I LOVE CycleBar Fishers! I have been riding since August of 2020 and it has made an amazing impact on me and my fitness journey. The sense of community when you walk into the studio is extremely delightful. Madison, the new GM, has turned the studio around completely from the previous manager. She has made such a great impact on the staff, members, and overall experience. I recommend CB Fishers to people every chance I get!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. All of the instructors are so welcoming and warm, and they all bring their own unique style and flare to each of their classes so you dont feel like you are doing the same monotonous workout over and over. Becoming a member here truly has been one of the best things for my mental health, I feel like a new woman every time I walk out of a class. 10/10 cant recommend it enough :)
CycleBar Fishers was awesome! Madison is an amazing CycleStar and really keeps the vibes flowing during your workout. Better bring your energy because she will keep you on your toes. Go to this place people. You won’t regret it.

CycleBar Fishers has impacted my life in such a positive way! I joined at the start of 2021 and have had nothing but a wonderful experience since my first class. As a teacher, this year has been especially stressful and has taken a toll on my mental health as a result. Ever since joining this community, my mental health has improved so much not only because I am getting such a great workout but also because I feel so truly appreciated and valued by everyone who is part of the team.
I have loved every single ride I have done at CycleBar Fishers! The Instructors are amazing, the workouts are incredible, and the new management has made each visit a great experience. Highly recommend!
Under new management, theres nothing but good times at Cyclebar Fishers! Love the instructors, the energy and all of the themed rides. Its easy to have fun working out AND get stronger in such a judgement free zone! Theyre so welcoming to beginners and have everything you need. Go try it and bring a friend!
I have been riding a Cyclebar Fishers since they first opened in December 2019. I found my love for cycling because of them! All of the instructors are amazing.

I love CycleBar so much!!! I’m not very athletic and I told them that my first session. Despite that, they have been so unbelievably loving, supportive, and motivating, and now, I can’t stop going!! Classes are interactive, intense, and truly such a unique workout experience. It truly is great for everyone whether you are super fit seeking a challenge or wanting to just improve your health or if you just want to have some fun or if you just want to jam out to Justin Bieber. I strongly recommend everyone to try it out!Here’s a couple things that may interest some people:-classes are only 45 minutes and they have early morning classes and night classes as well! They also offer some express classes if you are super busy that day!-the room is dark and has these super cool lights that make u look super cool on ur bike😎def improves the vibes-the music is all pretty upbeat and fun to bike to!-the staff REMEMBER u and want to make relationships w u!-u can get ur first couple of rides for free so u can test the waters!-u can track ur workout and all the calories u burnt, max speed, miles, etc-tropical smoothie is right next to it!!! Smoothies never hit better.-and most importantly,,,, they advertise the workout for YOU. In other words, you aren’t pushing yourself for your instructor, or for Instagram, or for the people around you.... you do the work for yourself, to push yourself, accomplish your PERSONAL GOALS, and to find pride in yourself.
NEW UPDATE: This studio is under new ownership so I went back and gave it a try. They seem to be truly invested in recreating the studio experience for riders and so far, so good! Im much more impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the level of communication, and engagement. It seems this studio is on the right path which makes me so happy because I really do love CycleBar!UPDATE ON THE BELOW REVIEW: My cancellation issues were finally resolved. The studio is now under new ownership so hopefully it is much better! I havent been back so I cant say one way or the other.I am all for supporting local business owners; however, this was hands down the worst experience Ive had with a local business. The owner is incredibly unprofessional and rude and has no fitness knowledge whatsoever. They cant keep instructors or staff because she treats people so poorly. I was a member and ultimately cancelled my membership, or at least tried to cancel. They have yet to cancel it and continue to charge me despite repeated requests to cancel. The owner, Amanda Moor, will not refund the money she has stolen from me (and judging by the reviews several others) nor will she or the GM return any calls or emails. I have attempted to contact them numerous times without success. Do yourself a favor and do not join this studio. Cyclebar Carmel is a far better studio.
I initially loved CycleBar. Even though it is pricey, I enjoyed the instructors and overall atmosphere of the workout. However, their customer service is extremely lacking in my opinion. They implemented a new change due to COVID of having the instructor sit in a plexiglass box during the ride. Unfortunately, the increased decibel level as well as the echoes of the glass gave me a migraine. I called twice on Monday to have my account put on hold until that COVID change is no longer needed. They never returned my messages and charged my card on Wednesday. When I called and requested a refund, they denied my request outright. These are really tough times on everyone financially, and theres no excuse to have this level of poor customer service. I am taking my business to a locally owned gym that cares about me as a human being and not just a dollar amount, and I suggest others do the same.
