Took the diamond in I had just purchased to have the prongs checked and cleaned. After leaving looked down about a week later no diamond. According to them they never checked prongs. That’s why o took it in. . So be Leary. The original owner passed this on to child and it’s not the same. We had been long term customers. I would have to go to court and fight. Still may but almost takes away from what a diamond is meant for. Many I know are just buying a stone they like and no more diamonds. Too risky with people like this out there.

Theyve worked on my wedding ring several times after bad experiences. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen. The jewler took the time to answer any questions I had and the staff is very friendly!
