My technician was Samantha she is absolutely a delight she will never sell you into something, number one that you dont need and number 2, that you cant afford shes very upfront and not there just to make a buck. Everybody from the front desk to them back office are wonderful. If youre going to get botox just as 1st Samantha and dont forget to started membership on Brillance So you can get a $50 off coupon.

I get my brows done here by Meredith and she always does an awesome job. Super easy to talk to and an all-around awesome person whos also talented at her job! Ive also gotten facials and a massage here, and everything is high quality. Not the cheapest, but not unnecessarily expensive. Their prices are fair and they always exceed my expectations with friendly staff, relaxing environment, and a wide range of services to fit different needs/budgets.

My esthetician did an amazing job with my eyelash tint. It was my first time so I wasnt sure what to expect. She explained everything, gave me a heads up before she was doing anything new and helped me figure out what color would be best. Definitely recommend going here!

I had Tracy treat me with the Revitalize Chemical Peel, and it was a great experience. She was very nice and friendly and helped me to figure out what the best treatment was for my skin (current and past acne has done a number on my face). Ive only been here once, but I appreciated the level of care that went into the experience. Also, instead of mints, they have Hersheys Kisses™ at the receptionist desk!

Went there and got a massage. After finishing my masters I needed some relaxing. The experience was amazing from the moment I entered. Great atmosphere, and great staff. Had my massage from Kathryn, let me tell you that it was amazing. She got out all the kinks (there were a lot)! Now I feel great, I will definitely be going back there for more. I highly recommend Flag Face and Body to anyone who needs to be worked on!!

The present woman that does the waxing was horrible. She provided so much pain with everything she did. From grabbing my skin with the tweezers, to hurting my face to the point of bringing tears. The previous woman that provided the waxing services was wonderful, pain free and removed all the hair on the first go. I hope you bring the previous woman, Natalie? back. I will not be coming back for any waxing until then.

Beware of posted hour discrepancy!I arrived Saturday 4:38pm on 7/27/19 to purchase a gift card for my loved one which we are regulars @ FFB. Door was locked, Receptionist finally got up from the front desk and opened the door after knocking and saw me waiting outside. She claimed that were closing early....and cannot receive a gift card! I drove 18miles to due business with a regular...(Posted hours on there door state open Saturday 9am-5pm) BAD FOR BUSINESS👎🏻

A short 90 days ago I had Ultherapy and I am so impressed with my before and after photos that I just had to share. I was a skeptic about what transformation I might see but I have to tell you the money was well spent. If you are considering Ultherapy I recommend you go for it. You will not be disappointed. I have had numerous skin treatments in the past from cosmetic surgeons and dermatologists and often experienced unwanted side effects despite my attempts to share my concers and experiences with them. However, Lisa took the time to listen to me and provided me with the best treatment experience I have ever had! I am very happy with Flagstaff Face & Body and would recommend them to anyone!
