This place wouldn’t hire me because I am “overqualified” to be a receptionist. This was a job they posted on their site then decided it wasn’t available after THREE INTERVIEWS WITH THEM. Funny because the other woman working said oh you’ll defiantly get the job etc etc. so I think the branch manager didn’t like the fact I had an education and felt her job was threatened. The hiring manager then went on to tell me what is wrong with my resume. I find it ironic because if I am over qualified, what could be wrong with my resume? “The skills should be put with the jobs. No. From being educated I know what a resume should look like and I’ve had proffesionls, lawyers, and proffers look at my resume. Probably because she was in fear of me taking her position. They said they would call if another company had work. It’s been months. What a joke. Oh and FYI they will give you a $5 gift card for giving them a good review. How terrible do you have to be knowing that people WILL give you a good review because they’re desperate for money, so you use that to get good reviews.

I have been to staffing places before and this is by far the cleanest and most professional office I have interviewed at. They meet you right at the little window when you first walk in and actually listen to you when you talk. I just had my interview last week and I have already called back to check in and something is in the works for me. They don’t waste any time. If you want a job, go there! So I have a great resume and great work history with more skills and qualifications then the average person and not to mention had a great interview with them but because I made a couple mistakes in life 9 years ago appearently they dont want to work with me. They didnt even give me a chance! I even called them to check on my status of work showing a lot of interest in working. They didnt even have the dignity or respect to call me and at least explain that they dont work with someone who has a few issues with their background history. This place obviously discriminates! I even worked for this company ten years ago and was hired in through the company they got me work for in which I maintained employment for five years and they wouldnt even consider taking another chance with me. I dont see how people and places like this can treat someone like this and further more even be in business still. Their loss, a huge loss. I was even willing to break my back for 9.00 an HR too. I wouldnt waist my time with these people as they will obviously waist yours and probably find some reason to discriminate against you. Lastly the work they did say they had you had to be put on a waiting list until the two companies they had work from called and then you had to waste money on gas to go take a tour of the building and then maybe you could start work. What a pathetic joke of a employment agency...

Qualified Staffing - Flint location was very helpful and professional from the time I called to inquire about the different jobs they offered and what steps I needed to take to apply online. I have been working with my company for about 2 weeks now and anytime I’ve called qualified staffing for anything they took care of it right then and their. Thankyou to everyone at this location. You guys are truly amazing!!

I enjoy talking with staff there. I have had no problem working for them. Im moving back to Flint from Oklahoma and this will be the first stop for looking for work. Its been 2 1/2 years since I left, hope things hasnt changed.

The office next to Qualified Staffing was very rude. Gave me a dirty look then asked was I looking for Qualified Staffing? Pointed and told me it was next door in a very rude demeanor will not do business with any of the offices in this area

I originally applied to the one in Lapeer. After weeks of contacting them trying to find work all they had were low paying jobs that were not worth my drive. I then had contacted this location and a lady had told me I needed to update my information and resume through the website and after that was done I would be contacted. I was not contacted. I gave it a couple days while still applying for postions through their website. I then drove down to this location with my resume and the only lady in there did not even stand up or come out from the back room to greet me. I had told her I had registered and took all the steps I was told to do. She then told me that I would have to update my information again and then she would speak to me. I asked if I could do that there and she told me I had a half hour before they closed for lunch, very rude. I told her it shouldnt take me long and logged onto their computer and went through my information, which I knew was up to date, and told her that. She said I needed to do my job history, so I went back and looked, still knowing it was up to date, and said yes, all of this is correct and up to date. She was very rude to me the entire time and not professional in a way of trying to be a recruiter for employment. I wont go back to this place for any type of job. Ive also heard the jobs they send people arent very nice. I recommend Aerotek. Its a clean, nice office with friendly staff and got me an amazing job the same day. They really showed me they were trying to help find a good placement for me.