I’ve been riding at CBFishers for over a year now and while there was a bumpy patch for a few months, I am BEYOND THRILLED to say that the studio we all loved is BACK! With not only NEW ownership, but THE BEST management, CB has done a complete 180° in the past couple of months. Maddie, the new GM and also Cyclestar, has stepped up to make sure everyone and everything is properly managed and taken care of to the fullest extent (including any and all financial hickups!). The studio is clean, the bikes are working smoothly, the staff is kind and knowledgeable, and above all else, riders and members are treated with nothing but love and respect by everyone. CBFishers is not only a fitness studio where you will ALWAYS leave exhausted and pushed to your utmost potential by the best instructors in cycling, but a safe space and loving community where people thrive together. Everyone needs to experience a ride at CycleBar Fishers!
Terrible customer service and management. Ignored emails and phone calls about wrongful charges on our accounts. We froze our account due to COVID, and without our permission they unfroze it and began charging again. When we finally talked to someone in person they assured us all would be taken care of and refunded. They did not issue a refund and when contacted again by phone to confront them about the issue they lied and said it wasn’t taken care of because the manager was in the ER for several weeks. (A horrible lie to tell by the way.) When pressed on the issue, they admitted to us they would not issue a refund to us and that they would not allow us to continue to freeze our membership without a written doctors note, due to a policy they have that they did not make us aware of. A written doctors note during a pandemic? I’m sorry, but I shouldn’t need a doctors note to excuse me from contracting a potentially fatal virus during a global pandemic. It’s clear they care more about taking your money than anything else. Membership pricing is way too high for this kind of treatment.Update: I requested for my membership to be cancelled multiple times, and they still continue to charge me. They are also refusing to issue refunds for any wrongful charges.Please save yourself and your bank account and do not go here!
Do not go here. They only care about all of the different ways they can take more money from you. Few different reasons why they have taken advantage of us and our family:1. Bike rentals. So when COVID happened we decided to rent a bike. It was a flat rate until the COVID restrictions were lifted. But then after a month they changed their minds. Monthly price on top of what we already paid for the next 3 months. We decided to pay for another month and then take the bike back. We were then informed that if we did not return the bike ourselves at the end of the month we would be charged an extra month and 99 dollars for them to pick up the bike. We sent 3 emails over 5 days, but no response. We called and we were told that yes we needed to find a way to return it even though they said they would pick up for free originally. After calling more times we finally got to speak to the manager and they picked the bike up for free.2. They said they would have free classes virtually when renting. Never happened. I think 2 months in they posted a few. Posted that on their Facebook for support but they deleted my post multiple times.3. Account charging without permission. We went in April 2020 and told them to freeze our account until dec 2020. The girl at the front desk said sure we can do that. We ended up getting charged for may, but then the account froze. Fine whatever I guess they probably needed the month. The account then became unfrozen in September without our knowledge(no email, text, or call). We again tried calling, no answer. Did this many times. Sent at least 7 emails. Nothing. Got charged for October. So they we removed my wife’s credit card, and they found my account which didn’t have any subscription, but it had my debt card when I signed up for the 3 free rides, so they started charging that. More calls, more emails. Nothing. Finally found out when they were having class, they said sorry we will refund you and call you back to confirm. Nothing again. Went in person, they said yes we will freeze your account and refund you. Never did that. I called again on thanksgiving day, and they said they didn’t want to call back because there was no reason to give a refund. They said without me having any evidence for a proper refund, then I don’t get one. Was I supposed to record our conversations or get them to send me confirmation emails(which I asked for, but I physically can’t make them send me an email). I asked to cancel my membership and they said they did but I will be charged another month. Seriously?4. Unclear guidance/rules/policies. I’ve been told that you can’t freeze for more than two months unless you have a doctors note or had COVID. But then when I asked about that on the phone the receptionist had no idea about that rule. So who knows if that is true.5. Unequal treatment. We know someone that has a higher $$ membership than us. They were able to place their membership on hold and they were told that they would get refunded for being charged without their permission a couple months ago. They did this all through email. But we are ignored for some reason.I could go on more about how I felt I was treated in person or over the phone but that is just my opinion. I think the management doesn’t care about people, just the bottom line.
The owner was very pushy for me to sign up for a membership after my ride. She would not drop it and was flat out rude. She was not helpful at all when new riders, like myself, were trying to get set up for class. It was a packed class with many that had never ridden before and the instructor was trying to do it all with no help from her manager. I did not have a good first impression at all. Definitely wont be back.
