Absolutely amazing experience. Im so glad we went local, the customer service was exceptional and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. The process was super easy and we paid less than if we had gone with a Phoenix business. We are in the middle of a remodel and this was by far the easiest part of the entire process.

Great service and quality product priced well below the local competition. Communication is good and they show up as scheduled. Thats rare for most contractors Ive experienced. They installed high end granite in my kitchen without a glitch.Highly recommend.

John and his team were fantastic throughout the process. And since they have their own yard and slabs, charged by the square foot instead of the whole salad they were almost half of what others were charging. Install was fast and clean. John was very good about communication and updates. They were ready to install way before we had things ready for them. I could go on, but I think you get the point. Best possible experience.

We used AZ Granite to install our granite countertops. We were nothing but pleased. Excellent communication. Easy to schedule. We did take a look at some of the granite he had on hand (which was a great selection and variety) - it certainly helped us get an idea of what we wanted, but he didnt happen to have enough of one for our large kitchen (we needed 3 full slabs). After selecting our granite slabs from a supplier in Phx, they did all the work. I LOVE my countertops. This is the second time weve had granite installed (first time at our last house) and AZ Royal Granite did excellent, high-quality work. They really took the time and made sure the seams were perfect. The grain all matches and his special thick edge for our island looks amazing. We are excited to Alex has opened a shop in Flagstaff!

This was our third time remodeling a kitchen and AZ Royal was by far the best experience we’ve had. Solid business, great people and great taste. Helped us create exactly what we wanted-a stunningly beautiful kitchen. We plan on using them for a bathroom remodel in the future.

John at Royal Granite Flagstaff was amazing to work with. He was always available to answer questions, and showed up when he said he would.The install was quick and turned out beautiful. Royal Granite told us when it was going to be done and believe it or not, not a day beyond when they installed. My husband and I have been in the building industry for years and that was the first time a subcontractor did what they said they would do.We are In love with our new kitchen counter tops!!

We finally decided to replace our formica counters with something of higher quality. We did a lot of research and got multiple quotes. After reviewing AZRoyal showroom it became clear they had the best selection. Priced by square foot so we didnt need to buy a full slab. John was very professional, answered all our questions and there was never any pressure to buy. Once we agreed on material and price we mutually agreed on a date for the installation. The people were honest, upfront, clean, and right on target with the costs of my beautiful black granite counters in the kitchen and two bathrooms. They demolished the old grouted white tile and installed the new counters, under mount sinks as well as vacuumed up all dust and any left over counter pieces. I will have them put in the Silas tile in the 2 bedrooms and sunroom when I get the funds together.

We were absolutely impressed with John and Alex at the Flagstaff location. They were very patient with the design process, answered any questions we had. Allowed us to have two meetings in Phoenix at the granite yard, and eventually helped us pick the perfect slabs for our 3 bath 1 kitchen project that not only were in our budget but which look fantastic and are the show piece of our house. We would highly recommend them and they absolutely have our business for future projects!

We had a wonderful experience working with the staff at AZ Royal Granite. Everyone was extremely professional, responsive and timely and the work that they did was excellent. We love our new countertops. In one day the team cut the pony wall and leveled our countertop, moved the outlets, changed out the sink and garbage disposal and replaced the granite countertop with beautiful quartz. We plan to use AZ Royal Granite for all of our upcoming projects in our home.

We just completed a total kitchen remodel and used Royal Granite for our quartz counter tops. We got three quotes from local competitors before we settled on Royal Granite. John and his team were such a pleasure to work with! He was responsive, timely and extremely knowledgeable about all of the countertop materials we were considering. We never felt pressured to rush our decision or spend more than we wanted to. He just worked within our budget to find the product we would be happy with. The end result is a beautiful new kitchen that we love working in! We so enjoyed working with John that we ended up ordering our new flooring from him as well. Just as with our countertops, the flooring was delivered quickly and with a smile. We wont hesitate to work with John again as we continue to update our home!

I had my countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms replaced. They also had to demo my pony wall. I had my own electrician and plumber. They offered full service with quote and without plumber and electrician. I should have gone with them! Veny helped me pick out my quartz and granite and was so patient with me making my choice. They showed up in time, were patient with my trades cleaned up as they went along and after themselves! I had a tile backsplash done and that couple was incredible! Amazing! The whole team was quick efficient clean polite knowledgable flexable reliable and nothing was broken or damaged! Even removed and reinstalled my bathroom mirrors. I will hire them for my shower for sure! Work was completed on time and they worked around my crazy schedule. Thanks so much!

Were thrilled with how our quartz counter tops look! The counters were attractively priced and installed in just two weeks. John was more than a salesman for the company. He did the install too. He is professional, knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with.

John and his AMAZING crew gutted the master shower and we replaced it with floor to almost ceiling granite with an accent piece granite, natural rock floor, frameless glass shower door, and new shower fixtures. Also replaced double sinks and new granite countertops in master bathroom and hall bathroom, also new fixtures.They were tidy, polite, and there were no delays or surprises.And I was completely comfortable leaving the crew in my house when I was at work!! Not always an option.Our dog Stella enjoyed watching them work from her perch on our bed, and John was always very sweet to her.I can HIGHLY recommend AZ Granite and hope to give them several referrals.Jennifer and Denny

AZ Royal Granite did an outstanding job on new granite counters and a stone back splash in our kitchen and bathroom as well as installing a granite walk in shower in the bathroom. Nice sink granite BUT they were not sealed - water spots if I dont wipe them down every time - damage already done..disappointed with that respect
