When I called this company to help us with water damage due to a waterheater leak they were out to our house same day within 1.5 hours. They really did a great job from start to finish drying everything out & putting all back together like nothing had happened. Very happy with the work and would recommend their services. The staff & crew were very curteous, timely & professional .

These guys are terrible.... They gave me an estimate for a repair for around $ 3000 then turned around and submitted a claim to my homeowners insurance for over $7000. Dont trust this company. They will rip you off.

These incredible business people responded quickly and, moreover, went above and beyond any possible hopes or expectations to take care of my problem in a timely fashion and also to save me a lot of money, simply out of the goodness of their hearts. A rental car I was using for the weekend ended up with some skunk odor in the back. I planned to have it cleaned and return it on Monday as intended, but instead had to fly out of town Sunday emergently for a week, leaving the car in my driveway. Superior picked the car up themselves, drove it to their facility, gave it an ozone treatment, then returned it to the rental agency, saving me several days of rental fees! Cannot recommend them highly enough for their excellent service and off the charts good hearts and neighborliness.

Saved us a lot of money. They found no mold in the building and suggested the odor was from something we brought into it. Indeed, we found they were right. They could have taken advantage but they are good honest people.
