I went to Woodlands Village Dentistry for a new patient appointment yesterday to get a cleaning. I had forgotten to confirm that my hygienist was COVID-19 vaccinated before I arrived so I asked her if she was, just because I felt uncomfortable with an unvaccinated person. She told me she wasnt vaccinated. I told her that made me feel a bit uncomfortable and asked if I could make an appointment with a hygienist who was vaccinated. She told me no one in the office was vaccinated (this is happening in July 2021) and that the only vaccinated person at the office was the dentist himself.Im not saying everyone in the office should be forced to be vaccinated, but I think its important to have some vaccinated hygienists for those patients who dont want an unvaccinated person hovering over their open mouth for 45 minutes (especially with the Delta variant now spreading). I was disappointed and just felt the consumer should know that if youre looking for a vaccinated hygienist, I have been told by staff that is not possible at Woodlands Village.

Everyone here was so nice! The receptionist, assistant, and doctor were all professional and friendly. The place is clean (even the bathroom) and nicely maintained. Paperwork was standard, and everything was fast and efficient. Actually looking forward to my cleaning!Update: Got my cleaning done, and feel exactly the same as before. I need to get some work done, but feel that the Dr. and staff are very honest and informative. I’ll update if anything changes.

I went to this Dentist for an urgent matter and they were able to see me the same day. This was my first visit and they were awesome. Very nice no pressure. Fixed it and explain things well. All staff were nice and friendly. I recommend this Dentist.

I didn’t go to the dentist due to lack of insurance for a long time. I had a root canal and this was the second place I went to. They were great and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. I now go here for routine cleanings and love the staff. They make the experience bearable and some times even good! The dental hygienist is gentle and personable, as is the ortho.

I needed a quick fix and my regular dentist was not available. I must say that this was probably the most enjoyable dentist visit I have ever had. They did exactly what I wanted and fast and friendly !

The staff there are wonderful! They always remember my name and details about me. I always feel comfortable there and leave with clean, healthy teeth. I highly recommend Woodlands Village Dentistry!

Ive been going to Woodlands Village Dentistry for a few years now. I got my braces there, have had several teeth cleanings, and they are helping me through a recent diagnosis of internal resorption. Dr. Martich is great and Id recommend this office to anyone who needs a dentist.

They are the best! Dr. Martich is the best. He is gentle and really cares for his patients. My family of 5 all get treated here and dont have a single complaint. My 4 year old cant wait to get her teeth cleaned every time (weird, I know) but she loves them! Every one in the office is kind and professional and goes out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I had a negative experience with Dr. Martich. Dr. Martich wanted to replace my crown. The tooth that he replaced it with did not fit properly. I told him over and over that the tooth was too small; but, he insisted that it was fine and cemented it anyways. The new crown WAS too small and I returned to have it removed. His solution to the problem was to make another crown that was oversized and shave it way down to fit. This was not acceptable to me in compromising the crown in this way. He refunded my money; and I have chosen to go to another dentist. However, this event has led to more issues with this tooth and much more of my time, money and energy in attempting to correct this problem. I would not recommend this dentist for this reason.

This was my first visit to Woodlands Village Dentistry, and I highly recommend Dr. Martich and his staff. I needed surgery ASAP (I waited too long), and Dr. Martich got me in immediately. Dr. Martich and his staff are the best around. Very thorough and they always let me know the details of the work being done and always answer any questions I have. I strongly recommend them to anybody who needs any type of dental work, including teeth cleanings.

Great staff from receptionist to dentist.Im not a good patient when it comes to going to the dentist. Being for out of town I couldnt have found a better place to get a painful tooth removed.They were able to get me in within an hour and everything was explained well before it was done.

I was visiting Flagstaff for a wedding, and suffered a dislodged front tooth, and was unable to wait 3 days until I returned to my primary dentist in Phoenix. I was unable to close my teeth enough to eat even. Kelly was able to schedule an appointment for me same day. The office staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Dr. Martich was able to reposition my tooth, and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Dr. Martich had an excellent bedside manner, and was both personable and professional during my visit. He even instructed me to call him at home if complications arose during my stay in Flagstaff. Im extremely happy with the care I received, and if I ever move back to Flagstaff, Dr. Martich will definitely be my primary dentist!

I have been in Flagstaff since 1992 and honestly never enjoyed going tothe dentist as much as the next person. But after going to the team at Woodlands Village Dentistry in Flagstaff I have never had more fun interacting during a dental visit.They even have views of the peaks from their dental chairs! Great service, Great savings! I give them 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. Dr Ruge you ROCK!

Office secretary very rude and not at all helpful. Office opened from Tuesday to Friday, God forbid you need to schedule an appointment after 230 on any given day because you will not get it.While the doctor and the dental assistants are great, the secretary and scheduling needs to be changed to accommodate working people who cant make appointments till after 3 or 4.If you are in pain and need assistance and the doctor is gone or the medical assistant is gone, the secretary will not move a finger to get you help or at least a prescription.Go somewhere else if you can.

I rarely leave reviews like this but I thought everyone in Flagstaff should know theres a Dentist in town whos motivated by doing the right thing rather than by profits. I went to see Dr. Martich on a recommendation from a friend to get a second opinion on a toothache. Not only was my issue fixed in one visit, but I also saved a lot of money on an otherwise aggressive approach offered by the first dentist I saw. The staff at Woodlands Village are friendly and Dr. Martich is extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, has a light touch! (I literally didnt feel the shot he gave me). I have since been in for a cleaning and check-up and that went great as well. I would strongly suggest Woodlands Village to anybody looking for a great dentist in Flagstaff.

I had a great experience at Woodlands Village Dentistry. The staff is a lot of fun and professional. I received three filling from this office and Its never been my experience that getting a filling is actually comfortable, but Elliot does an excelent job, all of my fillings are still doing well and I havent had a single problem. I have been back for multiple cleanings and find the dental hygenists to be exceptionally carefull. I appreciate the facility with its clean modern equipment and large windows with views of the peaks. I will continue to keep Woodlands Village Dentistry as my prefered oral care provider.

I have been going to Dr. Ruge for a few years and really loved his gentle touch and practical approach. The dental assistants were also top-notch, kind and personable. When I heard Dr. Martich was coming on board, I was nervous. Could there be another dentist just as good as Dr. R? YES! Dr. Martich has the same attentiveness to his patients and is just as gentle and very practical. I am so thankful for Woodlands Village Dentistry and how well I am treated by everyone. I will never go anywhere else!

Honestly, I dont have anything nice to say about this office. Dr Elliot was never there, had to reschedule numerous times, I live in the canyon and promised he would be there. So i basically waited 3 weeks to get sold a bunch of treatments I dont need. DO NOT GO HERE. AWFUL DR with an awful experience.

Still not fond of going to the dentist but Dr Elliot and his staff make it better.
