This place is a must if you want to get strong and better your health. The encouragement the coaches give here is amazing. Individual plans to help everyone succeed. Try them out. You will be happy you did. Worth the money hands down.
I have been working out at The Exercise Coach - Fishers since August 2020! I can see a real difference in my energy! Working out two times a week for 20 minutes each time works perfectly in my schedule! Most of the time Brendan is my Exercise Coach and I have enjoyed working with him! I would recommend getting off the couch and giving The Exercise Coach a try!
Great workout. The coaches push you to do your best. The equipment is always cleaned after use. Its a great 20 minute workout. It fits into my schedule and it starts my day out in a great way.
I love the Fishers Exercise Coach. Derek is my trainer and I love him. He has just the right amount of encouragement and motivation to help me do my best. I have gained so much confidence in my hiking skills. I tackled the hike down and up of the Grand Canyon in February and I give all the credit to Exercise Coach. I wore their shirt on the 9.5 mile ascent. Thank you so much Derek and this scientific approach to exercise.
The Fishers Exercise Coach is a Great place. We Love it. Hard to find a Favorite coach since they are all excellent.Great workouts and Great results from Our doctors after our physicals. Ive been going to the Exercise Coach since August, 2020. The trainers are fantastic. They keep me motivated and looking forward to my appointments. Two 20 min workouts a week fit perfect into my schedule, and I feel it the next day. I participated in their Metabolic Challenge in September, and between changing my nutrition and their workouts Ive lost 30 pounds and 4 sizes in 4 months. Ive never stuck with an exercise program and routine until coming to the Fishers EC. Im stronger and in the best shape of my life.
I absolutely love working here. The clients are amazing and such a delight to my days. The coaches are also great company and a very positive group of people to work with. I have seen so much growth within myself and with the clients I have worked with for almost two years now. They have overcome past injuries and have reached many of their personal health and fitness goals!

I have been working out at this location since Oct 2018. Words cant describe how much better I feel, not to mention how much better I feel about myself! It is unbelievable what can be done in just 20 minutes. I was skeptical too, but it absolutely works! I have new muscle in my legs, chest, shoulders and arms. You will be tired after a 20 minute workout.The greatest thing about this location: The staff!!!! You wont find more encouraging people than Trevor, Derick, Austin and Brian! Great trainers that are dedicated to see you succeed.I know, this is all words. Try their trial workouts then commit to at least 6 months. You will never work out over 20 minutes again, because it is a waste of time after you work out with the Exercise Coach.I am very satisfied with my purchase and they didnt pay me to write this!
I decided to try them out for 3 months and so glad that I did. I was tired of throwing my money away at traditional or budget gyms that produced more injuries than results. 4 months in now with 25 lbs. lost and counting. Coaches that truly care about your success, state of the art equipment and a nutrition playbook make up a consolidated program that has me looking and feeling healthier than I have since my college days.
I joined the Fishers Exercise Coach in December 2017 and enjoy my workouts with the coaches at this facility. It is amazing how 20 minutes, 2 days a week can change your body for the better. I can really see and feel the difference these workouts have made. The coaches are friendly and motivating and I like that the workouts are changed at a frequency that keeps you engaged and not bored. When they are getting ready to set up a new workout, they ask you if there is a specific area you want to work on and then incorporate new exercises for that area. Its been a great experience and I will continue to workout at the Fishers Exercise Coach studio. Thanks to all the coaches and their encouraging and professional attitudes!

I never see the Exercise Coach looking busy from the outside! This 20 minute workout is probably just a short HIIT workout or a Arthur Jones HIT workout. I’m sure if your new exercise or out shape it’s probably a good place to start. If you are more experienced The New Body For Life concepts are probably better and more affordable if you are short on time. There are many great gyms and routines. For Fishers I’d recommend a martial arts gym or Lifetime because you have a large variety of equipment.I don’t believe these posts about people getting arms and other muscle are experienced gym goers probably the owners or new people experience the benefits of gym!I appreciate the kind words from this gym though. At least they are professional and offering me to come in which I will consider if they can explain what style of workout they do since I’ve been training for over 30 years and most fitness workouts are copied from somewhere else and changed slightly. Look up Mike Mentzer and Arthur Jones you will notice the similarities of their workouts and these from the reviews. Slow and controlled rep speed, intense workouts, short, and infrequent. Sounds a lot like Arthur Jones and Mike Mentzer’s approach from the 70’s and 80’s using Nautilus Equipment. Training doesn’t change that much over time the only thing does is the motivation to get in and stay consistent day after day.Hope this helps someone!
