Best sauna, steam n hot tub in city, better then west side but should make suits a rule so we can bring our cell fon n listen to my fav station npr. should convert hot tub to cold dip or plunge of 50 or colder as 3 hot sources r enuf(sauna, steam n shower). go to la n frequent the 4 cold dips at la fitness; santa monica, montebello, west covina n hollywood, ul never sleep better that nite,,,

Great club. I dont go as much as I should, but 100x better than Planet or the crossfit jokes in town.

FAC East has a variety of classes to accommodate all levels and WonderfulTeachers.

It is my local go to place to work out. I always recommend it to others.

A really wonderful facility— always very kind and friendly staff, beautiful pool and hot tubs. The weight and cardio rooms have really good varieties of machines/equipment and the locker rooms are always very clean.

Omg its the highlight of my day! Indoor pool, outdoor huge pool, hot tubs, lawn chairs, waterside, and steam rooms, saunas, basketball court, workout equipment, dressing rooms, showers. Do you need more! Its so awesome!

This is a beautiful facility in a beautiful part of Flagstaff. This facility is a gym, fitness center, athletic club, and country club all in one.When you first walk in, you see an indoor pool and the outdoors too (there are panes of glass surrounding the pool, so it feels like you are outside in the country). This building is architecturally interesting, and its HUGE.There is an upstairs part as well as basketball courts and other stuff. The fitness/exercise room isnt big, but its cozy and the equipment is new.Outside is another pool.This is more of a family club or a club for someone who doesnt want to go to a hardcore gym. I like this place because its relaxing and nice. Its both an athletic club and a country club.

Whats not to live about this place.

Amazing gym with classic aesthetic. It has multiple benches, squat racks, free weights, machines, cardio room and more. I have yet to use the pool or sauna but my girlfriend really enjoys them. Classes are offered for all the traditional standards and personal trainers are available for those that want them. Never too full to the point that you cant work out how you want or wait 5 minutes for what you want to open up.

I went 4/5 because its falling apart on the outside. Facilities and staff are top notch.

The best gym ever! 2 locations and all the equipment, instructors, and classes you could want. For fun, if you meet Robb...tell him I said shhhhhhh.

This place is very expensive for what it is. Plus, the buildings are ancient and falling apart. Just another business trying to cash in on the “novelty” of Flagstaff...

My five star review is for FACs wonderful parent tot swimming classes. My son is 21 months old and this was his first set of swimming classes. His instructor Dezi is absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable, fun and caring. She has been teaching him great life saving skills and I feel we are getting a lot out of her classes especially for my sons young age. I highly recommend these swimming classes to anyone thinking about getting their young babies exposed to water. We will definitely keep coming back!

I visited the East side FAC. Staff is friendly and helpful. The saltwater pool is amazing. It spoiled other pools for me. So soothing and relaxing. Need a few upgrades in the accessibility for physically challenged. More handrails to entry into the pool and handrail in the hallway from the locker rooms to the pool would be helpful.

Love the salt water pool. I just dont go enough to have a membership. and the price to get in without a membership is high when there is other places is less then half the price in town

Been coming here about six months now for swim classes with a private instructor. This is a very pretty facility with great grounds. The pool and spa are great! But the maintenance literally sprays ROUNDUP weed killer - a known carcinogen - outside by the hot tub while I’m in it with little kids during afternoon hours. You’d think they would handle heavy-chemical-maintenance before opening... The facility also overcharged me $300 for our last lesson package (yes, you read that right) and it took over a week to make the correction, though they did stay in touch throughout the process. Also, protocols/procedures seem to differ based on the employees present that day. Overall, a mixed bag.

THE BEST place to workout. FAC is perfect for everyone! Theres a deep Indoor pool and the outdoor pool has a waterslide! All of the interior designs are very tasteful and beautiful!

Best club in town. Great facilities and better hours than the Aquaplex. Worth the extra cost as you get access to both this and the West side.

Best guy option in town. The facility is large with lots of exercise options. They have a pool thats never very busy, lots of free weights, a ton of cardio equipment, a very large basketball court, and much more.

Weight room designed for weight lifters. Nothing there for middle Agers who just want a balanced workout. Should have stayed with YMCAk

Very snotty staff. Wouldnt let us in with free passes because they were expired. Kicked us out even though I payed 12 dollars to get in. And my friend has been a member for years and still kicked us out. Accused us for being sneaky. Overall rude staff. Stuck up place. Horrible to customers. Wouldnt give me a refund for my 12 dollars. NOT WORTH THE MONEY TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Just go to the aquaplex way cheaper and not often crowded.

We went to the club yesterday to join and was told that no one was there wasnt a member services person to sign us up. The guy behind the front desk told us to come back today between noon and 5:00. We came back at 2:00 and was told to wait for the membership person to show up cause he was at the other location. We waited 30 minutes. Apparently they dont want new members so were going to another gym. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

Other than the basketball courts (theyre concrete with no official lines), the facilities and services at both the FACE and FACW are the best in Flag. Great weight room, locker rooms, racquetball courts, pools, Cardio room, group fitness rooms and classes!
