Very professional, received a lot of compliments on the reglazing job. Looks like brand new tub and tile work!
Poor workmanship deserved a complaint call that was NOT threatening, but strongly worded when your words turned to accusing us of chips and misuse. Asking for an explanation of the trip charge and accountability for your work is not threatening.Your installer said the trip charge was to cover materials but you say it wasn’t. Maybe you should get together and use the same story. Which is it? That makes me question your trustworthiness. You ended your response to my wife’s review by asking her to call with concerns yet on the phone you told her not to call back. Which is it? That makes me question your integrity as a whole! Just putting it in a Google response for the world to see, but that’s not transparency is it?IF your work was good and thorough, what would be the need for a call back in the first place? I’m sure we’ll be calling for a refinish in the future but it won’t be your business. In all this rework conversation, you never sincerely apologized and that is the truest statement of your business philosophy.
We had our 1970 gold bathtub deglazed to a beautiful clean white. It looks brand new and only took a couple of hours. The young man that did the service was so friendly and professional and was very tidy. Would highly recommend this service!
We had our counters refinished and they turned out perfect! I even had a ton of people ask us for the business who did them. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are very quick and effective with their services, and also have excellent pricing.
Full tile and tub reglazed in August 2020. Recently found cracks and bubbles in tub and tub wall. Tried to blame us for misuse. Repaired failing portions and charged a fee which should have been considered warranty work. Supposed trip fee is applicable on warranty work as well but that gives installer no accountability. Good or bad job and they still collect? We complained about the fee and owner ripped up my check. Pass this business up in your search for decency and professionalism because they don’t have any!
I am a previous customer of My Neighbor Reglazing and I am more than satisfied with their work. It is a family owned company and they go out of their way to ensure you’re happy with the service they provide. They are quick to answer any questions you have and have no issue coming out if need be. Not to mention their prices are UNBEATABLE. I would recommend this company to anybody and everybody!
Excellent experience with a shower stall project. Easy to deal with, accommodating and thorough. They performed the work in a timely manner and the to my satisfaction. Overall an excellent experience and would recommend them again.
I would not recommend this company. In the first 2 wks I had to have them come back and remove the over spray off my new tile floor. Shortly after that the glazing started chipping off the outside bottom of the tub where they removed it from my tile. They failed to ask what I had in my basement when originally doing the job which ended up ruining my new treadmill track. Their so called 1 year warranty is not true. After only 7 months the glaze on my soap dish is flaking off and when I called I was rudely told by the owner that he would come look at it but because I live so far away there would be a charge to fix it, and because if it was the fault of the application it wouldve happened in the first 30 days. I have followed their instructions to the T and the job I was given did not hold up. I paid extra for the non-skid and when it was still wet a shampoo bottle was sat on it by their employee which then had to be fixed and after a few weeks that area also started chipping off, and again It was not their fault but mine according to the owner. What a waste of money!!
Love my counter tops, they look awesome!!
