A very good business, one stop shop for shipping and notary. The business owner was very helpful and kind in helping me ship a return item. I highly recommend this business.

Absolutely awful. We made a reservation for a U-Haul truck with them but they didnt have the truck for us. There were multiple other people there with reservations which couldnt be fulfilled. Apparently they only have one truck & will take multiple conflicting reservations for it. They did not let us know ahead of time, but only told us when we got there to pick it up. Terrible service.

Guy was rude! I had called to ask to change my fingerprint appointment. He said I could come in anytime before 6. I show up at 2. No one is on the store. He tells me that he cant do my fingerprints until 3. Then he proceeds to tell me that I need to find someplace to wash my hands. This rude employee must not realize some people work hard for a living and my hands had been washed! Would not recommend or ever go back!

Terrible customer service and refused to see a woman with a medical condition and couldn’t wear a mask, lost my business. American disability act I would think would protect people from this, owner was nasty with the woman, who tried to show him the ADA document.

Have been using this annex to send international shipments via DHL and so appreciate their professionalism and courtesy!! Highly recommend

The two who run this place are the kindest people! You can tell they do their absolute best to provide the best service possible. I love coming here!As for shipping, they offer FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Its great because you can compare rates without driving to multiple stores. They also have notary and other services. As for wait times, theres rarely a line.

Today I did stop here to ship a package in a USPS envelope to a manufacturer. My visit was going fine until the owner caused a big issue for me when I tried paying for the usps mail envelope. I gave him a fifty dollar bill to pay the but he took to the store manager for a reason he did say. the store manager came over to me and spoke rudely to me about not accepting my fifty dollar bill and accused me of giving him a fraudulent 100 bill when I came there the last time. He spoke loudly to everyone in the store and it was offensive! I have never been spoken to in that way before there! Both the owner as well as for the male clerk should be punished for giving me horrible service! I’ll never come back.

I stumbled upon the Postal Annex by chance today and was floored by the ease and friendlinessI encountered. My little boy had an accident and the owners were nothing but utmost kind to him (and me). I will definitely make the Postal Annex my go to place for any shipping needs (and more).

I cant believe it took me 4 months to step into this place. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. I got everything done incl. getting my passport pictures taken. So much better than a post office visit. I can only highly recommend Postalannex in Fishers! I will never use another place. They shred your documents, ship any packages, take passport pictures and so much more!
