I had Jason help me ship a MAC laptop out. I was not familiar at all with ups shipping! But thanks to him I am excited and going to use ups much more! He was very professional! UPS is definitely really lucky to have his talent on the team!Thanks so much Jason!

I love this Ups store and the wonderful staff. I cant believe the negative comments on the staff or wait time. They are Kind, work hard and help as quickly as they can. I dont expect to be the only customer anywhere I go but I have never waited more than 7-10 minutes and it doesnt bother me. They are helping someone else not standing around doing nothing. Absolutely wonderful people.

Ive been using this location for our companys marketing materials for a while now and let me tell you, these people are ROCKSTARS! They are always timely and decently priced but with amazing quality no matter what I get from stickers to signs. And they are always such a pleasure to simply talk to. You cant leave that store not smiling. I want to give an extra special shout out to Deanna, Tracy, and Emma! Theyve been my go-to team since I started using this location and I can always count on them (as well as the rest of the team). Looking forward to my continued business with them!

Best UPS store Ive been to!

Very nice and helpful staff. If anyone says otherwise than they more than likely have social issues. I have never once had an issue with their service and I am their very often.

They have completed at least 5 banners and other items. Everything was done 1st class with great service and excellent attention to detail. Their communication is always 100%. I even referred one of my coaching colleagues to them for services. I would say whatever services you need go to this UPS store. They will treat you right, with 1st class service.

Shipped a very large and heavy espresso machine from this location back to the manufacturer, but it was unfortunately damaged in transit. The manager Deanna and the whole store were nothing but angels dealing with near daily calls, filing the claim, and eventually disputing a rejected claim for me. In the end, everything was reimbursed and worked out with 100% of my gratitude given to the whole staff. Thank you so much, and I will absolutely ship from this store and UPS again despite the headaches.

Excellent store! Ive been shipping here for the last five years or so and the staff has always been polite, professional, made suggestions on the most cost efficient and fastest options, etc. Ive never had any issues here and would definitely recommend it based on my experiences.

Very long wait times - about 25 minutes

Called the store approx 4pm today to find out why my mail had not been forwarded in over 30 days. On hold for almost 10 min. When I finally spoke with the On Duty manager was told that my box was empty and I needed to contact the Post Office about lost mail. I told manage, my mail was not lost by the Post Office. and Id had the box for over 7 years, never had an empty box and was expecting a package from the store with official mail . I asked if someone recently mailed a package to me or set my mail aside. The manager was very rude, cut me off several times and when I let him know about his attitude he cut me off and told me he had other customers to help and I needed to call the Post Office. Asked for Owners name and refused to give to me.

Went in to have a package delivered and the woman there was very helpful very polite and very patient with me. I really appreciated her help!!

Went into store to find out about a printing job. Two people working, neither one ever acknowledged me, asked what I needed or even asked for a moment. They both just kept working on other jobs. I stood there for 10 minutes until I had to leave. Too bad really. It would have been a large print job and would have been a nice profit for the store.

I had a pleasant experience wirh the UPS staff here. I had to return some items I ordered and from printing the return shipping label to sending off the package the whole process to 5 minutes.

Customer service is good. But pricing is outrageous.

The staff is neither friendly nor helpful. Expect a wait and slow service behind a long line. Go across the street to the mailing station. That’s what I did.

Stated there are no accounts and wasn’t able to look up addresses. Then mentioned I could look them up under my phone number...next time say that first. I said 17 and she heard zero, seven. Decided to blame another employee, then talk about me while I was still in the store. Receipt said Pamela was friendly and she was anything but friendly. I will go anywhere else from now on.

This is the worst UPS store. I went in first thing in the morning on a Monday to ensure a Christmas package arrived on time. I paid a premium for priority shipping that I was told would have my package delivered the following day. The package did not get checked in with USPS until Thursday morning, so it didnt even leave the store until after it should have been delivered. The elderly woman who apparently owns the place would do nothing to correct the issue, and apparently is unable to read her own computers to manage a simple transaction. If zero stars were possible, I would give those. There is a shipping store across Allisonville, and I will be their customer from now on.

I was shocked by the VERY unprofessional service I received at this store yesterday. The young man who was working there alone and unsupervised in the evening, was one of the most rude and unhelpful people I’ve ever met. I’m hoping this individual’s bad attitude does not reflect the overall level of service of this store that I rely on and expect from UPS stores.

Been there several times and each time they go above beyond my expectations..Its good to see that customer service is not dead.

A favorite UPS store, LOVE the team here, accommodating, efficient, kind and very willing to be of service, they are very friendly, love it here, I have never had an unkind word spoken from the tam or any negative energy, this place is GREAT!

Says they’re open till 5 o’clock on Saturdays and they are not. Pulled up and we’re closed. Drove all the way over here from Noblesville.
