We live in Sedona and have been receiving recall notices from Nissan for my 2002 Pathfinder for months, but have put off making an appointment because of COVID and being in a senior (high risk) category. I finally made an appointment for October 23rd with this dealership after explaining my concerns for our health and not wanting to spend 3 hours in the waiting room.When we arrived for the scheduled appointment, and much to our surprise, Jason Lacivita was waiting at the service entrance door for our arrival. After checking with the service technician he offered to put our vehicle at the front of the line (for 30-45 minute turn around). He then offered us bottles of water, checked the waiting area, which only had 1 person waiting, and suggested we would be comfortable and safe there.True to his word, our vehicle was not only ready in 45 minutes, but it was also delivered washed.Words cant express how Jasons kindness and understanding turned this stressful situation into a beautiful day for us.Thank you Jason for understanding our situation as well as the kindness & empathy you displayed during our visit. Couldnt have been a better experience.
