A complete gym where I do my workouts every day! I LOVE TO GO!!!! It is wide and you can be calm in case of covid 19 there is a lot of social distance between all the clients. On weekends this is always only you can make your routine slower if you like! if you have the black membership you have more benefits! 100% recommended! your body always needs a good gym !!! lets workout !!!

Good gym, economic and clean. Needs drop weights and free standing bar bells stations IMHO. There are plenty of smith machines for squats/bench but for those looking to innovate their workout may find this gym lacking. However, for those of us just looking to get off the couch this gym has a lot to offer without impacting the monthly budget.

Gym is clean and inviting. Several ellipticals and stationary bikes so theres always enough, even with social distancing. I was not real impressed with the create your own fitness plan. It sounds like its a one on one appointment with the trainer but up to five people can sign up for it. I went for it as Im trying to strengthen after injuries & surgeries with many limitations and he was training two other people; he was very distracted and I found the session a waste of time. Im going to have to utilize the knowledge I have from my last personal trainer and adapt to different equipment available. All that said, for $10/month, its a great deal.

I just applied here via indeed as an overnight closer. I have prior gym work experience and I am a senior at IUPUI in the Fitness Management program. I called but no answer. Would love to get this gym back to being 24 hours again for the great people of Fishers

I recently joined PF, including memberships for my two sons in addition to mine. Print options were reasonable and straightforward, plenty of equipment for cardio and weight training, including free weights too. Feels clean and other members are courteous and diligent in cleaning seats and machines after use. The app is an excellent resource too-one of the features I love is the “crowd meter” which displays how busy or not the club is. Glad we made the investment and we look forward to spending some quality time at Planet Fitness.

Tom started opening a few weeks ago and the experience here has been fantastic since then. You had “the wrestler” opening. He was late almost everyday, he leaned on the counter and never had anything to do with anybody. Several people were complaining about him and talking about switching clubs!Tom acts like he is everyone’s friend. He never stops from the time he opens and until after I am gone everyday.The service and cleanliness is much better with Tom. What ever you are paying him it’s not enough.Please share this with Tom, he needs to know how good he is.

Always clean, plenty of extra machines, locker rooms clean, plenty of parking, staff is always friendly, manager is always sociable, my absolute favorite location

People that work here are friendly and they keep the facility nice and clean. Went Sunday 6/6/21 and the girl working was taking the time to clean every machine super good. Appreciate the nice staff and caring for the facility!

I hadnt joined a gym during the pandemic because... gross and I had a multistation gym at home. Then the pandemic settled in for the rest of 2020 and I needed a place to go just to get out of the house. PF delivered exactly what they said they would. Its clean. The staff is involved and courteous. And No judgment means exactly that -- old, young, thin, not so, fit and not fit. Everyone is generally amiable and if they have an opinion, it is kept to themselves, freeing everyone to enjoy their own workout.

Machines are nice and up to date, but there seems to be zero employee accountability in the cleaning & sanitation department. There are maybe half a dozen self-cleaning stations for members to use, and Id say only 30% of people are cleaning the machines after using them. Ive been a member for only two months, but I called today to cancel over cleaning & safety concerns - and of course they are going to charge me a $39 yearly fee before they let me cancel. There are better gym options out there for us.

Planet Fitness is a nice place to work out. I wish they had more cleaning stations set up, however. I cleaned each machine after using it which cut significantly into my workout time because I had to keep walking back and forth to the cleaning station. I was there for an hour and a half and I didn’t see any staff cleaning any of the machines. There should be someone whose primary job function is to keep the machines sanitized.Update: Planet Fitness called me the very next day to see how they could help me. Now when I go there I ask for my own bottle of cleaner to take with me so I can workout much more efficiently and I feel more comfortable. I really appreciate Planet Fitness’ excellent customer service.

Perfect facility for my exercise style. Its never crowded at my workout times and days. The variety of equipment is astounding. The facility is always clean. The staff practice Covid precautions and there are plenty of stations for sanitizing. I always feel good when I leave.

Very clean and nice gym. They were generous enough to offer me a free day pass (online) and I had a great experience. They do a good job spacing things out and blocking off some equipment for social distancing. I would recommend if they have the equipment youre looking for!

I would’ve given a 5 star but my only concern is that the employees don’t encourage people to wear their mask while working out. I was working out next to this lady who wouldn’t stop sneezing and coughing. I left right away. One the employee walked past her and didn’t say ANYTHING. Since then I haven’t gone back to this location. The gym itself is very nice and clean. Thank you.

Disappointing you have a mask policy but don’t enforce it. More than half people in there were not wearing masks and were not in an active workout. I would bring it to your management teams attention, but just by reading the other reviews, it’s apparent it’s not a priority.

Ive been going to planet fitness for over a year now pretty much five to six times a week they always have a clean machines and not very busy,

It is an awesome, friendly and non judgmental fitness gym. The work out equipment are well maintained and productive. I love to go there at my flexible timings and burn calories.I would highly recommend it to my friends and family!

