A MUST READ TO SAVE TIME AND MONEY!! For starters this place of business(scammer/untrained)needs a real wake up call.It took almost 3 weeks to get a part! Always some poor excuse for an excuse on why, the part hasn’t arrived. Megan is very useless and Melissa is no better!Patrick on other hands was helpful. Whom am I kidding, I see why this company has bad reviews. Walks around smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee. Always on his phone as well as the technician. Whom seem to be lacking knowledge and should be re train. Long story short! 8,000 dollars later and over a 1,000 in hotel fees. To be only broke down again due to improper installation of coolant housing. Which has caused a leak and slightly overheating.So I called being their the last one to touch,work on my truck and I quote from Megan per Patrick that I need to call my warranty company and have them send a claim in.So what your telling me is that I need to pay again for something u guys broke, didn’t do right! I was there from July 16. - Aug 6 of 2021. Picture are as follows coolant as of Aug 22. 2021 the coolant low/Below Low, follow by turbo being remove the actuator being cut because Apparently he couldn’t get it off. Which caused me to wait longer for that part to arrive last is the start of taking things off.Also let me add that Tony Down CRM is a pointless call. He’s no better than the shop! All a bad chain of command!Not to forget that I called the shops that they were ordering from, I called to follow up with the shop, I had to Uber there almost ever other day to lack of answer phone or proper communication.Only if I can add all the video and recording on here to show and PROVE THAT THE FOLKS Don’t CARE JUST COLLECTING FUNDS,HARD EARN FUNDS! Ladies in office and techs are awesome. I have to Sean at Flagstaff location is a good honest man as far as my experience goes. The assistant manager Shannon did a great job, he went above and beyond to get my truck back rolling, for other manager (Patrick) he made me feel like I was talking to a used car salesman. On Saturday Patrick advised he would have experienced technician working on the truck at noon 30, but I could not be in the truck came in Sunday spoke with Shannon he jumped right on changed motor mount and exhaust that was needing replaced and finished it all in the same day. I would of gave a 5 rating if I wasn’t told one thing and never even worked on it when I was told, I had to spend money getting a room while my truck was sitting in the garage not touched. Just want to say great thanks to Shannon for getting everything done mainly on his own.

I don’t drive a semi but brought my diesel F-250 here when it blew a front main seal right across the street from their shop. I ended up being stranded for 10 days while they searched locally and online for a tool to reseat the replacement seal (bushing/bearing). Disappointed that it took them 4 days before they ordered the tool. Then it took another 5 days to get the tool because they waited so long to order. It arrived in Flagstaff on Saturday when the distribution center is closed, so the tool was not delivered to the shop until the next Monday. Would have been 4 days total had they ordered it as soon as they identified the need for it. The quality of work was good, when they worked but a lot of red tape and inefficiency in the management. I gave them three stars because they gave me a little discount for the inconvenience but over all the repairs cost me close to $900 (~$150 a day) more than it would have, had they had ordered the tool right away.

We appreciate the accommodation they did for service our RV, great job and such a short time. Definitely we will recommend them.

I do not recommend using their service. This shop does a careless job. They did the patch on my wheel; I asked the person who did the wheel how many psi did put in the tire he said 100 psi. I left the shop and checked the pressure there is was 80psi.

What a den of incompetence. $60 to mount my own tire on my own wheel because they didnt have any trailer tires in stock. Then refused to air it up completely. Then refused to check the air in my other tires. Avoid at all costs.

I made a HUGE mistake by putting DEF in my fuel tank. Luckily, I made this horrible error right next to RMTC. I asked if they could help and not only did they solve the problem they had it done by the next day. They were professional, responsive and had great attitudes. Myron (my tech) even took the time to show me what was replaced, the old parts, and how to do follow up maintenance.Yes, a temporary lack of attention was expensive, but Id bring my vehicle to them again...hopefully I dont have to though.

