Based on excellent online reviews, I called Noll Landscape Group to consult.Basically, we tasked Mike Noll with “fixing” the issues in our front yard and “making it right.” Based on their attention to detail and subsequent plan, we also asked them to create a plan for the back yard as well.The transformation of our property was recently completed, and we couldn’t be more pleased! They handled everything beautifully and on the planned schedule. There wasn’t any landscape lighting, so we hired them to plan and execute that as well. Just last night we were driving home after dark for the first time since our project had been finished, and we almost drove past the house - it took a minute to recognize how different - and good - it looked!We highly recommend Noll Landscape Group for their professionalism and quality of work!

They picked up the herbs thought it was weeds, left a bunch of land cover as we requested them to totally picked all up. After communication they reluctantly promised to come back & picked up the rest but then never showed up.Basically overpricing for the job done. Even my neighbors think so. Very disappointed!Will not recommend if ask.Reply to the response of Noll Landscape Group.- I was thankful for the manager to finally come & said he would send people to finish the unfinished after my concern of leftover weeds that he could see. NEVER mentioned extra charge. BUT he would charge if I decided to put new plants in. However, the wait was too long, I just took a day off & had it done.- Never received an email, not sure about the Unresponsive comments. A good company that cares so much about his business would have called to make sure emails were sent or received. If I would spend the time to write a comment here, very likely would also respond to the email.- Thanks for your response 4 months later.- You guys might do a good job in commercial projects, honestly, I can see that you guys do not care about small domestic ones. Funny that I was not the one that saw the problems but my neighbors saw what had not been done.- Finally, if this is the way that your companys belief of what should be done for customer satisfaction, please do not bother to respond!!!

We have been using The Noll Landscaping Group for at least 8 years or so. Our backyard has many trees and is quit shady. Years ago Mike Noll came out to give us an estimate. A short time later he dropped by to show us a sketch of how he planned to take care of the extreme shady spots in the back yard and what plantings they planned on using in the several several planting Islands they were going to create. We have them back every spring to pick up and manicure the planting islands. We also had them take a look at the front yard and do some additional plantings. They have always been professional and our yard looks great year around.

Clown show. Had to contact Connor several times to get a estimate for a retaining wall. He showed up and I could immediately tell he was interested and he was judging the neighborhood, which is struggling. I live near Fountain Square and got the feeling he didnt think I could afford the work. I own a couple houses in the area and this has happened before with other contractors. He gave me a verbal quote of $15,000 in a tone that implied that was high and he took zero measurements. Off course I never received the quote and after I left a negative review the owner apologized and Connor sent me a quote for $38,000. Like I said, Clown Show.

John (Lane) was great to work with. Addressed my needs within my budget and gave me quality options to work with. Very responsive in following up and making sure I was satisfied. Planning to work with him again this Spring on some additional landscaping work.

Contacted Connor several times to set up consult. When he showed up he was uninterested from the start and didnt even take measurements. Said he would put together a estimate and get it to me and of course never did
