Truly great experience working with Eric. I tried to do a lot myself and got way in over my head. He saved the project and did so professionally, meticulously and in a timely fashion. Hes a pro.

Eric has done two sets of drawings for us. He’s timely and thorough. He definitely goes way above and beyond. For example, he provided us with a really cool 3D rendering of the final product. Also, he spent an hour with me going over the drawings, so that I would know what to look for and understand all the details. He gave me all sorts of useful tips and advice about the project itself.And I know from the last set he did for us, that he continues to be proactive (with periodic follow ups) even after finalizing/submitting the drawings.

Eric did the design for our addition and took care of the permitting for a nominal fee. We couldnt be happier with the attention to detail he put into our project. Erics construction and design knowledge made this a breeze and was able to make several suggestions to make the project easier. Eric updated us regularly on where the project project was in the process. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a true professional.

We worked with Pinnacle on our deck in Flagstaff. Eric took lead and was incredible to work with. The design process took into consideration how we would actually live on the deck and how the space could be better used to enrich our lives.
