Sheila Hawes is an absolute gem! As our realtor, she helped us sell our home within one week, when our fear was that it could take months, based on the size of the home and the location. She went far beyond what other realtors offer by hand-selecting items to complement the decor of our home, to a point where it looked like we had hired a design firm for staging. She helped us weigh options for different offers, and provided recommendations for other service professionals we needed to contact. Then, when buying a home in an extremely competitive market, she helped us arrive at an amount and terms that would get the sellers attention with unbelievable turnaround time. She was available whenever we needed her with answers to our questions, and to look at homes when it was convenient for us. Her smile, positive attitude, and fun outlook are icing on the cake. I just cant recommend her highly enough.
