Last week our central air conditioner went out in our house which resulted in us needing a new condenser and a new furnace. I have never been more pleased with the service I received from a company before. Within 5 minutes of calling the company one of their owners called me back within 30 minutes and said he would have his team out to install my new system first thing in the morning. They were here at 8:30am with a whole team of people there do to my install!The men that came out to my home were very professional and took the time to explain my new equipment.I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!!

They came highly recommended but they never followed through, setting an appointment for a new boiler after THREE calls. Cant really rate them but if this is an indication...Couldnt even call to set up an appointment in the future. Waited two weeks so went with someone else who also gave us a FREE estimate. Just a 2 minute phone call would have been nice.

I am so happy with the service provided by P & H. My boiler stopped working and I was having a hard time to find someone who serviced them. Ashley got me worked into the schedule, and Pete, my serviceman, was so knowledgeable and walked me through what needed to be done. He was very thorough and I am grateful for his help to multiple issues I was having.

I wanted to have a back-up sump pump installed along with a whole house water shut off valve installed in a more convenient location. P&H was recommended by a trusted friend. Bob came out and talked with me about all the options available for my job and I ended up asking him to do a number of other necessary upgrades as well. His crew came over and completed my job in one day. The crew were all friendly, efficient and when done they reviewed all the details that I needed to know about the equipment installed. I highly recommend this company.

We purchased a home and did not know when the boiler was serviced last. Pete quickly determined it couldnt have been serviced for several years. It sounded like a river was flowing in the house. Pete was very thorough and explained what was needed. Since it had not been serviced in quite a while we had several issues going on. They need to make it more clear to customers that they only install the ac units, that its up to you to find a different source for the electrical hook up, my friend was told they dont have certified electricians is the reason. fair enough, she was told not to touch the ac unit itself, that they will come out to finish the hook up. then they bill you separate for that. I wonder if that guy was certified? most people would like a turn key install you think?

I had two issues on the same day. My mothers furnace was out and I had a major water leak in my bathroom. Jim at P&H sent Jeremy to my mothers and he fixed that problem and then he came too my house and fixed my plumbing issue. What a fantastic experience and a great company. Our furnace stopped working, and we called P & H first thing in the morning. Pete came out, and repaired our furnace and went above and beyond. After he repaired the furnace, he cleaned it, and gave it a good diagnostic check. He was polite, and very knowledgeable. We always use and recommend P & H, theyve never let us down!

They told me that I would be better off to go to one of the big box stores for a garage furnace.WHAT! Because the big box stores would do it for less. I have a brain and I can decide after the estimates where I can go. And I never stated I was looking for cheap, I was looking for quality, and trying to use a local family owned business.

Ive been using P&H for years, theyre the best in the business. All of their employees are knowledgeable and respectful. They come when they say they will and get the job done right the first time.

Just had a visit from Gary at P& H. I had an urgent issue with my sump pump. P & H got me in the same day that I called. Thank you! I agree with the other reviewers about P & H. The work from P & H was great. In two seconds, Gary identified the problem as a bad switch and suggested an alarm. I agreed to both. Gary showed me how to use the alarm and finished the job. I have used P+H several times and their work has always been completed beyond my expectations. Their rates are competitive and there technicians are honest and knowledgeable. Last winter our furnace quit and we called another company that said it was dead. P+H came out and it was a $30.00 part. This company has integrity that is rare in todays world.

They have serviced the heating system at our church for the past 13 years. Excellent workmanship, good communication, each technician involved has done a great job. If you seek good service at a fair price you wont be disappointed with this company.

Had P&H install new bathtub fixtures. Plumber was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and showed me how to adjust the water temperature on new fixture ( anti-scaled). When install was completed he proceeded to clean area. Very reasonable priced. I will recommend P&H to family and friends.

I Called them to replace the anode rod in my hot water Heater. They sent a plumber (Pete) over who could not get rod out with the single wrench he brought. He told me I needed a new water heater and still charged me 138$ when he fixed absolutely nothing. When I called to complain They Said Thats just the way it goes sometimes. This company is a scam. would never recommend them.They only offered to come back after they read my bad review. They dumped a cup of my bleach into my water heater and turned a knob for $100. I had to argue with the plumber to get the price down. When I spoke to the owner our conversation was basically summed up with “well that’s how it goes sometimes” ...I hope you don’t take pride in treating customers that way.

This job was not an easy one, yet the men that came had such apleasant attitude. No complaining about the tight space in our basementas the dug down to fix drain.was not sure anyone could fix problem, but they did, and at a very reasonable price.Thanks again PH. ( second time using them)

We had P & H at our house to install a new a/c unit, furnace, humidifier, control panel, and tankless water heater, and most recently our gas line to our stove. Ive been in the trades before and am impressed by the professionalism of these men. When the job was done they it looked very neat and clean. Since it was major work that was done a inspector had to come out to evaluate the job and make sure it was up too state code. Not only did it pass with flying colors but the inspector wanted to know who did this because he was impressed with the professionalism of its appearance. We may have one ugly Michigan basement but it sure does look better with the work P & H did for us. Thanks guys and we will be using you guys again hopefully later than sooner. :)

Called & the receptionist said they couldnt get to me for a month. But would put me on a wat list & would call if they were in the area. A week later I got a call from Bob who said he was in the area & could come over in 1/2 hour. My sump pump was not coming on. And the water was filled up to the basement level. I originally called in on my water filter but when they said a month I found a way to fix it myself. So while I was down thereworking on the water filter I noticed 2 things: the sump water seamed really high & the humidifier was flowing like a garden hose. So I shut the humdifier off. When Bob called I told him we didnt need the water filter fixed anymore but I think the sump is screwed up. It did not seem to bother him & he came right over. He said the water was way higher than normal & then he did a power check on the sump which was getting power. But wouldnt come on so he said it had to be replaced.I couldnt beleive it when he had one in his van. This is 530 at night after a long day & he went to work replacing the pump with a brand new one that fit into our sump well ( a submersible) Crawling around down there in the dark he even washed the well walls to get the sledge off that. Installed the new pump & diagnosed the humidifier which needs a new part that I can fix if I order from manufacturer-Honeywell. He left & about 20 minutes later it started pouring down rain which probably would go right into the sump well-Thank you Bob for getting it done!

Called to ask for an appointment for an estimate on some bathroom work and was treated very rudely.
