From excellent recommendations on the design, to the quality and expertise of their craftsmen, to their organization, communication and responsiveness, it was a pleasure working with everyone. I especially appreciated Frankies communication - he kept me up to date on everything and was always looking out for the most efficient and cost effective way to get things done. The attention to detail is amazing and you would never know that my new fireplace and shelves were not always part of my original decor. Its just beautiful and I couldnt be more pleased.

Jeff and his team worked with us from the very beginning of the design phase all the way through the final construction process. They did an amazing job of meeting our specific needs, provided detailed and constructive recommendations along the way, and met their budget projections. Additionally their communications throughout the process was timely and transparent. Kerry-Lyn went above and beyond with her design consultations. They delivered as promised.

JKC is by far the best builder in Flagstaff. Their reputation of being Flagstaff’s premier builder is well earned. We are extremely happy with the build process and the finished home. Because we were not in Flagstaff for most of the build, we were kept up-to-date on the progress with weekly pictures and status reports. Every time we had a question we were able to get hold of Sean our project manager, Kerri-Lynn or Jeff Knor and our questions answered. If we were to build another home in the Flagstaff area, we would only use JKC to build it for us. They did a great job on the detail finishes, sticking to the schedule and the budget, and quickly followed up on all punch list items. We are past our warranty period but JKC is always available to answer questions or help with any problems. Thank you Jeff, Sean and Kerri-Lynn.

We have used JKC for two major remodels (an addition and living room remodel, and a complete kitchen remodel), and have had the same great experience with both. Things are done right, and things are done on schedule. They hire great subcontractors, yet know how to deal with the inevitable little crises with their subs that always occur in a big project. If you want it done right and done well, JKC is worth the price.

JKC did a kitchen remodel for us recently. They handled absolutely everything. From the estimate to the final inspection, they were amazing.Even when a sub contractor left more of a mess than they should, the project manager straightened it out. Would recommend to anyone.

If you are looking to build a new home or do a major remodel these guys are what you are looking for. They did a major remodel on my home several years ago and I have used them numerous times on smaller projects since then. The thing I like most about them is the commitment to quality. If it isnt done right they are first to spot it and make it right. At the end of my remodel, Jeffs pre-walk thru was so in depth I couldnt find anything else that needed to be fixed. they go out of their way to help make the process as painless as possible.I highly recommend them to anyone needed a contractor.

Our experience with JKC Contractors continues to be a nightmare. We used them to build a wall and fireplace as well as add new cabinetry throughout and everything they did was not what we expected and was wrought with miscommunication. We filed a complaint with the ROC that unfortunately was not ruled in our favor we believe because of Jeff Knorrs connections with city officials in Flagstaff.Long story short we would never use this contractor OR refer them to anyone.We purchased a bbq grill that has a broken part and I emailed Kerry Lynn-Love asking for the part number. She sent me a signed work order for a bbq that we never purchased. I insisted that she had the wrong unit and that I needed to confirm the right unit in order to get the replacement part. Here we are 2 weeks later and she finally sent the proper unit type but not the serial number or proof of purchase (BBQ Guys needs this to warranty the part). I have threatened legal action to subpoena this information and Kerry_Lynn snapped back at me saying Do not threaten me! Really? Just give me the freakin information I need to get this damn thing fixed. Can you imagine a company that refuses to give a client who spent in excess of 50K information on a piddly bbq unit so we can get a replacement part? Unreal. We will be opening another ROC complaint against JKC General Contractors if this is how they wish to proceed.
