Dont use!!!!!!!!!! Terrible company!!!!!!!!!! You have to call a stupid number on the box to give you a code to get access to your truck key.... They dont answer and you stand there for hours trying to get what you already paid for!!!!!

Says to allow for 10 minutes for contact-less pickup through the app. 45 minutes and 2 phone calls later, we still dont have a rental and we told to try again this afternoon.

Tried to charge me extra day. Never had a good experience with u-haul ever... but I was in a pinch, and my laborers said theyd prefer the low rise loading deck.

Did most of the work online. The pickup process was very easy I was on my way quickly. The after-hours drop off process is a bit more involved with pictures and things from the uhaul website. Overall happy with the experience. The truck was fine and actually felt pretty smooth going over various bumps. The cargo area was clean.

DO NOT RENT A TRUCK IN HERE. IT IS ALL SCAM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. They charge you extra fees for everything and a truck that costs $39.99 ends up at $179.76. We rented a big truck and we said that WE DID NOT WANT ANY INSURANCE for the truck. And still THEY CHARGED US INSURANCE plus extra miles plus extra stupid fees and in our receipt there is not anything itemized. Seriously, DO NOT RENT HERE. You’ll be wasting time and a huge amount of money.

Easy to reserve online. The contract movers thru UHaul are amazing. Highly recommended.

Good resource for everything you need to move.

Moving and storage places should stock basic moving supplies like boxes, packing paper etc, they didnt have anything I needed to finish packing. Had to go to Lowes

They never have available vehicles. The staff is not willing to try harder. Everyone gives excuses and send you to a website. I was there, I had to try website. I got tired and left.

Pricing is ridiculous in this state... And their storage prices are high as well
