PMC has phenomenal employees who do everything in their power to find the right position for you. I love that their focus isnt temp jobs, but getting you a work home.

Not a good place to for first time with the company they gave me a job that had multiple let goes at then I was canned for no reason end assignment then claim we have nothing available so I strongly advise anyone thats accepts a job from them to have a back up cause ounce a job end your assignment they wont call you back for another one so that you wont be left behind have a back up plan.

Did some reading throughout the comments and noticed a trend with internal employment. Rather seems too be a high trun over rate for employees once a 90 day probation period hits which is unfortunately but is how companys keep a low employee weekly budget(cheap labor ) I would advise if going for an interview for this company too work for pmcs itself use it as a stepping stone and keep stepping.

Drove 40 minutes for a sit down, they asked a few questions, told me they had a spot they were looking to hire for then I heard nothing, i called and was told there was nothing available. I received no call back and wasted my gas and my time.

Had a interview 2 days ago. Did not have to fill out loads of paperwork. Heather and Karrah were very friendly.

PMC made me drive way to Flushing with hopes of getting a clerical position. Spent a couple hours there doing a bunch of paperwork and was promised to meet with a company about being a receptionist. Well two weeks passed, I called back and the recruiters acted as if they didn’t know who I was then I asked about the position, and the recruiter said if it was an opening they would have called me already 😡😡Complete waste of my time if they didn’t have a job available they should have mentioned that before I drove all the freakin way to Flushing!! The real kicker is I was never contacted again!! Guest PMC works for some people they definitely didn’t do anything for me 😒

I have worked with many staffing agencies, and I have to say that PMC has far outdone the others. Even when you walk into the office you can tell that it is a completely different atmosphere than some of the others nearby. I went in for an interview, and spoke with a recruiter. It took a little bit of time for them to help me find a position, but the majority of that waiting time was because of the reference check. I couldnt be happier with my placement. Thank you guys!! Def recommend.

They lie to employees about the working conditions of the places they send them to like a place in flint, highest turnover of employees that Ive ever seen because the place sucks so bad hell even the person running PMS has her spouse working in that dump because they cant get people to stay in there (kinda of a conflict of interest from a business standpoint dont you think) they dont pay for experience what so ever. Also if you take a job and are not happy with it and follow protocol which is to contact PMC and let the know you do not want to work there they tell you ok hang on a minute then they call the place where they sent you then ask well can you stay there until we find someone else to work that position..... and Im sure you ALL know the place in flint that Im talking about family owned slave driven they shut the water fountains off if they see to many people getting a drink because it is so hot in there, ... So beware. No stars from me.

Useless would be an understatement for this agency, waiting weeks for a reply from employers only to call your recruiter and find out the position has been filled. Ive had my resume with this company for over 6 months and have received a call about a job once. Min wage at that. I would highly recommend saving time and trying another agency.

Absolutely complete run around. I don’t think they like to work well with other ethnicities. Don’t waste your time if your not Caucasian.

This place is an absolute joke, DO NOT GO HERE ive had 3 interviews with these people ALL 3 times i did the same thing, i go in, fill out the same paper work, meet with someone, talk for 15min about my resume and what i wanna do and how much i wanna make, i shake hands with them, and leave with them saying we will call you and let you know and guess what? I never once received a call, the most unprofessional staffing agency, ive ever been too, i will not recommend this place cause you will just waste your time, rather an employer looking for employees or a person looking for employment, they will not help you, the only thing these people are good at are wating your time and money, so if thats something that interests you, well go ahead call them, apply for there jobs and waste an hour of your time and a few bucks in gas.

Horrible customer service at PMC Works. Recruiters do not take their position seriously in finding others work. I would not advise going through this placement service.
