Ive been getting my Brazilian wax done here for a few months and its always a great experience. Although all the ladies do a good job, Jade is very thorough, making sure all hairs and ingrowns are out. I love the membership program, very affordable. Place can be tricky to find at first, but very close to downtown Flagstaff.

My visit at Sugar Me Wax was very comfortable. My aesthetician, Sydney, made sure everything was clean prior to beginning my service and she talked to me throughout the whole thing to help make it less painful (; She had very good people skills! Also, when I was making my appointment, I was asked about my health and any transmissible diseases I may have. Having the impression that Sugar Me Wax cares not to cross contaminate or compromise my health gave me that next-level comfort! I plan to return and would not hesitate to recommend Sugar Me Wax to anyone.

I was so excited when this Sugar Me Wax opened in Flagstaff! There are so few places in town that provide the services Sugar Me Wax does and they are all so expensive. I see Kelsey every time, and she is super professional and puts me at ease. I know the job will be done right, and with the membership, it is so affordable. I definitely recommend checking them out!

In the past these services have been quite painful, but she helped make the experience far less painful by walking me through her process and utilizing some helpful breathing techniques. I went in for my first time waxing. I was told they were still new and that they did not have the hang of ordering their inventory yet. Had to be sugared, because they ran out of wax. I assume due to time constraints, I was left with different pieces of wax and sugar still on my body when I left. My esthetician also managed to get sugar wax in my hair on my head from flinging wax around. I was not asked to come in again, or told that she was leaving wax and sugar on my body. If this is the quality and standard of work that this institution is okay with, I am glad that the ingrown hairs was all that I had left of my experience. All of this would have been okay with me, if I had not had different sized hairs left on my legs and nether regions. To get the sugar and wax off I had to take two showers to remove it all. This wax and sugar was affixed to hairs that were still there. The icing on this cake is that I told sugar me wax about my experience, when I received a survey. Since no one reached out, I disputed my transaction. I got a call from the owner, thirty days later, because the bank reached them with the dispute. The owner said sorry and for me to call my bank and reverse my dispute. The owner asked that I call them when I have done so and they will issue me 75 out of my 110 charge, leaving the gratuity, and me to eat the 35$. I was offered to come in again and see the EXACT same person complimentary. For the owner to disregard my experience, and offer to leave with the gratuity among other charges, and not issue a refund in full, shows me that the owner is satisfied with the experience that occurred. To leave the gratuity would be to state that a good job was done. I had to shower to realize that a lot of wax and sugar were left on my nether regions. It was after the second shower that I realized my legs were still covered in hair. This was masked by all of the oil that was put on me when i left. My esthetician either saw the sugar and wax left, or was not even paying attention. After the ingrown hairs, removing sugar and wax pieces left on me and my hair on my head, and this amazing call with the owner, I am left appalled. I have since been to other waxing places in town, who were all horrified at this experience. They have also pointed out that I could have got an infection from the ingrown hairs, or pink eye from the sugar flying at my face. This is my first google review, and I feel that this was entirely necessary, so that others can know what may occur at a regular occurrence at this brand new institution.
