So glad I found this company! They were booked pretty far out but ended up calling and scheduling a day or two before our original time. They came in and diagnosed our HVAC issue super quickly and quoted us a very reasonable price. Replaced a bad compressor within a few hours and got everything up and running faster than any other company we’ve used. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them in the future!

Aaron was always communicative while setting up the service. Steven and crew member were on time, professional, friendly, and worked non-stop for 6 hours to replace our furnace and update some ductwork. Price was extremely reasonable. Won’t actually use the furnace until it cools off more but Steven turned it on and it fired right up. We will be calling on them again when necessary.

Aaron of Confident Comfort is the best in the heating /cooling business Ive ever dealt with. He installed a new furnace for me this past summer. He is pleasant, prompt, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I have a unique setup where two separate thermostats are able to control the same heater. Other companies were not only baffled by the situation but told me that if I installed a new furnace I would no longer have the capability to control its function in two different locations. Aaron was not only familiar with the setup but recommended a method where the different thermostats could control the amount of heat in each particular location. Called on a cold Monday. Heating places were very busy. They worked me in. Blower and motor needed to be replaced. I had been told that the part might not be available for my old furnace. While they were very backed up when I called them, they nonetheless did show up when scheduled, fixed my furnace, and were able to do some additional work on the ducts to make the filter more accessible (I have an old home that did not originally have a furnace, so its in a weird place).Further, but 2 days later my furnace stopped working again due to a secondary issue - a nearly burnt out ignition plug. The replaced it at the same time they were doing the duct work, and did not change their quoted price.Very professional. I wish all contractors here were as timely and efficient as this.

Water heater went out, which heats my home. Was unable to get same day service even though called them before 2 pm. But they were able to come by the next day. (Which was a weekend, so I had to pay considerably extra for after hours service. And next guaranteed availability was over a week out unless I went with the weekend service, though they stated they would try to squeeze me in earlier. Would have been 5 star if this could have been avoided.)Water heater had spring a leak which took out the electrical system of my water heater. They were prompt an courteous in their service, and water heater is working now.

Aaron with Confident Comfort just completed replacing our 85 model year furnace with a modern 96% efficient Rheem furnace and we are very happy with the result. It all started with the first call. Aaron asked what we were looking for in our new furnace. I think this is very important because people may value different things such as cost, reliability, efficiency, etc. During that call I asked a bunch of questions and we talked through options and what if scenarios and Aaron took the time explain all the options and answer all my questions. In addition, Aaron was able to quote me over the phone which I appreciated. This experience was a stark contrast to some of the other contractors/companies I contacted who didnt really seem interested in what I was looking for in a furnace and insisted on an in-person house call. For example, one of the contractors came over, took some measurements, went out to his car and came back with a quote for an 85% efficient furnace without seeking any input on what I was looking for (and I was thinking, they still sell 85% units?). Then he seemed a little annoyed after I asked if he could also quote me a 96% unit. He also offered to install a wifi thermostat that could handle the dual stage 96% unit even though our current thermostat is both wifi and dual stage capable. Aaron on the other hand, provided 3 different furnace options that were all aligned with our specific requirements.In terms of pricing, I think Confident Comfort provided some of the best value/money out there. To be clear, I could have paid much more, and I also could have paid slightly less choosing other contractors, but when you start comparing apples to apples (efficiency (96% dual stage), brand quality (Rheem)), not to mention customer service, I think Confident Comfort provided the most competitive pricing. We paid exactly what we were quoted and the job was completed even quicker than expected. Nice tidy install with clean drywall penetrations. Very happy with the result!

Confident Comfort install an Efficient Rheem furnace and Rheem 40 gallon water heater in our townhouse. The installation tech, Arron, has over 18 years of experience in HVAC. Prior to the installation he communicated with me in a timely manner. The work of removing the existing equipment was efficient and thorough and very clean as he vacuumed when necessary, and used a drop cloth to protect our carpet. Confident Comfort was the way to go for me. I had an old propane heater from 1971 and Aaron replaced it with a new electric furnace. His quote for the electric furnace was reasonable compared to a new propane furnace and much more efficient based on what propane would cost. Gas was not an option for where I live. Aaron was patient and explained all that would go into it. He worked steady with his employee, Sean, who crawled under the house and dealt with all the removal issues of the old furnace. I highly recommend Aarons company to replace your old furnace since his price was lower than the other quotes, but quality of work was off the charts!
