For the second time, I turned in 3 HP ink cartridges to recycle which should go towards rewards. I asked the cashier if any rewards would apply to my checkout purchase. She said, no, they wont show up for a month. I replied, well its been over a month. She then said, did you spend at least $10 in that month? Which I replied I dont know, I dont think so? Of course, the usual, Im sorry. I left my checkout items on the counter and will drive another 5 miles to Staples from now on. This store wants you to sign up for their reward program but will do everything to deny your recycle rewards. Never again, Office Max.

The Print and Copy team here is excellent, always multi-tasking with customers in line, answering questions and delivering products in a timely manner. Jake has an amazing eye for graphic design and his enthusiasm translates to the rest of this team. There is always someone stationed there for questions and advice!

I needed only 3 copies printed. Employee said it would be at least 20 minutes to get done. Nobody was in the store with at least 4 people working. I drove across town to FedEx and printed my own within 15 minutes. Service is important, people.

Worst customer service I have received here ever. I buy a brand new printer here every year and this year it wouldnt work even with brand new cartridges. It would tell me that there was no ink, I can SEE the ink! The rep I worked with told me that a printer is meant to be used everyday, who prints everyday? I have never heard that. Im not a computer illiterate person and did not deserve to be treated like one. You might not have any idea about technology within your store but dont fill me full of elaborate lies. The ink does routinely drain itself into a pan in the printer we can take it apart and see. When you charge $75 for ink I expect to be able to use ALL the ink. Will advise all my co-workers to not even bother with this store and will personally show them how to order on Amazon instead. I will save my money instead of the fraud that goes on here. UPDATE: Fixed my problem by covering the window with electrical tape, somehow the ink is full now and it prints better than ever. Wonder how that happened? Fraud is spelled with an F like the rating I give your store.

Staff are extremely helpful. Kenya was amazing, polite and very helpful.

Laminating too expensive, and the person clain he could do it but it would turn out with bubbles because the poster was semi glossy. Ugh!

Has many tech devices and supplies. Printing center, office furniture, and can order or look up prices. Can order online for delivery. Staff friendly and helpful.

So to start out it wasnt the best situation, I got a little disgruntled over some advertised pricing that was a little misleading and I was charged more than I felt I should have. I did contact Office Max concerning this and that is why I am giving the store 5 stars. The manager Patty Dickson and asst manager Joe Kerdraon apologized for the situation and the confusing advertising, they also made up for the situation and handled it with perfect professionalism. I want to give a definite applause to them for how they handled a bad situation. I went from pretty much deciding I would take my business across town to being happy to purchase more items from this store specifically because of these two. The cashier as well the day of the purchase was super nice but wasnt able to fix the situation that day.

I had an issue with my printer. It kept saying that the ink didnt work, even with new cartridges. I went to several experts and Joe quickly found the problem and fixed it. They are good with printer issues!

McKenna Parker is awsome. My visit to the Flagstaff store was enjoyable, all due to Mckenna. Shes energetic and very willing to help. A people person
