel! This store doesnt carry as much furniture as it used to. The inventory is very small. Some items are pretty decently priced when on sale. Online sales are encouraged by signage when items are not in stock. Printing services are available at this store. Reams and reams of paper of different brightness and texture available, huge selection!

So I am one of those people who loves school and office supplies and loves to get them even if I dont necessarily need them or will ever use them. I am drawn in by the great prices and and excellent quality of Office Depot and the amazing styles and fanciness of the products. Definitely worth a thought and visit.

January 20, 2019 Had great service ... Sales employee Duncan was so helpful ... I couldnt get a sale to go through online so went into the store ... The item I wanted online was on sale and then I had a 20% off coupon ... the same item in the store but $129, I would have gotten it online for $71.54 ... Duncan found my item and price matched my item ... My out the door price $68 .... He even loaded it in my van ... A+ Service, felt like a valued customer

I went to Office Depot to fax some time sensitive documents. The store was clean and easy to navigate. The staff was very polite and willing to help. I was able to get in and out in less than five minutes.

I had a great shopping experience, the sales staff in the technology department was a great help in picking out my new computer. He was exactly the way a Salesman is supposed to be. I dont think we can use names but Spencer was a huge help.

Salespeople were very knowledgeable and polite. Very quick to offer assistance. Made sure I received all applicable discounts. Reviewed warranties. Enjoyed pleasant discourse with staff.

First visit to this store in year AND the customer service was outstanding. They helped me find everything needed, one thing wasnt in store so they placed an online order for me and shipped it to me at no charge.

I found what I was looking for on my own as there were 4 employees walking around the store all playing on their phones. Customer service very poor. Will not be going back to this store.

Good place to pick up last minute or need it now office supplies. Good selection but pricey. Technology aisle is outdated; very few Chromebook offerings and Android tablets are low end base models.

The printing specialist had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He got stuck because he didnt know how to enable the show pictures from sender feature. I tried to show him, he then got irritated and refused to listen anymore. All I wanted was to print an email, however he then did not know how to crop or print anything other than the screen he was viewing which showed the office depot inbox and my email. I dont know what kind of qualifications you have to have to work at the print desk for Office Depot but they clearly need more training or even just common tech sense.

Some good deals as well as a donation program to send supplies to local schools.

It was horrible! I was there 45 minutes with no one in line but me and two others being serviced. When it became my turn the gal left me to service another patron and never came back. Another worker finally came up and didnt know what she was doing! She asked the other service person (who had previously helped then left) how to complete my shipping transaction! I didnt say anything just left because had I said Something at the time it wouldnt have been kind! My service has always been wonderful there. But today was the pits. Think Ill take my business elsewhere for a while

Looking for an office chair, all mesh, pretty specific, $150 rabge. I asked for someone to see if they had one in that range in stocks. He was looking in the back for the same chair for someone else too. He came back out and sold one to the other person asking. Then proceeded to check out multiple people. And ignore the fact that I had asked. He then told me he had to order another one. I much prefer Staples customer service.

Has a decent inventory, I went for printing services. They have a wide selection of papers available and do posters as well. I got what I needed, but the people were not the friendliest.

You can literally go to amazon or staples and save 50% of almost everything Office Depot has. They no longer price match amazon - probably because they were losing their 70% markup.If you shop here you are literally flushing money down the toilet.Only shop here if you live 5 minutes away and terrorists are holding your family ransom for the price of 500 manila file folders and they require payment within 15 minutes.

RACIST WORKERS!!Some skinny securitykid followed my boyfriend throughout the whole store because hes a black guy. I wasnt followed at all. My boyfriend doesnt dress like a thug and his jeans dont have pockets! Dont support this racist store... if you dont like black people shopping then dont manage a Flint store!

I went in there to get a printer and not one sales rep approached me until I was ready to walk out. This is not the store I remember.

Why play games with your receipt?!!!! Paper air play??? Then I say how Id like my receipt and she still ask me what I said and where I want it just print out my receipt and hand it to me.