I visited this planet fitness today. Its actually nicer than the one I normally go to in Bloomington, IN. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

Planet Fitness is probably the cheapest gym to get you what you need.COVID Protocol:- Staff does not seem to enforce mask rules or clean equipment nearly as much as they should be- Various members still ignore mask etiquette and are not corrected for it- Sanitizer and cleaning supplies are readily available all over the gymFacilities:- Clean- Despite the lunk alarm BS, Ive never had an experience like that at this location- AccesibleEquipment:- Planet Fitness does NOT have Bench Presses. This needs to change. Everyone still drags benches over to smith machines and benches there, taking all the benches away from the free weights. Super annoying.- Not nearly enough equipment for the peak hours. If you have a plan and a timing routine to your workout, most likely you will be waiting for a while for one bench, one machine, or weights.- Free weights: Barely enough to accommodate the amount of membersAll in all, for $10 a month + annual fees, PF is a gym that will work for you. If you are a more intentional weight lifter with more detailed programming, you might want to go elsewhere due to lack of equipment.

Great value for 10 or 20 dollars depending on your membership selection. Great for staying in shape. But if you want a serious lift you won’t be able to do so here. No Olympic lifting platforms, or free barbells for squatting, deadlifting or benching, there’s only Smith machines.

Place is not very clean and staff at times not friendly. Not a terrible place if your expectations are kept low. *Side note* Be sure if you plan to cancel you give them the required 12 month notice, in person, with blood sample and your first born. And keep an eye on your bank account because they may just keep withdrawing money.

Maybe I am spoiled by the nice Planet Fitness in Lafayette, but I stopped by after work today & I was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the 4 employees at the desk. In fact, I made eye contact with one who continued to avoid me. I had never been to this location & at Lafayette they have extra precautions (everyone takes a sanitizer bottle with them everywhere) so I was trying to find that, but they don’t do that here I guess. I went to the dressing room & got dressed, but realized there are no full body mirrors or even mirrors that let you see past your midsection, which is weird for a dressing room. There were so many people and the machines were pushed so close together that even working on every other machine looked to be less than 6 ft apart from others. It felt cramped and dirty and when I went to get a towel to wipe off the machine, I saw that they didn’t even have a dispenser. Everyone was getting towels and putting their hands on the top of the roll to help rip it off. Literally the most unsanitary thing I have seen since businesses starting taking extra precautions for COVID. After realizing I will have to work out so close to so many people (it’s literally packed here) I decided to leave. Not to my surprise, no one said goodbye to me or acknowledged me again. Everyone is so friendly in Lafayette so I am shocked. The employees need to be trained better. They weren’t doing anything besides gossiping to each other. I will never return and will probably cancel my black card because this is the only location near me at this time.

Great place to work out. Clean, and friendly staff. I do wish they had extended hours on the weekend, like they do through the week. I personally, am not able to make it sometimes during the week.

During the pandemic I made an attempt at cancelling my gym membership because there was no intention of coming back before 2021. I called multiple times and got an automated response telling me that the gym was closed so I went to their website to try and figure out if there was a way to cancel online... there was not. It told me that in order to cancel I needed to call my local gym... which was closed. Now that they are reopening, I called and made an attempt to get a refund because there was never any intention of going back into the gym. Not only was I told that I would not get one, I was told that I will still be billed for next months statement due to policy. Dont let the low-cost, cancel anytime, culture fool you. They will make sure you pay.

The facility is clean and convenient to my home. I average going 4 times a week riding the recumbent bike and working out on the equipment to improve my upper body strength.I love the hydro massage lounge beds.

Overall, pretty good. Only complaints, chatty kathies hanging out on machines and not working out and moving on. Also, the 30 minute express has people coming in and working separate machines which blocks the whole reason for that area. They need to police their areas better. Gym is for a workout and it has SOME rules. Work out and follow the rules! Dont be a selfish jerk.

Great place to workout! Staff is friendly and attentive. The location is a little crowded, but thats understandable due to how clean the facilities are. My only complaint is that the showers need to be cleaned more often, but that doesnt deserve a deduction of one star from the rating. Very happy. Would recommend to anybody!

Most of the people at the front counter are incredibly friendly and polite. Coming from LA fitness, where nobody even acknowledges you or makes eye contact, its refreshing to see. Plenty of equipment- Ive literally never had to wait on anything. Theres at least one member always out on the floor cleaning everything, including under the machines (its pretty neat!). Well worth the 10/month

Great location, lots of treadmills and ellipticals and staff is nice! However this location is growing at a high pace. Gaining patrons from other gyms. This local needs more cable machines, another 360, and free weights! I agree with others review of how it needs to be open 24/7. Or at least midnight on the weekends as this would be an ideal time to avoid the crowds. Also the bulbs in the tanning beds need to be changed more than once a year as I was told by staff. Its almost too busy anymore. I have been going to this location since it opened,and I am contemplating leaving to go to the gyms those people left only for the mere fact ....they arent crowded now that they have all left for apparently this location alone. maybe even another location in Fishers is needed.

Love this place! Enough machines so that I do not have to wait long for any and they are also kept in great condition. The staff has been super friendly and helpful.