I recently stopped in to the Flagstaff location to change my fuel filters and I was very impressed with the customer service, the diesel technician Sean was very courteous and professional, he got me in and out.

Set up a service call in the little america parking lot in flagstaff to have my drivers a/c charged. Set up the call specifically so the driver would be taken care of knowing the shop would be closed before the job was done, I knew the rates and fully agreed to them. Lady that took my call was the picture of professionalism and great customer service. Unfortunately my driver showed up, walked inside to let them know he was there and the mechanic said he didnt want to do the job turning my driver away. In the future Ill definitely be weighing my options before I waste my time here again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! They did only diagnostic, force regen. Firstly, they charged $1000 than they made a discount, They charged $300 for labor, $300 for computer. THEY ARE NOT DOING BUSSINISS HERE!!!! I asked for price list, they didnt show me anything.

Was passing through Flagstaff Arizona.. Stop for the night. In the morning, coach would not start, two dead batteries. Called Rocky Mountain truck center, They brought me two 8D batteries, Less than a mile away. Was charged a $1000 for the 2 batteries and install. You be the judge would you go back?

They charged us $161 as a diagnosis fee for just plugging in a piece of cloth into the def inlet tank and that took just 15 mins. The mechanics even scared us into believing that the engine would seize if we went any further without replacing the part. We waited until the following morning for the part (which they didnt have in stock - which was fine), but what got me off was that the part (which was a def inlet gasket ) was quoted to us at $270, costs a mere $10 at freightliner.So Rocky mountain would have charged us $161+$270= $431for fixing a part that costs a mere $10 and probably worth 15 mins labor.Sounds very much like a highway robbery?? Hell yeah!!

Lance the little guy was decent. He was a little unhappy about doing my rig last minute before shop closed up but other than that he was a real great guy did all my stuff and only charged me about $400 unbelievable everywhere else was asking at least $800-$900. Will definitely be back sometime in the future if I’m passing through Flagstaff and need service. Thank you Lance much obliged.

Had a blowout on I17 2 1/2 miles from I40 got a 60 to 90 minute eta from rocky mountain. Called back 2 hours later they had not left the shop yet gave 1 hour eta. After waiting over 6 hours cancelled them and called loves they were there within 2 hours. Because of rocky mountain, I spent 9 hours on the side of the road.

This company is a fraud ... My truck overheated, I called them for a road service assistance, they sent a mechanic .. My truck was 15 miles from the Rocky Mountain Truck Centers - Flagstaff office ... The mechanic arrived with 12 gallons of coolant, he put the coolant in the reservoir and said everything was fine .. Rocky Mountain Truck Centers - Flagstaff charged me total amount of $ 800.00... $ 279 for labor (1 hour), $ 99 for the call fee and $ 75 for the mileage (the office is 15 miles away), plus 256.00 of coolant...The truck ran 5 miles and overheated again ... I called them to make the claim and they told me that they had to open another work order and that to go back to see what happened, I had to pre-authorize a charge of $ 600.00 to my card..THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS AND THIEVES ALSO

I was told diagnostic would take 2 hours at $139 a hour and I only asked for fuel filter to be changed and check engine light and after treatment light and force regen if needed all that shouldnt take no more than 2 hours. They did a diagnostic and regen twice without asking nor authorized from me and charged me $844 for 4 hours of work when it showed a bad nox sensor that they couldnt fix. Next day a diagnostic took 15 minutes and a half hour to replace a nox sensor from someone else who wasnt trying to rob me.

Nope, go somewhere else. Spent more time inside waiting for a Woman Who didnt really know Her job. Go to the truck waiting for further instructions only to be called by office personal of My company or previous company, accused of sitting in the lot not working when the truck was finished but i hadnt been told anything along with not being in the shop yet for work repairs to be performed. I could go on by why bother... There is Absolutely No Respect for a Driver from Company,Majority of Customers, shops & Especially the Public

Spent $80.97 to fix headlight that wasnt fixed. Asked for refund to company from Patrick and couldnt refund money. Two weeks ago, I called a central admin that I wasted 20 minutes on the phone and given the run around without resolve. Came back today to resolve, and Patrick told me that I should get a call from a 303 area code number, but didnt get a call back. Have been coming here for a long time and I will now strive to avoid this shop. Ive been driving truck 24 years. At this point, even if they refunded the money (the money is not the point), the lack of sincerity and being genuine in thier doing business has been manifested. Our total bill was ~$1,600.

