I ran my own credit report just recently. To my surprise I had a mark for collections. After requesting the information from the collector. It was reported from Northern Arizona waste system out of Flagstaff. I never used this trash company but some how they have my info. I have tried to call and wrote letters without any response from them.

DO NOT hire NAWS. Save yourself the time and aggravation of hardly having your trash picked up on time (if ever) and a horrid lack of communication from ANYONE in the office. Really, there are cheaper options in the area who actually show up and have a person in office answering your call! NAWS uses an answering system to take messages for you to pass forward. Any emails sent to the staff are answered in a leisurely manner with a lack of professionalism. I had to call THREE times and email TWICE to just have anyone at all respond to my request to cancel my service and now it has been nearly a month waiting for the refund they owe me. I’ve been given the run around from their office attendant Jacquline on this issue when she decides to respond to your call or message. You will NEVER get a straight answer from this company. Seriously, you’d be better off communicating with the garbage can itself.

I own several vacation rentals in the area. I stopped at a rental in Kachina Village and as I pulled in the driveway I noticed the garbage had not been put to the curb.As I place the can at rhe curb, the trash truck drove by me on rhe opposite side of the street. I tried to wave and all but stepped in front of the truck. He ignored me and continued with out hesitation. I called the office and a cheerful person answered and assurred me that the can would be picked up.A few hours later I pulled the can from the curb and found it had never been picked up.I called the office again and inquired as to what happened. The office person explain that the driver had told her that the can wasnt at the curb when he went by so the customer can pound sand. ( BASICALLY).I asked to speak to a manager and that is when the glib response came back why so you can explain how your can wasnt at the curb at the appropriate timeThis culture of poor customer service is unacceptable and so I responded with the immediate request to cancel my service. It was explained that the can would be picked up next Wednesday and 14 days later I would refunded my prepayment.I immediately called JT Waste and inquired as to how a near miss of a pickup would be handled by JT Waste. The person in the office reaponded we would make sure it got picked up immediately or at least at the end of the route.I signed on for service and will be looking forward to doing business with JT waste and recieving remarkable trash service.I am now canceling all of my business with Northern Arizona Waste. I will be moving all 10 of my properties to JT Waste. I will also recommend to anyone in Flagstaff to the same.Bye Felica.

They pick up my trash and recycling when they say they will. They havent given me any problems in 4 years.
