This is the 2nd time weve used Wizard in the past few years and they dont disappoint.They communicate regarding appointments, theyre prompt, courteous and CLEAN! Justin did a great job...they are my go to team for fireplace needs.

Had our pellet stove installed in 2018, but was only living part time in the house. Has now been running consistently for 2 seasons and it is great. Just had them out for our first chimney cleaning/inspection. Cliff did an awesome job and cleaned up thoroughly. Would definitely recommend them.

They were extremely patient in working with us as we were purchasing a new house and the closing was delayed multiple times and they were flexible with rescheduling. When it came time to do the job the entire crew was professional and did a great job. We really felt that they put the customer first at all times, especially with pricing. Would highly recommend.

My name is Glenn. While in Flagstaff last Fall, I met owners Jack & Barb in person. Jack & Barb are very pleasant, down to earth people. I also met one of their employees away from their business, and she highly praised Jack & Barb for treating her and their customers very well. I agree!! We needed a 3 ft. extension pipe for an old 35 year Fireplace that was requested by the Home Inspector for people buying our house in Phoenix. We checked everywhere in the Phoenix area, and nobody had a clue where to find our 3 ft. extension pipe. Fortunately, I remembered Wizards and the terrific owners Jack & Barb! Sure enough, Jack brilliantly saves old extension pipes from Fireplaces rather than throwing them away. The 3 ft. extension pipe fit perfectly and Jack gave me easy instructions how to install it! Thank you Jack for saving us!! If Jack hadnt saved that pipe, we would have had a major expense of changing out the Fireplace to finalize our home sale.

Whoever answers the phones is one rude lady. I will never again make an appointment with this company. If you are the owner and you are reading this then you need to get on your receptionist or whoever it is because she was rude and nasty as hell. If I could give zero stars I would.

An EXCELLENT business. You get the feel (and reality) of a small family owned business. If you deal with them regularly they will know you by name and where you live. I bought my first stove over 20 years ago. The company went out of business so I went to Wizard for maintenance and repairs. Far from being unhappy I bought it elsewhere ... they were very good to me. After 20 years the old stove was about done (only so many parts you want to replace before getting a new one makes sense). I bought a new one from them. I also bought an insert for a cabin I have in the mountains. In both cases the installs were professional and everything works as promised. The also sell pellets at a good price ... and deliver and stack them wherever you need. I hate staking several tons of pellets so this is a great service -- with prices that rival the discount stores where you get to load and unload yourself. They also sell propane at a good price. They are stable have been in business for decades and being family run I expect one day Jack will go fishing and the kids will take over :-)

Amazing Service! That is all I have to say. I called this great company on Friday am b/c my chain to the fireplace flue broke. I really wanted to have a fire and asked if it was possible. They said it would be two weeks out which I expected. But called back a few hours later and said Donnie could come out to Munds Park. Donnie was so friendly and nice and fixed it in about an hour. He said the office will call Monday for payment. What a great experience! Also getting my fireplace cleaned in two weeks. Thank you Anthony and Donnie. Client for life!

Weve used Wizards for years to sweep the chimney, but now in a new house & needed a pellet stove installed. Super clean install in less time than was expected, stove works beautifully & every detail of operation was fully explained-would recommend them in a heartbeat! Update-have had the Classic Bay 1200 for a little over a month-works flawlessly! Im so glad Ill never have to deal with cleaning a wood stove again-this stove cleans in minutes, & only uses 1/2 bag a day to keep a 2000 sq.ft. house at 75.

Appointment was for 8am, but serviceman hadn’t shown up by 8:30 so called store. Talked to owner (though I didn’t know it at the time). He said serviceman might be running late. 10 minutes later serviceman showed up. Turned out it was the owner I talked to. He had jumped in a spare truck and driven to my house. Wonderful service and Wizard’s gets all my future business as well as my hearty recommendation when anyone asks about his services.

We purchased a kodiak 1700 step top free standing wood stove from them, we waited to long to order it so it took a month before install due to being busy season, thats our fault, but install was so quick and easy, he told you everything you need to know about this stove, fire safty, and best way to start a fire. the owner was our installer, he did an amazing job and we are very pleased with our stove. the only thing that might upset someone (not us because my husband owns a business) was that he, being the owner, had to answer his phone due to his suppliers calling, he answered the phone twice and apologised when he did, he did leave the room to deal with his calls. i recommend anyone needing a great source of heat to go check them out.

During our gas stove malfunction last winter, we hired every maintenance company in Flagstaff, progressively. None of them solved the problem, it turned out to be a regulator failure at the meter. The gas company did diagnosis and fixed. But this company did the best job of cleaning and tuning! We will use them in future for maintenance.

I called four days ago with a fairly simple issue. I was told it would be 8 days before I could be helped. After four days I called back to see it they had an opening. They said they were busy and would call back. They never called back. I called again and asked if they could fit me in somewhere. They again told me they were too busy. I asked if I should try another place and they told me I should. I called another place and had my issue resolved in 10 minutes by an extremely friendly person.

What a rip off! My husband specifically called them because our flue wouldnt close and the chain was broken high up. We just needed a new chain system. ( This is our first time ever owning a home with a fireplace) We did NOT need anything else because we just purchased the home and had a complete inspection and clean out. This was explained to them. The guy showed up, inspected it anyway, then told him we dont carry parts. What?? That was the whole point!!!! Then he said I might have a chain around somewhere . He charged us $95.00!!!! Then, they called him today (2 weeks later!!) and said they had a chain and it would be $75!!! NO THANK YOU! We just moved here and feel like this is the ONLY company weve had such a bad experience with! I would NEVER recommend them!

Horrible customer service. No call backs, no show after they said someone would be out, that was two days ago. You just dont treat people this way!

Greg is awesome! He was on time, got some connector pipes Ive been struggling with re-crimped and solidly connected, and even cleaned the glass after the sweep. Also, our insert hadnt been drawing correctly. He made some adjustments that fixed that as well. I was prepared to pay more for these extra services, and got charged the regular price for a chimney sweep. Excellent, knowledge-driven service. Would definitely recommend without reservations.

Called to ask about having bricks around my fireplace cleaned of soot stains.Woman working the phone clearly didnt listen to a word I said, despite my clear and repeated explanation of what I needed. They sent someone to do a chimney sweep.After this experience, I certainly will not use this company for anything. They (or at least the person answering the phone) clearly lack basic listening skills, and I would not trust them on any complicated projects.

Ive called other companies in the past to fix my fireplace, but honestly Wizards is the best. Very friendly, courteous and took the time to help me understand the problem. Highly knowledgeable in their craft.

It took 2-3 weeks for them to get around to scheduling the appointment for chimney sweeping. Afterwards, the chimney was completely clogged. When I called back, I was told that it would have to be redone and I would have to pay for it. The woman told me that her son had done the work, so she knew it had been done right. He then got on the phone and told me that there must be wet, green wood being burned in the stove, and that I didnt know what I was talking about that it hadnt been cleaned well. Then I was charged for 2 visits on my credit card, although they never came to redo the job. They also did not refasten the chimney cap, which subsequently blew away. I will never use this business again, they are either totally incompetent, or purposefully cheating people. The only reason I gave them one star is because I cant post the review without giving them any.