$2000 for a 27 mile tow and 2 fuel filters... and my engine still wouldnt start when they were done...

Avoid on all cost!!! We got charged $1148.65 for one trailer tire. It was a road service call, 35 miles away from the shop in Flagstaff AZ. On top of the numerous over-prized charges, we got two that they dont even have the right to charge. One was convenience fee which shouldnt be charged since we paid with EFS Check (which is basically cash money), not with a credit card. And, another Federal Excise Tax (FET) charge, which also shouldnt be there since that tax was already paid by the manufacturer to the Government when the tire was made and sold. Repair shops dont get to charge for that as well.

They were HORRIBLE! Told us they would be there in 1.5 hours..... 5 HOURS LATER THEY SHOW UP! They kept telling us the guy was 20 minutes out. The driver explained what parts he needed and even sent photos. They finally showed up after 6 hours of waiting and with NO PARTS!

Why is zero stars not a thing? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.. my husband was driving through and had a problem with his semi. The guy came out and redneck tie his sensor up and costed over 800 dollars for nothing! An hour of his time... you will regret doing it so dont do it..

My truck is out of fuel 14 miles away and they charge me 616 dollars for 10 gallons filled up. They charge 337 labor for 10 gallons. I give-10 rating to this service.

We called them because we had a flat tireThey said they could come out and help us $480 for the tire $1.50 per mile $99 call out fee and $38 an hour to drive to us and back the total cost was going to be $1,000 such nice people, the manager followed up with a phone call thats what everybody charges. I told him he could raise himself above the rest. Did not have to kick a person while they were already down. I told him I can buy the same tire at discount tire for $200 less.. their markup wow.I do not recommend this place price gouging

This shop should have no star and not be in business. Had my truck over 3 months. My truck ran hot . They suggested I get and engine because water was in my turbo. They gave me and estimate to put engine in for about 5200 or so. I went back to check on truck going to tell me $17,000 .. They charged me for renting a forklift to do the job. Three months later truck still not running and charged me $13,000.. They moved my truck to storage lot because they couldn’t fix it. I repeat DON’T GO HERE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You better going to dealership.

Truck had a flat tire, had to replace two tires on the trailer. I was quoted $340 per tire, $90 call out fee, $135 per hour labor and $1.5 per mile, my truck was less than 10 miles away from their shop. The tire change was done in about 1 hour and i was shocked when the bill come at $1400, apparently i was charged $300+ labor for a 1 hour job with a bunch of added fees that was not discussed. Would not recommend.

Something I dont like is false reviews. I have been looking for a shop to fix up my Silverado engine and my Silverado has a lot of sentimental value to me. So Im looking across Northern Arizona for a honest shop to earn my hard earn dollar.. So I look at the reviews and do the research. Then I come across this. Fake google account giving the Rocky Mountain Truck Center 5 stars across multiple states. So, with that being said. These are not earn 5 star reviews. I submitted photos. But who knows if theyre get approve. Look at Dave Buche reviews and also Rich Hoop reviews.

Passing through Flagstaff with my father. His truck was having some issues so we stopped at Rocky Mountain Mobile Repair. Repairs were done quickly and at a reasonable price. Talked to the manager Brooks and he was professional and friendly with a good sense of humor. No one likes to be stalled at a repair shop but this was pleasant and we were back on the road in no time at all. Would highly recommend this shop.

