American Airlines failed to transfer a bag on a flight to Flagstaff, AZ on time. While AA explicitly wouldnt help me contact the local airline reps, they did tell me that this company provided the courier service for late bags to Sedona. Margie from the courier service went completely above and beyond to serve as an intermediary with the airline to help locate my bag and get it to me asap -- all at 6am and to a remote part of Sedona. Thankful for their superb communication and willingness to help.

I have never used a courier service before, I was in a pinch, out of town and needed something delivered to me asap in Phoenix from Flagstaff. My friend mentioned googling Courier Services. I called 5 other courier services I found on google search, not one answered, until I dialed Arizona Specialty. Dave was on the job immediately and had my time sensitive heavy package to me quicker than I even expected, only 2 hrs. He not only saved me about 4 hrs round trip, but he was friendly, dependable, professional and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him next time you are in a pinch and need a courier service.

I had an incredible experience with Arizona Speciality Courier. I flew into Phoenix and the airline lost my luggage. I had a trip planned to Colorado the following week and would need several items that were in my bag for a very important business meeting.The airline called me and said they had found my luggage. I hired ASC and they promptly delivered my luggage to where I was staying in Colorado. They got there in record time and got me everything I needed for my meeting. I can’t thank them enough!

Very Professional. They helped save the day for my travels. I needed a part for my Harley while Im traveling Route 66 and the local Harley store was not open. They picked up the part from Mayer, and delivered into to my hotel in Flagstaff the same day. This saved me a lot of time so that I can continue enjoying my time with my father whos on the trip with me. Highly Recommend their service.

We called Az courier and bob came out picked up our package and delivered it to Phoenix they did a great job.The package got delivered on time .
