Excellent! I just completed my drawings to submit to the city of Sedona for our new front porch and entrance way. Eddie Cal and his staff were very fast and completed our project within 10 days start to finish. We are doing a major demolition on the front and adding a large porch designed with rough round natural beams and rafters. The work was very detailed to include building materials descriptions and details all in alignment with Sedona Building Codes. I was really impressed with their handling revisions quickly and professionally, and highly recommend Urban Rural Design.

I would not recommend Eddie Cal for any work. I recently hired him to draft a cabin for me, he told me it would take him a month to complete the plans and submit to the county to have it permitted. After 8 months I still dont have the plans completed and no permit. I have tried to contact Eddie several times, he doesnt return phone calls, doesnt complete his work, terrible customer service. I had to cancel my building plans completely due to his failure to complete my plans. Lost a great deal of money due to his incompetency. DO NOT USE THIS DRAFTSMAN< YOU WILL BE SORRY

They did a great job on my drawings/drafting of my job. Excellent work and details of the job.

I have had the pleasure working with Eddie Cal because of his experise. I would highly recommend.