Awesome staff, very nice equipment. Ive been to 2 other planet fitness locations and neither of them come close to how state of the art they are. So far I have tried their tanning (booths and beds), hydromassage (amazing for my sore feet) and the Full Body enhancement (which I swear made my skin clearer). Just an awesome place to work out.

This is a great location very large and clean gym and being in fishers you know its gonna be better than some other locations around town. I like this one mostly cause I go late at night and for the most part its usually empty. PF rocks with some really low monthly costs and for about 20 a month I can patronize any location in the country and its great checking out other locations. The one drawback to this location is some of the other ones have private showers with a closed glass door and a few even got private dressing rooms. This one has got curtains and stall dressing rooms still really nice everything works well in this one and is very clean vs other locations

Ive been very vocal in complaining about this gym in the past. I said the mens locker room was dirty (which it was), and had faucets that didnt work (they didnt). It would only be fair for me to now say that Ive seen a huge improvement (after staying away for a few months) in my recent visits.

Honestly it was the first time I had ever been to a planet fitness. The service was really good. I wish that they had free weights because using the cables doesn’t help you work as much. The place is huge and they also give out candy at the front! Really impressed with it and I actually became a member. The $1 for the first month is also a great deal!

Hardly can find a one wearing a mask, the center does not manage or control public safety.

My only question is...when are you coming to Noblesville? Planet Fitness is so much better than the gym I currently go to (LA Fitness). Planet Fitness is so much more affordable and clean!!! The only thing that keeps me away is the distance.

The black card membership is 100% worth it!! I love being able to use the spa especially body enhancing, tanning beds, and hydro beds! Also, I have only encountered kind and encouraging staff!

I enjoy all the options. I normally go to my home gym, but I love stretching machines here. This is minor, but bathroom lights are bright & cool :)

Most of the desk workers are helpful and bent over backwards to help me! My sister unfortunately did not receive that extra mile help. Train the newer employees to retrieve information appropriately.

Nice, clean gym. Very basic though, lack of bars and barbells dropped it a star. Recommend for people who want to stay in shape but maybe don’t value lifting.

Ive hated going to the gym in the past. But going here is so much fun! Some of the areas are still intimidating, but maybe with time Ill do more than the treadmill and PFExpress area.The staff is awesome and will take time to talk if you have questions about their facility. Everything is clean because the members care to clean up after themselves. However, the staff still follows behind to clean throughout the day.There has been a number of times I have pulled up to a full parking lot wondering if I made a mistake coming at that time because I was sure it would be packed, but there is always tons of space for everyone to enjoy their workout. It is well worth the membership price!

It’s a nice gym. Only issue is parking during peak times. I would definitely recommend the black card; it’s more than worth it.

Newer, of the other Planet Fitness locations. Ultra modern, with lots of room. The building was an old Sears store, almost 3x the floor space of Shadeland Ave. I We there in a Saturday, the parking lot was full, though it was not all that bad in the Gym, due to the a available floor space. They have newer equipment and row machines, which other locations, being older have the older ensemble of equipment. Their tanning rooms,lounge area also seems more spacious..... It is in Fishers, so there is that, especially if you wanted to go before/after work, traffic does not get any worse, in all of Indy, than on the North Split 465/Binford....I go to the Gym at 2am, so I dont have to deal with the crowds... Though the atmosphere at this location is great, anytime I have been there. No worries night/day, no matter the time..... Some locations are not ideally located for late night attendance...I prefer Fishers and Carmel, of the locations on the North Side....

This PF is very nice and clean. I really with that they were 24/7 and didnt shorten their hours on weekends. Also closing on Easter also seems unnecessary when the hours are already shortened on Sundays.

Would not recommend this place. Its clean, but people at the front desk were not helpful at all. I went in to try place out for a day, which you can do if you sign up online. They did not offer assistance in any way. I had no idea how to work machines, so I was on my own. They said a trainer didnt come in until noon, so if you re there early, you re out of luck. All they said was do you know where locker rooms are.

Cleanest and friendliest gym in town!

I have never joined a gym before so I was really nervous. I didnt want to work out in a place that doesnt feel clean or where I feel like I cant ask questions. Planet Fitness Fishers is super clean, filled with friendly people and I can ask a million questions and workers never act like Im annoying. Im so glad I made this choice!!!

A great gym that is equipt with all your fitness needs at a price everyone can afford. I rejoined after I had my kids to different location than the one I frequented before and as soon as I walked in I felt right at home. They have every piece of equitequi for every work out and trainers to help if you would like one.

Closing at 7pm is ridiculous. Why not be open till midnight every night instead of open 24/5 on weekdays I’m assuming there is very little traffic.I used to work out in Cincinnati and all of those planet fitness centers were 24/7. Was excited to join planet here in Indy but very disappointed to see it’s limited hours on days i need to go later.

Go to the gym a couple times a week. The staff is always friendly and the facility is clean. I also like the space of this planet fitness compared to some of the other ones. Even when its busy you can still find a machine to get your workout in.

If you get a black card membership here its a great deal! You get access to all the amenities and can bring a friend whenever you want!