Gave me a 8 mile repair point amount for a two hour min. of 150.00 dollars, X 190 East I 40Tire replacement $50.00 and mud flap unknown amount. After a day the bill was $489.53 They quoted me way less. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Call Loves. Pilot don’t have truck srv in that area.

Very bad service, they are not professionals. They ordered the parts one by one, they dont care that the customer is paying for a motel. I took 6 days to fix my truck, and every time I call you, a new part is missing, another day waiting. If you call in the morning, the girl in the front desk tells you that some parts are missing and if you call in the afternoon a man tells you that there are totally different parts missing from the previous ones, they are not professionals and they do not know what your truck really needs. This is disrespectful.

Had a tire swap. In and out in 30-45 minutes. Super friendly staff. Would use anytime Im in the area. Fuel stop next door usually cheapest in the area.

These guys are extremely unreliable, the hours of operation stated that they open at 6 and mechanics haven’t gotten there until after 7 and even after their arrival they refused to start to work on the truck until their office guys would show up who would be able to create a work order. I called customer service at the time of opening and lady was trying to get ahold of multiple people including manager with success and after few futile attempts she promised to called me back and that never happened. Around noon I was back after my delivery to see what is going on, they had couple of trucks in bay and they promised to call me once they finish up the truck they were working on. They took my phone number to call me back and that never happened ether. I waited the entire day for their call and they never called back. Overall this was very unpleasant experience with unreliable employees with very bad attitude.

After being seriously let down by my previous mechanics I called young Miss Bailey here and not only worked me and got my repairs done in lightning speed at a very reasonable price Im never going anywhere else thank you Rocky mountain repairs. And Brooks was pretty cool too

Gutted. Horrible service. Just have to force myself to put one star because that place not deserve any. Have been absolutely rip off for job I didnt want to be done. Brought up truck for AC system leak diagnostic, have problem explained to receptionist and worksop manager about recent repairs and system recharge. Looks like two person understood me 200%. One hour later had phone call regarding air-conditioning fixed and recharged. At the end paid for repair $491, aircon not working, returned to the workshop, been told off by receptionist and workshop manager, abused by so called mechanic who done repair. Very expensive lesson. Avoid this place, do not pay for someone education. This place just been opened 6 weeks ago and should be closed

*update* The manager called and we spoke, received an apology for the quality of work, I was offered a free pm as an amends.Stopped in because my batteries were done for, took a little bit of time to get going on the repair due to a parts run, no problem. The mechanic that replaced them though, while personable, seems to be inexperienced because:1. Failed to actually clean the terminals, instead they were wiped with a rag.2. Took no safety precautions despite being told that one battery was actively venting and the other two were very swollen and leaking.3. To prevent corrosion he used grease, but not dialectric grease, just plain bearing grease, and instead of putting it on last he put it on all over then attached the terminals.4. The battery tiedowns were attached incorrectly and overtightened, as well he had to replace one because one was misplaced, which I found while correcting his errors.5. Due to the overtightened tighdown my 1k dollar start capacitor case was bowed out.While I understand finding good help is difficult, perhaps Rocky Mountain should raise their standards. Ill add that the service writer was very courteous.

I did write a review of what actually happened while I worked here, everything from theft, drinking on the job, to illegal dumping practices. however I was threatened by the manager after I posted my initial review, so Im adding physical threats to the list. I wouldnt come here if you wanted actual work done on your rig. Most likely youll end up with more broken than you came with. Stay away. Stay far away.

The staff is terrible and has no knowledge of their job. I was charged 54 dollars for a core battery that I brought in. And I mean they actually tried to charge me for the battery that I brought in. Them just tried to tell me some bs like Ive never bought a battery before. Smh. Ill make sure that my carrier never uses them again

Too expensive got charged around $1180 for compressor change and the big thing was they wasted my full one day, I came to them around 7 in morning they give call around 11 am to come in shop, they didnt allow you to rest in your truck + they took around 3 hours to get parts in shop than Another 5 doing nothing, every time i go they had excuse . Will never ever use their service in my life.
