We have worked with Vinyl Sash/Luxury Bath for multiple home improvement projects over the past 3 years. This includes adding an all season room, whole house window replacement, roof and siding replacement and our last project which was replacing a bathtub with a beautiful walk-in shower. They are a very good company to work with and if there were any problems (as there always is with home improvement), they were quick to respond and fix any issue we could come up with. I would highly recommend them.

Okay, so Im giving them an okay rating. I love my new windows and patio door and the installers were awesome, and so were Phil and Mike. My issue is follow-up. I get that things are running behind right now, but how hard is it to make a phone call and say that?While the manager Ryan and I havent seen eye to eye on some things, I do appreciate his effort to send someone come and help me with a user error after the installers left, and to return my phone calls in a timely manner.Also, the person who answers the phone mentioned something to my husband about thinking our house was a rental, and Im not really sure what that has to do with anything or why she would have said it, but when my husband questioned her, she said she doesnt have to be yelled at and hung up on him. Now, I was not there when this conversation took place, but he told me that he did not yell at her at this point in their conversation. This is the only unresolved issue that we have with the company, and I would very much like an answer as to why she would have said something like that.

I was fortunate to watch my neighbor have work done on her home. It was then I decided to have my deck redone with a composite material. Having it repainted every other year was bleak ! From the first meeting I was impressed with the professionalism. Communication was key. I did not have to wait on call back or missed call. I knew what and when work would be done. I am thrilled with my deck and the price was right. I love my steps They were redesigned to meet my needs. I will endorse this company wholeheartedly !

I will continue to be a customer!Flint LocationPurchased a composite deck, decent quality, but some strips not glued in properly. 1.5 years later still getting sales calls from Vinyl Sash for more work, so I asked if someone would look at the deck.Never got a call back, guys showed up and worked on the porch without even knocking or calling....no appt ever scheduled.Then I get a $85 bill for something I could have done myself, that I never agreed to pay, and would not have!Poor customer service when I called, said my original purchase contract says service fees $85....which it does not.....now they say its with the owner....guess hell contact me whenever......since when do people do work before someone agrees to pay an amount...and what happened to appointments or calls?Sure can call when they are trying to sell something! I have no complaints about the product, just the installers and customer service at the Flint location!

We highly recommend Vinyl Sash! The salesman was prompt, answered every question, and quoted us a great price. We had a different window company give us an estimate but their price was a lot higher and the date of installation was a long way off. We had 3 large sliding windows installed. The installation date was as we were quoted, the installers were efficient and they left the site as clean as when they started. The company even provided us with all the information needed to submit our rebate to Consumers Energy for having installed energy efficient windows! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!

We have worked with Vinyl Sash 3 times.The first was when our daughter had replacement windows put in her small house. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful. They did quality work with a quality product. When replacing the patio door they fixed the supporting wood to make sure everything was done right.Based on our first experience we had a four season room put on our patio. They worked with us to make sure we got what we really wanted and we love it. The windows are sturdy and tight and operate very nicely.Our third experience was when the roof of the sunroom had to be replaced because of damage from 2 hail stones. We had to fit them in between some other work being done and they were flexible to our schedule. They came when we had arranged and finished the work quickly while doing a quality job. It all looked great when they were finished. The workers have always been courteous and efficient and left the worksite in a tidy condition.Thanks Vinyl Sash!

We bought windows in 2019 and and a new shower last week and Phil was always easy to work with and the prices are very good will always be a cust of vinyl sash

VERY happy with our new window!! We had a great experience with Vinyl Sash - Flint. They were great to work with and provided us with exactly the type of window we wanted, in a timely manner. We live on a main road in our town and we are shocked at how our new window, eliminates most of the road noise, its so quiet now!!! :) The installers were great and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Vinyl Sash.

Ryan came out to quote a new sunroom and composite deck for us. Pricing and lead time were competitive, and also quoted to replace all our basement windows. Ryan explained all our options in the first visit, and we met at their showroom for demo of the sunroom and deck construction. They are an old-fashioned, family-run local company. Unfortunately, we are not yet kicking off this renovation, but will definitely be calling Vinyl Sash when we are ready to go.

I have been a satisfied customer of Vinyl Sash Michigan for 40 years. Window replacements and new sliding door in two homes. Built a beautiful sunroom for us. Quality product and wonderful customer service.

Negative one... Poor follow up

Had vinyl sash install window screens on my house, seemed like a pretty simple task hard to mess up. Well first of all there is a giant gap where the screen should be along the bottom of the windows. Big enough for wasps to enter. My house is infested with mosquitoes. Im not even sure if the screens are big enough for the window. They didnt even try to line the screens up right so they could keep bugs OUT (the whole purpose of window screens). I cant even take the screen off as it is drilled into the SIDING of my house and they are drilled in crooked so i cant even use a tool to take them out to install my air conditioner. On the screens they installed, you can see a little metal tab that is meant to attach it to the window frame but they took a shortcut and DRILLED dozens of holes into my house. 0 out of 5 stars. What a waste of money

A good product installed by excellent craftsmen.

Ryan was fantastic to deal with. He went out of his way to get my job done. His guys that showed up to do the job were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to do the job right! When they were finished, it looked great! My cost was extremely fair. I HIGHLY recommend calling these folks. You’ll be happy with them.

I wish I could have provided 0 stars. This is one of the terrible companies you want to have your work done for your home.. I had the sales person come give me a quote for building a deck and promised me a certain start date for the agreed quote. After 1.5 months Ryan who is the Manager of this company calls and says he has to increase the quote in order to start to build the deck. When challenged on the agreed contract quote, he simply said Take it or leave it. He does not have any kind of professionalism when talking to customers. He never answers phone calls and never gets back to you on issues you might have. One of the worst contracting companies you will ever find. Please dont go here unless you enjoy talking and working with people who dont live up with promises. Find putting your money elsewhere for a better product and quality work.!!. Just my 2 cents if you have happened to view this review..

They have great windows. 2nd house I have placed them in. There Davison compation refused to to give there 50 year warranty they advertised after 16 years of being in place.

Went in and waited and waited and looked around but nobody ever came to help or anyone to ask questions. Sounded like someone was there but never came out. So I left.

Very rude on the phone.
