We recently relocated to Flagstaff and were looking for a dentist and Oasis was able to get us in within less than a week. The staff is awesome and so kind, they explained everything to me and took their time. Absolutely love this office!!

Dr. Rodda and the entire staff at Oasis are amazing. Everyone is kind and helpful, not only to the patients, but to each other. I had a procedure done to repair a tooth that was improperly dealt with by another dentist that almost caused me to lose it all together. Dr. Rodda and his team were able to save what they could of the tooth and restored the the rest. Though this required a few trips, each visit was quick and efficient. I now experience no pain and IT LOOKS LIKE A NATURAL TOOTH! From the front desk staff, to the seasoned hygienists and assistants, to the newbies learning as they go, Dr Rodda has an amazing team.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The Oasis dental staff made me feel so comfortable and cared for throughout the entire visit! The facility is very clean and safe which is perfect considering the times that were in. I am usually very anxious when it comes to any sort of dental work but here I felt comfortable and will not hesitate to return!

I want to start off by saying that I have had dental work done all across the country from Florida to Washington State. I honestly would not want anyone else to touch my teeth besides Dr. Rodda. As I know a lot of people don’t like to go to the dentist Dr. Rodda will completely change that opinion. Everything is explained a head of time and if something changes in treatment they stop everything and explain again what is going on. With Covid on the rise in Coconino County, I felt VERY safe during my appointments both last week and this week. Everything was extremely clean, social distancing is practiced, and you literally dont touch anything that has not been sanitized. The air even smells clean. Plus he did a great job taking out my wisdom teeth. Thank you guys!!

Im giving Dr. Rodda two stars because his current facility and staff are great. But, my experience with him was disappointing. I had a handful of appointments with him and have since chosen a different dentist. I felt that Dr. Rodda didnt take time to truly listen to me or explain his recommendations. One of my appointments was regarding some pain I was experiencing and I explained my symptoms to the hygienist, who then explained it to him when he got into the room (he didnt ask any questions to hear about it from ME). He looked in my mouth briefly and then called the hygienist out of the room to tell HER what he was recommending for treatment and had her come in and explain it to me while he went to see another patient. When I had questions and wanted more explanation, because his recommendations didnt make sense to me, the hygienist had to go get him again but he had moved on to another patient so I had to wait about 15 minutes for him to come back and explain in further detail. It wasnt until this moment that I had a true conversation with him and once I advocated for myself and told him I didnt see how his recommendation would help me due to the symptoms I was experiencing, he finally listened and gave me a referral for the root canal I needed. It seems as though hes either overbooked to the point where he cant dedicate enough time to each individual patient and therefore keeps his time in each room and conversations with each patient as brief as possible. He seems like a capable dentist but needs to slow down and actually listen to patients, spend time to explain treatments, and be available for any follow up questions.Once my root canal was finished I had to go back to Dr. Rodda for a permanent filling. I emailed the office (I like things in writing) to request the appointment with my full name, the procedure I needed, etc, so the office could look me up. They emailed back with questions that couldve been EASILY answered by looking up my file (like what number tooth my root canal was on... I had to Google a tooth chart for something they couldve seen in my file) and then proceeded to quote me the price for a crown when I clearly stated I needed a filling (and the file from the endodontist would corroborate). Ive since moved on to another dentist and it has been a completely different, and positive, experience.

Im use to most health offices being slow and far from efficient, not the case with Oasis. You set your appointment and they get you in on time - if not early . The entire staff is extremely kind and treats everyone professionally. They communicate with you the cost ahead of time, which is huge when it comes to working with insurance.

Dr. Rodda is very good at his job and very considerate of the patient. I would highly recommend him.

Every one at Oasis Dental gave great customer service. They are on top of the Covid-19 protocols; people were following me, like they were my personal valet, sanitizing and cleaning everything before and after you touched it, telling you to keep brand new ink pens, because they dont want other patients to touch them. Im really happy I found Dr. Rodda for my dental work. I HATE going to the dentist, but Dr. Rodda and all of the staff at Oasis make it such an easy experience that I dont have that feeling anymore. It is hard to believe this is a dentist office, it should be marketed as a spa! From the moment you walk you are greeted with a friendly face. Once in the seat you are offered a hot towel, music and even your favorite Netflix show on the flat screen mounted in the ceiling. For a person not found of the dental chair...this is a relaxing and comfortable place. The only thing missing is a weighted blanket and a martini served while listening to ocean sounds. Dr.Rodda takes the time to explain what he is doing and uses the most up to date technology and practices!

As a grandfathered client of Oasis Dental, Im pleased that I stayed on after many years with Dr. Olivas. Dr. Rodda is always thorough and personable. I recently had a partial denture designed and I am very pleased with the results. I recommend Dr. Rodda and Oasis Dental HIGHLY.
